They installed our new tankless water heater in our basement. They did a great job, everything is so neat and put together well. The service was OUTSTANDING! Better than the 3 other companies who botched a water tank or our A/C. Level Green is the perfect pick if you need a great plumber. The employees were very nice and there was minimal mess from the installation which they cleaned up. I couldnt ask for a better experience

They were hired to do a camera test for an inspection on my client’s home. They broke the sink during inspection, which they did replace, but then they spray painted my client’s driveway where it needed to be “fixed”. Told the buyer it would fail the borough test and needed $6,500 in repairs. They were never hired to actually do the repairs therefore, they Should have never defaced my clients property to begin with. Then they argued that they had to mark where it needed fixed And didn’t want to remove it. In the end The borough did their Unilateral Inspection And it passed, there was no reason To scare the buyer saying that the house needed $6500 worth of sewage work. They sent somebody to get the paint off After the fact, and it looks horrible
I have never had this happen Before and I will certainly never use them in the future.

Just recently, we had our 30+ year old oil furnace malfunction and was left without heat. LGPH came to diagnose and create an appointment for a new heat pump that same day! We had great dealings with Rocco who got us going with a new heat pump in that same week! Customer service is top notch as well from the tech interactions to the administrative desk.

Tankless water heater stopped working Sunday, called them on Tuesday morning, they had someone here Tuesday afternoon. He called the manufacturer's support line trying to get it to work, after going through all possible scenarios, it was decided that we needed a new heater. Had a proposal that afternoon. Asked if it can be installed ASAP and Mike was very accommodating and scheduled installation for Thursday. They were here at our house at 7:30 am and installation was completed by afternoon. They had to replace old pipe with new PVC pipe and rework the lines to accommodate the new tank. I cannot say enough about how nice everyone was in getting this scheduled and installed on such short notice. When they were done, everything was clean and ready to go. We now have hot water again. Thank you for everything you did to get us hot water again! I would definitely recommend Level Green Plumbing and Heating.

On multiple occasions (and at the worst times) we’ve had to call Level Green for repair/new equipment. Every time they’ve come through for us. When our house was 80° at 8am we knew something was wrong. I was told they’d put us on the schedule for today and I hoped for service by dinner time. We had technicians at our house by 10am and the problem fixed before lunch. Friendly, fast, and affordable service. Cannot recommend more. Thank you!

The timing couldn’t have been worse but we woke up Christmas Eve to no hot water and a leaking tank in the basement. We called for service and within an hour we were assured that a technician would be dispatched. Due to the holiday and size of our tank it wasn’t so easy to find a replacement tank but Michelle, Mike & Kevin from Level Green Plumbing and Heating made it happen! By 1:00 pm we had a new tank installed and we were able to get our family of four showered and ready for 4:00 Christmas Eve mass. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and we absolutely recommend Level Green to anyone in need of their services! Wonderful company who put people first!!! 5 Stars for sure!!!
