I would highly recommend Family HVAC! They were responsive, on time to the job, had competitive prices, and did high quality work. They were at my house for 6 hours on a rainy day installing a new AC and furnace and the house was spotless when they left, even though they were in and out countless times. I appreciated them laying down runners to keep the house clean during the job. Brew was great to communicate with and clearly explained our options. He even texted the next day to make sure everything was working ok and that we were happy with the job. They definitely went above and beyond and we’ll be using them again for any HVAC work in the future!

My folks had issues with their oil furnace powered 4-zone hot water baseboard heating system (also known as the Copper Octopus), partly due to a tech from another company not properly resetting the system after a recent PR valve replacement. They contacted Family HVAC who came out the next day, filled & bled the system to get it working again, and took the time to check everything out and provide a comprehensive estimate to fix all potential issues. And get this - they didn't even charge us anything to get the furnace running again!! Definitely calling these guys again if (when) something else goes wrong with it.

Brew and Josh were awesome and great to work with. They came in and diagnosed the problems with my heater and were able to fix everything very quickly. I highly recommend them!

The team worked so hard to get the installation of a new mini-split system during the busiest season. Other companies quoted dates a month away to start—Brew and his team began the next business day and got most of the job done the first day. He took time to develop an efficient plan and listened carefully to my priorities. He showed great attention to detail and left my house spotless. The team worked professionally without disruption. I knew the mini-split would be great, but the process was much better than expected thanks to Brew.

Although I haven't had my new furnace installed yet, I was very impressed at how prompt and responsive Brew was about my broken furnace. Called Family HVAC on Saturday, got an appointment for Monday and a new furnace is being installed tomorrow. I call that prompt service!!

I have a fairly new boiler that stopped kicking on. I did some online research and asked a local social media group for recommendations. This was around 7pm. By the time I decided on Family HVAC it was around 8:30pm. I went to the website and scheduled an appointment for the next day! Previous company I used would need weeks to show up! At 9:19pm Denise is texting me about my issue. I couldn't believe in todays world that this class of customer service still exist. Sadly I have become accustomed to nobody caring anymore. Brew the tech arrived on time and had my boiler fired up in no time. He also took the time to show and explain to me some things. He was very professional. The fee for the service was very reasonable and I didn't get upcharged for an emergency service. Needless to say, I am signing up with them on a service plan and look forward to being a life long customer. Family HVAC really lives up to their name. I certainly felt like family immediately. The entire process was extremely professional and streamlined! They are earning these five star reviews because of how put together their entire operation is. They were able to schedule us extremely quickly and fit a window of time so that I didn't have to take off work. I was also able to text Brew, the awesome tech that did the service, and he gave me very prompt replies to help us make the decisions we needed in regard to the repair. Great operation that you can trust! Really glad we found them!

I can’t recommend Family HVAC enough. First Brew tried to help me over the phone because they were so backed up from the holidays and wouldn’t get to me for 2 days. He spent time with me looking at pictures and then via Facetime to try to solve the problem. When we couldn’t do it via phone, even though they were very backed up, Brew fit me into the schedule at the end of the day. He was efficient, professional, and solved the problem. I was kept in the loop via text during the day and the cost was reasonable for an emergency call.

We had an issue with our system shutting down over the weekend. We received a very timely response with excellent follow up. Brew came out to check the unit and identified the issue quickly and professionally. He was able to correct in the same visit. We are very satisfied with the service provided.

Brew was exceptional with his service!! He is extremely knowledgeable and patient with our questions. He was also very helpful in connecting our phones to our thermostats. We already can’t wait to see Brew next time!

Brew came out for our fall maintenance and of course went above and beyond the job. He is always super gracious and friendly with our four kids that swarm over him before he can step foot into the house. FamilyHVAC is exactly what they advertise.

Our heater stopped working last night and we needed a repair. We also requested a quote for a new HVAC system as we knew this one was old when we purchased the house 3 years ago. Out tech Brew was on time, friendly and turned out to be a lifesaver. Upon inspecting the heater he determined we were omitting deadly amounts of carbon monoxide from the heater. He quickly turned the gas off and red tagged the heater. He then sat with us for over an hour showing us our options and making recommendations without applying any pressure to buy. We asked allot of questions and he gave us detailed answers and made us comfortable with making our decision. We chose our system and payments option and he got us scheduled for this Saturday. They are even bringing us space heaters to use until it is completed. It was a pleasure to feel good about something you had to get but weren’t be pressured to buy. A company that cares enough to let you decide what is best for you and has employees who convey the same message. I will absolutely leave the second review following the installation. I have no doubt it will be highly successful. We plan to be customers for the time we are here. Thank you for your service and honesty as well as your empathy to a difficult situation. Brew and the team were terrific. He explained the options for replacing my failed furnace and the pros and cons of each. My new system was installed within 24 hours, just ahead of the bitter cold snap. It was miserable weather today, but Brew remained cheerful and efficient despite the rain. I highly recommend him and Family HVAC!

We had a routine service/inspection of our 2 systems. The technician was very professional and the job sites were left clean. Highly recommended.

We lost heat in our home last night, but Family Heating & AC has a 24 hr emergency service, which is a very nice thing! We decided that we could wait until the morning, since we do have a couple of space heaters, so the tech was here around 8am, (they said between 8 & 10am, so they were absolutely perfect with that!) The tech was personable, professional, and honest. Even put on a mask when I kindly requested that he do so. And, he put on booties over his shoes, and that was not at my request, but I definitely appreciated that! Turns out that he couldn't get the part for the furnace until at least Monday, and with installation it would have cost more than double the price vs. me ordering it and doing it myself, which I am more than capable of doing. So, I ended up paying the $49 for the service call, but politely said no thank you. I found the correct part online & paid extra for 1 day shipping. Hopefully we should have heat by tomorrow sometime. But, I fully understand & respect that the contractor needs to make money, but more importantly, we need to get our furnace up & running ASAP, and I know that it's not their fault that they couldn't get the part sooner. But, everyone I dealt with was very prompt, kind, and understanding! 5 stars!!

Another great job completed by Family Heating and Air. Maidul was on time, knowledgeable and courteous.

The techs were here the first thing in the morning and got right to work. They got into the crawl space to fix the ductwork that had fallen and also supported another duct so it would not fall. they were very professional and had the job done within the hour. I would like to thank the two techs again for the good work that they did.

Highly recommend!! Super quick and reliable. Their yearly maintenance plan is well worth it! They send reminders when you are due for maintenance and have the best customer service around. Can't recommend them enough!
