I have a maintenance plan with Absolute Air. They check my furnace, hot water tank or air conditioner twice a year. Last month DeAndre came and changed the furnace filter and drained the hot water tank. While doing so, he discovered potential issues which he told me about. He was polite and professional and took time to answer my questions. Todd presented options to resolve the problems. He explained the differences in price and capability. He was helpful and knowledgeable.

These hvac professionals went above and beyond to ensure my town home was fixed in a quick and efficient manner. They were on time each day and cleaned up after themselves. They were personable and communicated the process throughout.. They worked as a team and completed the project. Highly recommend their service and product is working well.

Very happy with my new HVAC system installed by Absolute Air! Everyone involved was extremely helpful including Todd who was able to offer affordable options to replace my inefficient, 40 year old furnace. Collin did a great job navigating the challenges that came up to ensure that the install met proper guidelines as well as maintain the aesthetics of the areas involved. Collin and Tristin were very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job to make sure I got the heat turned on before the temperatures dropped again.
Paul came out first thing the next business day to ensure things were still running smoothly and finish up any final details. He was also very professional and knowledgeable. I am confident that going with Absolute Air was a good choice and I can already see where this unit will save me a lot on future electric bills.

Caleb and Collin did a great job on our system replacement. They were on time, super nice, and did a really good job. It wasn't just the replacement, but it was all the little things they did. Like sweeping up dust they created during the install process and respecting my home and carpet on a muddy, wet, cold day. They were super helpful answering questions when I was curious about something and were very personable and friendly. Our system is working very well, but even leaving that out of the equation, I'd recommend these folks just on their politeness how friendly they were.

Furnace melted the wiring for the pilot. Stacy came out as per the emergency call when no one else could come. He immediately saw the problem, ran maintenance and did the checks. Took his time to make sure everything worked the way it was suppose to. Replaced wiring and a transformer. Now we have heat again and our baby can have a much warmer sleep tonight. We will be using absolutely air from now on for all our service needs and possibly replacements.

1-2 year later update. Furnace went due to the age. Decided to upgrade. Was given a really good deal by the sales agent. Lots a benefits as well. Came the very next day and did the work. Very happy how it turned out. It was an all day project. And now we have really good Furnace and no more cold toilet seats.

Updated: 2025, Michael M came out to to fix a problem and found out a solution to the problem. Gave me all the info I needed. And went above and beyond. Truly honest and hard working. I was very reluctant to go the next step. Because he was very understanding of our situation we decided to fully replace the entire AC Unit. Many thanks to Michael. I tried to offer him ice cold water but he refused and kept working in the nasty heat. Definitely best hvac company you can ask for.

We researched Heat Pumps extensively, and decided to have Absolute Air install our Mitsubishi unit. We asked them to make sure it qualified for the Infrastructure Tax Credit, which it does (for next year's filing). Every question we asked was answered directly and promptly (thank you Dave). The installation by Collin, and his team Paul, Zach and Noah was done professionally and with frequent feedback to us on decisions made. It was done in just two full days! (We expected longer). Jordan came promptly and resolved questions we had about our new thermostat--it is now successfully programmed. We highly recommend Absolute Air for their professionalism, promptness, and attention to detail. We are enjoying our cool air this hot summer, and looking forward to warmth this coming winter!

Had an excellent experience dealing with the new install and troubleshooting shooting of my AC unit! What was originally supposed to be a two day install was completed in one day with some over time. When we were having some trouble with the new unit staff was available within hours of our phone call to come and help us out. Very friendly and knowledgeable!

Hunter and Garrett were awesome - fixed our a/c unit same day and upgraded the part at no charge when the didn’t have the cheaper option in stock!

We had Absolute Air repair our heating and air system at Lake Lynn. They needed to come back out to fix an issue from the original job but, were timely in diagnosing the mistake. I recommend them to anyone with a Carrier system who had an issue or concern.

Technicians were vere efficient and polite. Knew what they were doing and didn't waist time doing it. Did excellent job and cleaned up after finished.

Trey was really helpful with everything and did everything correctly. He fixed our heater in no time.

Trey walked me through with pics and a video describing the issues/equipment etc. He is very knowledgable and patient.

Mike came in for a regular maintenance check on my furnace. He was courteous, thoughtful, thorough and knowledgeable, highly recommend

Brad and Michael were absolutely amazing while fixing my sister’s boiler system which is a complicated process. Brad stayed late to make sure everything was in working order and both he and Michael were very professional and knowledgeable. I can’t thank Brad enough for going that extra mile to help my sister and doing an outstanding service for her. He worked tirelessly to complete the job which the area he was working in was difficult and kept smiling. Thank you so much and if I could give 100 stars I would!

These guys are a scam, I thought this was a local shop. this isn't even their business location this is some random guys house they are out of morgantown. They charged me 125dollars just to splice and cap a wire. And 400 dollars to replace a simple 30 dollar switch. They Tried to argue about "expertise" my dad has been in the industry for 50 years and he said no way on God green earth should that service cost that much. On top of everything they charged me an extra 99 dollars for a diagnostic fee for a grand total of 700dollars for a job that should have cost no more than 300 dollars tops. Save you money and go someplace else these guys will scam you and take everything you've got. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau

My first point of contact were the ladies in the office Tara, Rochelle and Tiana- All amazing and customer service is top notch. They put me in contact with Sean who did my evaluation, he was very kind, punctual, knowledgeable, and treated my home with respect and care. My next contact was Tara Kaylee, her kind loving demeanor when calling for dispatch was welcoming. My techcians Tristan and Garrett came on time. They talked me through their process and went above and beyond for my duct cleaning. Even when they hit a bump in the road they stayed until the issue was resolved!! Their wore booties over their shoes which was great for my littlest in the home and even played with Blu my 100+ pounds PitBull. Amazing team from start to finish- thanks everyone♡
