We have engaged Precision for repair and replacement of our furnace, AC, and our secondsry AC unit over the past few years. Justin is responsive, reliable and honest. Absolutely recommend him for any work that you need done!

Can't recommend Precision Heating & Cooling enough. When my A/C went down Thursday night, I thought for sure I couldn't get it serviced before Monday. Justin to the rescue! Not only did he personally answer my call first thing Friday, but he also promised to be out that afternoon! As old as my unit is, he could have easily told me I needed a new one and made a bundle, but he didn't. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it then and there for a great price. Polite, knowledgeable, explained everything, answered all my questions. Precision will now be my go-to for all my HVAC needs.

Took the time to talk to me by phone and text back and forth with me while I sent him photos of my furnace. He diagnosed my furnace issue over the phone with concise and clear instructions as to how I could easily fix it myself without even charging me.

Kind, helpful, and knows his stuff. Would recommend 100%.

Precision Heating and Cooling truly is precision! Justin was phenomenal and went above and beyond to save us in an emergency situation. He was at our house within an hour on a Sunday evening, and even worked outside in a thunderstorm! Reasonable prices, very knowledge and kind. Diagnosed issue quickly and resolved it with ease. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

It was 90 degrees abd the AC stopped working at our rental. Justin fit us in and had the issue fixed in less than 2 hours. He coordinated his arrival with our tenant and called me when it was done, also sending pictures. Very fast and friendly. I will use them if we have issues again!

Justin came to our house the day before thanksgiving to look at our furnace. he was very descriptive of the issues with my furnace and showed me how it was very important that it gets replaced. he was back at my house on that Friday (day after a holiday) to replace my furnace. he was extremely easy to work with and very helpful and considerate in my home. I will work with Justin on any of my future needs.

We had the Precision team install a new AC unit and furnace a few weeks ago. Our tech was extremely knowledgeable and polite. He explained the situation and gave us options to review. They were able to install a few days later and everything is working perfectly. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone!

Justin was extremely responsive, very helpful and his experience got our furnace running as it should in less than two hours! We had an issue with a sensor in our furnace, something he had seen before in our exact model, so he was able to fix that as well as a sparking furnace switch with materials he already had with him in his truck.

Will definitely be calling Justin if any issues arise in the future!

Justin is absolutely wonderful. Responsive, transparent, and timely. After a couple estimates, I decided to go with Precision because of all of these for my AC replacement. I knew exactly what I was getting, his team was very professional and they replaced the whole system in less time than he even originally predicted. It’s been a couple of months now and the system has been absolutely wonderful. I’d recommend him time and again.

Over the weekend, our older furnace had a major issue, and Justin was at our home within an hour on a Sunday morning to diagnose the problem. When the heat exchanger cracked on our old furnace, I contacted 4 different companies for estimates. Patrick was the fastest to respond, was patient while he waited for me to weigh other options, gave a fair price and showed up promptly for his install appointment. He was great about communication and keeping me informed on the unit specs/appointment timing throughout.

Patrick was amazing! After our 7 yr old Trane had a cracked heat exchange that we could not get a replacement part for due to hurricane/distribution center problems (even w a reamining warranty)
and no time frame of how long it would take the part to come in, we had to bite the bullet and get a new furnace. Can't live in Pgh with Jan cold snap with below freezing temps and only space heaters! I contacted Patrick on a Friday morning and he responded back almost immediately. He answered all my questions and explained things so they were very easy to understand. Even with snowy weather and unplowed roads, he had my new furnace in by early Tue afternoon! His price was affordable, he was easy and pleasant to work with and our new furnace is running well! Thank you once again Patrick!!

Having a furnace fail during the holidays is never fun, but Patrick made it manageable. I spoke with multiple companies in the Pittsburgh area and PGX beat them in every way. Pricing, responsiveness, and knowledge. Patrick pointed out multiple issues that his competitors didn’t even seem to notice. I would and will recommend PGX to everyone that I know and they certainly have a customer for life with me.

Patrick was very professional and did a great job installing my central air . And was really easy to talk to I asked questions because I have never had central air.
