Not too sure about this company. The website really sucks you in with the 24 hour ER service and great customer service. We called the main line and was given an alternative number to call for an emergency. We had called the number and they guy was really short with us insisting there was no one available until Monday. :/ Don't advertise emergency service if you can't provide it.

Upon reading this nasty review, I find it quite fabricated, intrusive, and very slanderous. I personally know the superb quality of work this company provides and their uttermost attention to detail. They are respectful and fair with pricing. I have used this company 5 or more times and I am very happy with the service.

From Rich the owner, to Matt and Brian the technicians, the quality of workmanship and the fairness of the pricing to replace my sewer was outstanding. Anyone needs a plumber in the South Hills these are the guys to call.........

LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! They charged us to review a potential job and give us a quote on it, and then never called us back or returned to do the job. And they stained my carpet with no attempt at cleaning it.

I've used them for multiple plumbing issues at home and the experience has always been pleasant. I think the prices are fair and the work exactly as ordered. I'll definitely continue to use them in the future!

I would like to say that the plumber that came to my home, his name was Bryan, was on time he explained everything to me and the price was affordable! He also cleaned up everything! I will recommend them to anyone that needs a plumber and they will be handling all my plumbing needs from now on!

Rich and team made a horrible situation easier to bear. Our drains were completely non-functional and raw sewage covered my garage floor. Rich (owner) showed up to dig and work outside when one of his guys had to take off. They had to replace all the pipes under my house and several feet outside. They worked with my homeowners insurance patiently, despite several issues and delays.

Recently I had major sewer problems. The pipes had to be replaced in my basement, garage and down the driveway because of tree roots. Rich (the owner) charged a reasonable price that a good bit was covered by my homeowner's insurance.

Other issues came up and everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Rich and several of his employees were helpful and courteous. Rich was very hands on during the entire job.

Bad experience, I would look for another option if I
was you. Called for an appointment, we selected a
date and time. KWIATKOWSKI PLUMBING Was a
NO SHOW and did not follow back up with a call or
text. I called them a few days later to find out
what's going on and what happen and he told me he could get me appointment for tomorrow and
would return my call. Guess what he ain't return
my call so at 12 on the said day I called and he had Amnesia. He did however try to was to give me another appointment for the next week but I told Him yesterday I was booked them days for
vacation. Also on a side note why would I work
with a company so inconsistent and does not
return calls? Thanks god there more plumber’s out
there but to each their own hire at your own risk
but if they are not calling you back and are
inconsistent this early on how good could their
work be but that just my two cents do what you
will. I’m personally running away.

I had a horrible experience with Kwiatkowski (aka K-Plumbing) plumbing! I needed to have a drain installed for a floating vanity, the drain pipe did not line up. I had Mike show up to “fix” the issue. He said no problem and provided a verbal quote of $295, then “called” it in and came back with a new quote of $395, but needed to add $100 because they had “to cut”....so one drain install was going to be $495!! I reluctantly agreed because the house was going on the market the next day, and I needed it fixed! Mike and his helper (maybe Eric) were here for 30 minutes, as they walked out the door they said something about needing to “cut” the vanity drawer to fit around the new plumbing, and they left. I went upstairs to see what they did, and they basically made a maze of PVC pipe to fit the drain, which I could have done for free! I would need to be a carpenter to “cut” the drawer! I called back and said that I paid $500, you were here 30 minutes and now I need to hire a contractor!?! I was told that they could come back and “cut” into the wall and raise the drain for another $200-300! I said to have Rich the owner call me back immediately! I waited most of the day, and Rich called back and said he would said another plumber to see what they could do! Bryan showed up and spent 3 hours rebuilding the vanity drawer, which turned out great, but they charged me another $100! If you can hire Bryan directly do that but avoid the price gauging, lack of service that the other plumbers provided. I only hired these people because they were the only one out of four I called that could come the next day... now I know why! $600 for 3 pieces of PVC pipe, and a total reconstructed l drawer on a brand new vanity! It’s very hard to find company’s that provide any level of service! Again hire Bryan directly avoid this company at all cost!

I used Kwiatkowski previously & had a good experience with them so I called them again to install two toilets & repair a leak. They were quick to respond & to take care of everything. I highly recommend them.

I can’t tell you how many times we’ve called Kwiatkowski over the past four or so years, and we’ve never regretted it. They are very familiar with the problems that develop with old houses and have helped us with various problems small (unclogging a drain, replacing leaky valves) and large (replacing a collapsed 80-year-old outdoor drain, repairing a burst pipe). Everyone at Kwiatkowski is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and it’s always a relief when they show up.

No one wants to call for a plumber. But when you do, call Kwiatkowski Plumbing. Both privately, as well as a professionally, as a landlord, I have relied on Kwiatkowski Plumbing for all of my plumbing jobs, both large and small. Rich Kwiatkowski is both a gentleman and a master plumber and all of his employees are vetted and knowledgeable. Plumbing problems never a occur at a convenient time, but Kwiatkowski Plumbing has always helped me regardless of time, season or time of day!

I am extremely pleased with Kwiatkowski plumbing's work. I had some work done to install a new pressure regulator, the work was done well and at a fair price. Seven months later one of the parts failed which caused a leak. They came out on a Sunday to fix it, arrived exactly when they said they would, and did a great job. I highly recommend this company.

I've used Kwiatkowski Plumbing many times in the past and I have always been pleased. When I purchased my house, the sewer needed replaced over a cliff in our back yard. I received several estimates. Kwiatkowski Plumbing not only had the best price, but the work they did was quick and efficient and they were able to repair our sewer without any issues. They are mother's go to plumbing company, and now I see why.

No one likes having to call a plumber to get a job fixed because it means something is broken and you are out of your comfort zone. K-Plumbing Company (aka. Kwiatkowski) had the local business service where I felt like they actually cared about my issue. The technician who showed up at my house (Richard) was respectful, engaging, and understanding. He worked efficiently while trying to keep the cost as low as possible. He cleaned up when he was done making sure to leave no materials behind. There is a $59.95 service charge to have the technician come to your house, but the price of the work they do seemed to compensate for this compared to other plumbers. I would recommend them to a friend and will call them again if I need to have work done.

UPDATE: I just received a thank you card in the mail from Kwiatkowski Plumbing with a $25 gift card to a local restaurant. The customer service this company provides compared to the other plumbers I dealt with is outstanding. I don't think I would call anyone besides Kwiatkowski for plumbing needs.

Matt called me an hour before showing up to give me notice, which I appreciated it. He was professional and knowledgeable. I was looking to have an outdoor faucet installed as well as a refrigerator ice maker line. The estimate was reasonable and he began the work immediately. Two hours later the work was complete to my satisfaction. I will definitely use K-Plumbing again. The only drawback was the $60 diagnosis fee which their competitors usually wave if you choose to do the work with them. K-plumbing does not and charges the fee regardless. Overall, a positive experience and a company I recommend.

Kwiatkowski Plumbing is by far the most professional and honest plumbers in Allegheny County. The prices are always fair and the work is always top notch. The owner and his employees are always prompt and polite. As a consumer, you can’t ask for more!

I have have used Kwiatkowski Plumbing for years. At my prior home there were emergency plumbing issues and when I called Kwiatkowski, they not only returned my call but they were able to head to my home within a very small timeframe.
I felt their prices were fair. But also of importance to me is when repair personnel and installers treat my home with respect. Wearing shoe covers is a given but they also cleaned up the areas worked on and showed me the work while explaining the repairs/upgrades.
Lastly, Rich and his employees are professional, friendly and polite.
To have all 3 of these qualities is rare in the plumbing business.
I trust and would recommend Kwiatkowski Plumbing to return to my home and to the homes of my family and friends.

Cory has a great demeanor and is very good about describing each step in the process and giving multiple options to find a solution that works best for the customer. Because the company encourages doing a quick check of all of the plumbing, not just the problem area, an unknown issue with a toilet was discovered and repaired/replaced, as well. All repairs were made quickly and efficiently with no mess left behind. I'm very happy with the outcome!

I would highly recommend Stahl Plumbing and Drain. I had an issue with my toilet and only have one bathroom. Called and David was here with 30 minute's. This was on a Friday evening. He got everything fixed in a short period of time. Also the lady who answered the phone was very nice and kept me posted on his arrival. Again I will recommend them to friends and family.
