Ricky Hoover came out to my house at my request for the second time in as many weeks -- not in response to his original work, but to diagnose the source of a noise that my townhome neighbors thought wascoming from my water pipes. Ricky was very patient and thorough, looking at my system as well as my next door neighbors and diagnosing where the problem was not and where it likely was. Next step is to get an HVAC technician out here. Short version, Ricky is a real pro, very customer service oriented and a credit to the Christian Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electric organization!

Justin was very professional and he explained everything he was going to do. He made my day when he told me that the repair was covered under the warranty. Keep up the good work.

The technician did a good job flushing my Hot Water Heater. He was happy to answer questions and explain things.
The only thing that bothered me was the length of time I waited for a tech to show up. I was told the tech would arrive between 8am and 12 noon. It was after 1pm before I saw the tech at my house.
The company also changed my appointment for annual servicing of my heating system. I scheduled the appointment way in advance, only to be told they had to change it. I hope for my now, rescheduled appointment, that I do not get put off again.

Couldn't believe I got same day service. Brandon was polite and got to work right away. Looked at what I needed to have done and gave me a price. Had to have a gas line capped going to dryer. Great work....

Rickey was professional and efficient! He took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all my questions I had
( which was a lot ) since my husband wasn’t home at the time so I could understand.

Brandon Smith provided helpful advice as we try to identify the source of a plumbing odor issue. He gave us simple recommendations to solve our issue before moving to more complex options.

Had frozen pipes and a technician came out this morning. He tried to open the main valve but it was frozen shut. His response was that I would just have to wait a few days until they thaw and that he could put a heater on it but it would take 4 hours.  Then he left.

I had another plumber come out this afternoon.  He took the time and went under my house. Got the valve thawed and replaced a fitting that was cracked and while he was under the house he found electrical tape that wasn't plugged in.  He plugged it in and he was done in 2 hours.  Because your technician didn't take time to go under my house, or do anything at all, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Brandon was fabulous! He was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful ! He went above and beyond helping me with my water issue. He is an asset to your company!

I came home from a very stressful day with a sick child and found water dripping through our ceiling into our dining room. My first call was to Christian because we just had a great experience when we had an electric issue and were very happy with our technician (Aaron). Anyway, despite the fact it was 3:30, you were still able to get a plumber (Ricky) to the house within an hour and 15 minutes. Ricky was outstanding. Not only was he patient with my frustration over the leak but he also figured out the cause and took the time to teach me what to do in similar situations. Ricky presented the options to fix the problem and was very kind while I asked questions and figured out what would work for us. I really can not say enough about the patience, knowledge and kindness he brought to the situation - if we have an issue in the future I will absolutely ask for Ricky. Thank you!

Brandon Smith was honest and kind and understanding of our situation. He explained things well and it felt as if he truly cared. A+ service. Highly recommend.

Brandon was fantastic. He arrived quickly after we had a pipe burst. He went above and beyond to repair more of the pipe than he originally thought needed to be repaired at no additional cost to us. I would highly Christian for plumbing repair.

I don't really know how to thank Justin from Christian Plumbing enough. A bathroom reno became very hectic and he stepped in and solved each issue one by one and worked with us and our contractor. He's extremely knowledgeable, does incredible work, works quickly, and is reliable. He's also extremely personable and was great with our dogs. Justin and Christian Plumbing are our go to's from here on out. Extremely grateful to have found these guys - no exaggeration - called about 40 companies and they were the only reliable ones. Could not endorse any more and I am not a big reviewer.

Came out on Emergency call. Knowingly paid $150 charge. They were transparent.. He did not find source of leak. We were paying him as new drips started. His initial thought was shower has no glass and went down the wall/floor seam. Second thought was tub. Another $220 for tub opening which was dry and not the issue . Wanted much much more to open the ceiling. We had another plumber today. Identified issue as the toilet and suspect the cleaners who were there earlier knocked off the wax ring and had spilled or overflowed. Christian plumber knew the cleaners had been there .Perk Plumbing opened the kitchen ceiling. Showed us photos. Put a thicker wax ring around the toilet and we have no issues. Was just a $100 service call. Now we need to repair around the tub that was not the issue. Very nice guy from Christian but $370 with no solution

Overall the guys were very professional & did excellent work, but there are 3 areas that were under-served:

1. The hall bathroom has zero water flow at the Sink & Tub; toilet is very slow to refill tank. I was able to clear the sludge @ the sink nozzle but not the tube nor the hand wand; both are unusable now.

2. The 4th en suite bathroom similarly has zero water flow at the Sink & Shower and again toilet is slow to refill tank.

I feel that flow in these 2 zones should have been verified to conclude the installation.

3. The Hot water is only Luke-warm, reaching a max temp at MBR shower head of only 102 F, certainly not up to suitable domestic and prior use max temp of up to 120 F. Again, I believe that this should have been verified to complete the installation.

Taken together, I feel that Christian should make a return visit to return these conditions to prior working conditions at No Additional Charge.

Brandon is absolutely the best. Friendly, professional, goes the extra mile, and repaired our toilet and assessed our water system quickly. And our dog happily followed him everywhere...the true test of a great guy.

Great experience with employee Brandon Smith and Christian Home heating in general! Love the communication between corporate office to the customer regarding appointments and arrival times. Brandon very knowledgeable in his field and very professional and respectful. Will Recommend friends and neighbors for any heating plumbing, etc. issues.

Christian in general is terrific and Brandon was amazing. I called this morning about a toilet that probably should have been replaced 6 months ago, but waited until a cold miserable Friday to die. They are so accommodating and sent Brandon over before noon. Brandon was terrific, explained what he was doing and even went above and beyond to get everything working. Oh - and the toilet is on the 3rd floor and the shutoff valve is in the basement, so he definitely got his steps in. Great guy with a great attitude. I definitely recommend him and will request him next time I need a plumber.

My experience with Christian plumbing was phenomenal!
