Azriel T and Jon Y were extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I requested an air duct cleaning with some modifications to the furnace. Azriel T ensured that each register was spotless and the area around each register was cleaned appropriately after service. Azriel T showed me the before and after photos of the air duct cleaning. He removed over 5 gallons of debris from the ducts! Jon Y was extremely knowledgeable with my HVAC system and discovered additional electrical issues that I was unaware of. Jon Y answered all of my incessant questions regarding my HVAC system. I would highly recommend Jon Y and Azriel T for future HVAC service.

The sudden failure of our furnace during cold weather could have been an anxiety-filled experience, but fortunately for us a call to Absolute Air solved our problems quickly and easily. Rochelle was friendly and efficient in keeping us aware of the scheduled installation of a new furnace and AC unit. The HVAC crew was kind and professional in every way. Collin, Tristan, Jon and Azriel were highly skilled and thoroughly explained every detail. They were meticulous in wearing shoe coverings and cleaning up afterwards. Brandon, the 24/7 technician who came late on Friday evening to run diagnostics on our furnace, returned during installation to see if everything was to our satisfaction. We could not be more pleased with our experience.

Caleb. Zack and Noah came to our house on the first day to clean our ductwork and remove our old heating a/c systems. Zack an Noah worked on removing vents and cleaning the ducts while Caleb began removing the old furnace. These three gentlemewere professiona cour and kept our home very clean. Day two we only had Caleb and Zack finishing the furnance and air conditioning install testing of units and installing air purifier and humidifier. We feel our system upgrade from our original system installed 19 years ago is a great improvement with energy savings and more efficient.

Caleb, Zack and Noah were hands on working together as a great team. They answered any questions we had and when the completed the job they educated us on our new equipment. They all explained everything they were doing as they went along as kept us informed if they had to turn off power , gas and water and what they were doing as the job progressed.

Absolute air came out for a routine furnace check & identified that our furnace was leaking in the fall before cold weather. They quickly got us quotes & we had a new system installed in days. They stayed from 8:20am - 6pm to get the work done for us. Really appreciate them!

I've had 3 other companies come out and *struggle* to come up with any way to install mini splits in my house, but Absolute Air made it happen when no one else could! I want to give an extra shout out to Garrett, Caleb, and Casey, who went above and beyond to make this installation possible. I couldn't be happier!

Great company from maintenance to installation. Great options for financing. Professional service. Installation was done within a couple hours. Explained new filter system and replace my gas valve to be the correct type. I have no worries about keeping my family wa this Pittsburgh Winter! Thanks Absolute Air!!
