Best experience I’ve had with a contractor…they were on time… the technicians worked well together, were personable, educated me regarding the system I was getting, and was happy to answer any questions. Removal of old system and clean up was great. The technicians were so pleasant, professional and applied no pressure to buy but explained things to me along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again if needed.

John and his team provide prompt and reliable service. Most importantly, they complete the job for the quoted price, no surprises or extra charges.

That morning I not only received a confirmation phone call with a time frame, but I also received a call/text when the technician was on his way, when he arrived, and once he was able to perform his diagnostic. The issue was repaired the same day! I also received a follow up call to explain the issue with my unit and to confirm the technician was done. I am very pleased and will recommend MRT HVAC Contracting to any of my family/friends.

John identified the problem as a faulty thermostat wire. He confirmed this by jumping the control system from the house to the unit. He corrected the connections and ensured the unit was running correctly, leaving us extremely satisfied with the service. We are very glad to have a yearly service agreement with them.

John and his team recently installed an entire 2 zone system on my new home. They did an amazing job! They were very efficient and had great attention to detail. Everything has been running flawlessly since they installed it!

My usual HVAC company was so busy they weren't returning calls, so this was my first interaction with MRT and although there was a miscommunication about scheduling at first, they made it right promptly. I would happily hire them again.
