Tommy and Paul experienced some serious difficulties but they did an amazing job and are so polite. They also informed me of another issue that will need resolution that was done by another company. A+ service!

Repair request was submitted and 10 minutes later, I received a phone call for an appointment. 15 minutes later, the contractor was at my house. He fixed our faucet and was on his way..Highly recommend this company for plumbing issues.

I can’t tell you how pleased I am with Advanced Drains. This is my 2nd time using them and it’s such a great experience being able to work with experienced plumbers that are on time and do incredible work with no complaints. Their pricing is great. They are the only company I will work with in PA.

Mark did an amazing job! I was able to complete all of my laundry yesterday. The laundry sink as well as the bathroom sink are both working great! I’m very satisfied with the results and I would refer Advance Drains and Underground Solutions to family and friends.

These people are great. I’m so happy I was able to randomly meet Melissa and crew. I asked if they could send someone out and they were a great deal of help. Danny was able to come out and help me with two issues, providing detailed info and a favorable quote. Danny made sure to not leave until the job was completed and answered all questions.

I hope to not have any other plumbing issues, but if I do, THESE GUYS ARE MY PLUMBERS!!!!!

DO NOT order from this company unless you know exactly what you need. Read the return policy carefully before making a purchase (I did not). Customer is required to pay return shipping cost and 35% restocking fee. I ordered 4 inch drainage kits when I actually needed 3 inch (my fault). Return shipping cost at UPS Store was $207 vs $13 shipping cost for delivery to my house. Obviously, I chose not to pay the return charge. So, I'm stuck with $496 worth of unusable product. Returns are cost-prohibitive, don't make the same mistake as I did. Seek other companies with more customer-friendly return policies, especially if you are a DIYer

Advanced Drains was great to work with. They repaired and replaced part of our sewer line. Everything was done as discussed and as scheduled. Melissa coordinated all details and was great communicating with me and keeping us informed; she was very responsive, easy to work with, helpful and always took the extra step to ensure everything was happening as planned. The crew that came to do the job - Mark, Tom and Greg - was also great. Thorough, constant communication, answered questions, did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Would definitely use again.

Where do I even start with this review? We knew we had a challenging sewer replacement (300 feet of pipe bursting), but it became even more challenging once the guys got into it. The dedication and commitment from this team to get us completed was unfathomable. These guys worked through heat waves, thunderstorms, and down pours daily and nothing seemed to stop them. After seeing how this team handles adversity, I would hands down, highly recommend them for any sewer project. No project is too complex for them!

I called these people and when I tell you at advanced dreams and plumbing they are the most professional hard-working know what they're doing people that I have ever met just the day before I had express drains come out to my home and they were unable to resolve my problem and left me with a sink full of sewer water when I called advant strange the same night the young lady that answered the phone when she was so helpful and concerned she put me on the schedule for the very next day when Craig came out he was awesome he came in he took a look he gave analysis and he got right to work two other jobs gentlemen came by Bobby and Mark and when I tell you these three men came in here got the job done and I'm now able to go to bed tonight where we free cuz if anybody else no when you own a home water damage and fire damage are horrible so to have water damage you can cause fires which I was petrified because of this clog that I had water overflowing leaks and things like that when I say they came in spent less than an hour and got the work done they are the best and I will use nobody else and I recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right

Very considerate of my house as well ensuring not to track and leave any mess. The price is very reasonable also. Had a water line replaced, then somehow my sewer pipe was destroyed that was right next to it and they claimed they had no part in it. A little weird that they were the only ones to touch that area and it magically was broken after they worked there. They take no responsibility for it or even attempted to see if it might have been their fault.

The sewer pipe under my basement in a 100 year old home finally gave out. I had sewer water coming up in my basement. The team found multiple cracked and rusted sections with a video scope. A full team came back and trenched out my basement and replaced all of the iron pipe. They were careful and cleaned everything up. They did a great job and replaced about 30 feet of pipe in 6 hours. They took all of the debris away. I would definitely use them again. I live in Lansdowne, PA.

Danny from Advanced Drains and Plumbing Repairs was prompt and kept me up to date on what he was doing throughout the process. All issues were fixed quickly and the toilet is now functioning great! Great service and great work!
New service on 11/17/2025, Bill came out and like Dan was great. Great job and even gave me a temporary solution to tide me over till the fix is approved by my home insurance. Showed me the issue with pictures and I really felt like a I could trust him and the service. Great company!
