I needed some plumbing changes to sell my house. This is not my first time using LGPH. They have over the years been very good and fair prices. I don’t even look for anyone else. Excellent service from the phone call to request service to the installation of our hot water tank. Great customer service. Removed old tank and took it away. Explained what was needed and was professional and friendly the entire time. Will definitely contact them again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

Hot water heater started leaking and contacted them. Within 15 minutes a service person arrived, and within 3 hours my hot water heater and expansion tank were completed. The two servicemen were Awesome. They even vacuumed the water in the basement. I would definitely recommend this company 👌 👍

Level Green Plumbing & Heating recently replaced our old oil furnace and AC with the highly efficient Bryant Evolution Heat Pump. We couldn't be happier with not just the energy costs we are saving, but also the professionalism, high level of knowledge and responsiveness of the estimator Rocco as well as the office staff and installers Nate, Chalmers, and Anthony. They were able to schedule our installation quickly and it all went very smoothly. Great company to work with. Highly recommend!!
Update Dec 2024: We love our heat pump! It tracks daily energy usage/costs. We saved over $100 in November in heating costs compared to last year’s cost heating with oil for the same month.

On Saturday, my furnace went out and I looked on Angie's list for a contractor... the prices were very high so on Monday I called Level Green... not only did he come within the hour but the total charge was 1/3 of the price quoted from the Angi list...Thank you Josh...I have heat!

Rocco quoted a good price for replacing my 23 year old furnace and 40+ year AC unit. The installers did a beautiful job putting the unit in (very clean install ) and had the unit in and operating in less than 2 days, that's remove the old furnace, electrostatic unit, AC, and old duct work and install the new. These fellows do know what they are doing. Recommend them 100%.

Level Green Heating and Cooling did an excellent job installing my air conditioning and Furnace. Rocco is very knowledgeable on the products and installers made sure everything was done correctly.

Again this year I had LGPH come to the house and inspect and service my furnace. Long ago, I had a bad heat exchanger and it was causing gas into the house. Ever since, i have had the furnace serviced yearly, both in the fall and spring. The technicians are always prompt (within reason), friendly, and through. They never leave a mess to be cleaned up. When repairs or replacements are needed, I'll always call them first.

Called them because my furnace was not working properly. They fit me into there work schedule and the technician was here in about 45 minutes. He explained the problems in the furnace and thermostat and how he fixed all the issues. Furnace working fine. They are our Contractor of choice since 1973.

I cannot say enough nice things about this company! Our boiler was broken and another company quoted us >$2000 after charging almost $200 for the quote and another $200 as down-payment for the part (which they said would take 2 weeks to come in!). We called these guys for a 'second opinion' and they were able to fix the problem right then with a simple part they already had with them in their truck! While they were there, they also bled-out the radiators and fixed a few other things. All for less then than $300. They were so nice and so excellent and took their time to fix everything we needed. Never calling any other company again!

Mike and his workers were very quick to respond to a frozen pipe at my house! They spent several hours working on the issue but the whole time they were very kind and pleasant! Very informative and fair company!

I've used Level Green Plumbing and Heating for several years now and I highly recommend them. All of the techs are very personable, honest, and knowledgeable. If you do end up needing major work done (i.e. new system), Rocco takes the time to evaluate your needs and actually explain why he is recommending the particular option and he makes sure any questions you may have are answered.

If you need HVAC or plumbing service, I definitely recommend them.

The workers were prompt and thorough with the work they did to get my furance up and running again.
Then Colin and his partner put a gas line and fireplace insert in on Christmas Eve. They were amazing. I called again because I couldn't relight the fireplace and they came out relite it again and explained again how to light it.

10 Star experience with Level Green Plumbing and Heating! I called because our thermostat wasn't working and we had no heat. Mike, the owner, had a tech at our house within 2 hours. After checking everything out he found that our 23 year old furnace was leaking CO2 (thankfully it was going out the flue vent) and needed to be replaced. They had guys here at 8:30 the next morning and a new furnace was installed. Everyone I had contact with was very nice and explained everything in great detail. The workers kept everything very clean and worked very efficiently. I couldn't have asked for a better job and the price was very reasonable! They didn't try to upsell me anything that wasn't necessary! I highly recommend Level Green Plumbing and Heating! Great experience!

I got to say what GREAT company this is. Rocco is very knowledgeable and quoted me a furnace & air conditioner. The installers Chalmers & Nate were professional from start to finish. I can’t say enough about this guys.
