DeAndre was super helpful and had excellent customer service. We were in an emergency and he was able to get us immediate service with no hesitations! Would recommend to anyone and will be using for my real estate business going forward!

Both DeAndre & Brad were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in terms that I could understand. They both were friendly, took the time to thoroughly check every component of my boiler system, even beyond the main problem, to make sure there wasn't over issues masking behind the main problem. Absolute as a whole has been very friendly and professional from placing the call for service through their Tech Team. And most importantly, they continuously called to keep me informed on parts being ordered, when the parts were received and when a technician will arrive. From A to Z, every step was hassle and worry free.

I say again Hunter was great 5 stars for him and every other employee they’ve sent to my house, all of them have been good, knowledgeable, helpful people. Absolute air does an absolutely good job. But they’re absolutely too expensive. I’d give them five stars if they didn’t charge you half the price of the unit itself to do a basic maintenance of it.

Almost $500 to replace a switch? I just paid 10,000 for the whole hvac unit less than 5 years ago. I understand the economy is what it is but that in my opinion since you asked this is absurd.

Michael was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the situation and recommend a range of options to get our furnace up and running. He arrived on time. We called yesterday and we're able to get and appointment today! Michael was careful and respected our house.

Absolutely Heating and their team are awesome. My family and I are so appreciative of their dedication to ensure my family got a heating system that fit our family needs in a timely manner. From the first call to them, I felt a connection that would see the entire process through for me. Deandre showed up to my home evaluated it and recommended options that fit well for me. Dave worked with me through the financing process and gave me options that were quick and affordable to get my home heated quickly. Never thought I'd be able to have a brand new state of the at boiler in my home, but Absolute Hearing and Air came through and helped me and my family at a critical time. The crew that installed it started until the job was done. They worked in the cold and finished it in a day. I'm a single parent 4 and grandmother of two less than 1 month old grandsons and they made it happen. They are caring, committed and honorable. They perform their craft as if it's easy and everyday work because it's their way of doing things. They said it, they did it and I'm grateful. Best Heating and air conditioning company ever!!! Dan did a great job. I'm a new homeowner and am not well versed in anything home maintenance related. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. Would highly recommend.

Shawn was right on time, friendly, informative, thorough, and easy to talk to. He explained a number of options and did not “hard sell” us. He took time to explain what might be wrong with our current set up and potential fixes. We are extremely comfortable working with Shawn and Boehmer Heating & Cooling. Highly recommend!

Very satisfied. Everyone that I talked to was polite and helpful. The technician who inspected our system explained everything that he was doing and was upfront about all the options.

Rob was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough in diagnosing and fixing our problem. I will be requesting his services the next time I need to call Boehmer Heating & Cooling.

Antonio was very knowledgeable figuring out what the problem was with my AC unit. He was polite and courteous. And I will continue to ask for Antonio when I call in for service.

Rotley did a great job. He did a maintenance check along with installing an eccobee thermostat. very efficient and hard working

Rabin was great - showed up on time, very friendly and nice, provided a lot of really good information and really helped.

Dan was good to work with. He was patient and persistent with my problem. I think he will get to the bottom of it and fix our mini-splits.

Worst company to deal with!
Boehmer did a tune-up on October 2, little did I know I was leaking gas around the pilot light assembly because the technician forgot to tighten. On November 13, my furnace stopped working all together, I called and they came and found the ignition wire was burnt and sparking exterior which was why I had flames and charred pilot light assembly. The technician called his service manager to order the part. Then I never heard back. In calling their off i found they would not take responsibility and wanted to charge me $900 to replace the $145 part! Never do business with this company!

Jim was so nice and spoke with the utmost respect. He was quick and efficient and provided an estimate as well as options.

Robert was wonderful. He explained everything as he went along and gave us all the information we needed to be comfortable until the part comes in.

Rotley was incredible. Patient and clear. He explained everything and was so clear on what needed to be done to fix our furnace. Best experience ever.

I must say the technicians are polite and work hard and the company does respond quickly whenever we have furnace issues.
Today the company is actually giving us a part for free which I truly appreciate because parts are expensive!

However we have had many visits where we put in a new control board and condenser pump and piping plus a new thermostat and other work costing thousands of dollars yet the furnace continues to drop below 65 degrees throughout the day now before the heat will kick on. We have it set constantly 68.

We are praying today that this technician and part is the right answer!

Jabar is professional and has a great attitude. He completed the work required in a highly efficient manner. You don’t find many employees of his caliber.

I would NOT use this company. They recently replaced a A/C condenser unit and a thermostat for a 91yo elderly neighbor of mine who is also a cancer patient. They left her without A/C for 2 weeks because they told her they didn't make parts for her unit because it was "too old" . Her unit was probably 5 to 10 years newer than my own unit which I've gotten multiple parts for and repaired it. So something didn't sit right with me. On top of that they installed a new thermostat and instead of doing it correctly, and getting a cover plate to cover the lager hole than the newer thermostat, they mounted it with 1 screw which left the thermostat basically flopping around. And moved to the right so the large hole is still visible. They also left this 91yo elderly cancer patient to try and program this thermostat herself. For someone younger this may not be a difficult task but she had no idea how to work it. So it got to cold for her it night and too hot during the day because it was running on some crazy pre-programmed setting. She couldn't even set it manually because they left it on this program setting so even if she tried to set it manually, the program took over at the time it was set to. Even if you decided to take advantage of this elderly women, how could you in good conscious, 1st leave this woman without A/C for 2 weeks but to also leave her hanging with a extremely poorly installed thermostat without even helping her to program it? Sad excuse for a company and will not ever use.

Edit: To your response, you can spin it all you want. I seen the work you left behind with the thermostat. It's a poor job. Plain and simple. At the very least you could have programmed the thermostat for her because it would have taken 5 minutes. Fix and install the thermostat properly and I'll delete this review.
