Good news - Bad news.
Bad news is I came home for a 3 week work trip and found Philly to be 99 degrees and my AC was 100% broken. Good news is I switched a few years ago to Boyle Energy because a friend told me it was family run. In my experience, a family run business vs a corporate run business is always going to be the better option.

Boyle took this on the way you would want a family member to help. I was not the only household without AC during this brutal week, so I was not at the top of the repair line.
To mitigate that, they sent a portable AC to be temporarily installed in my bedroom. When I saw later that night that their portable AC had a leak, I figured I unplug it and wait till morning for help.
I left a message with their answering service to let them know what was happening and within an hour a tech named Illia showed up and simply took on the task of making this right. I could write an entire review of just Illia. What stood out was his professionalism, his lack of attitude when he saw that the new AC from Home Depot didn't include a part in the box - which meant he had to drive back there at 9:30 PM, and his determination to solve the problem, etc. He was exactly the type of professional you would want on your side. I'm sure they have many qualified people working there, and I doubt you can ask for your favorite tech to be the person who works on your heating and cooling system for future maintenance. But if I could, I would ask for Illia.
Then there were the financial terms. Boyle has an agreement (right now at least) with a bank to provide an interest free loan for X months. I appreciate that since this was not a planned expense. But when Experian got their wires crossed, and did not unfreeze my credit in a timely manner to make that loan happen- the office at Boyle simply put me at ease and said - don't worry about it now, we'll work it out later.

Since our home isn't in a regular residential area, they needed to secure a special permit, which left us without heat for a bit. Damian stepped in and delivered some portable heaters to keep us warm. Damian was with us every step of the way, and the company made sure we got our new heat pump and furnace well before an impending ice storm. I highly recommend their service! I recently had a county inspection, which went very smoothly. The inspector was thoroughly impressed with the work done by brad and liam. The new furnace is so silent, we can't even tell it's running! The service I continue to receive from them is impressive. I raised a query in March, and they promptly texted me back, then paid a visit to clarify things and ensure everything was running smoothly. They even discovered a $1000 rebate for me and took care of the paperwork!

He swapped out the old heater with the new one and got it working within a day. Then he returned to run tests on our existing system to ensure there were no issues. He also set up extra dampers and added blown-in insulation to our attic to R 50 to help with our heating and cooling expenses. Last month, our electric heater began to leak and Gary promptly responded and installed a new one. i am totally satisfied with the savings on our electricity bill with the new equipment and would strongly recommend Gary if you need any heater repair service. I reached out on a Sunday evening for assistance with a significant amount of water in my basement, originating from the evaporator condensation drain pump of my AC unit. I didn't consider it an emergency and fully expected it might take a week for service, especially considering the intense heat wave we were experiencing. To my astonishment, I received a call back from Damian that same evening, assuring me that Fusion HVAC Repair would dispatch someone the next morning if I was available, and indeed I was. Liam was the technician who arrived around 10 am to address the issue. He was both personable and professional, explaining the issue with the device and proceeding to replace it. In addition, he discovered that the outlet the device had been plugged into was faulty and promptly replaced it. He also took the time to inspect the air conditioner and furnace. I must express my immense satisfaction with the service from Fusion HVAC Repair; I can't recommend them highly enough. As a side note, I have contacted them in the past for various checks, and never once did they try to upsell me on services or replacements I didn't need. Absolutely love their integrity and service!

We recently had the pleasure of working with a fantastic furnace repair service for the second time. We found them online while searching for help. About a year and a half ago, we experienced a refrigerant leak, and the repair team came out on a weekend to assist us. They kindly waived the service call fee when they fixed the issue and refilled the refrigerant. This past weekend, when the temperature inside climbed to 85 degrees, we made an emergency call, and Liam arrived the very next afternoon. He dedicated an hour to thoroughly checking our furnace and explained that, given the age of the system and the extreme heat outside, it was working hard to keep up! When it was time to settle the bill, he surprised us by saying there would be no charge at all. We also inquired about upgrading to a new system, and he provided us with details on what would be needed for the future. The service was outstanding, and we highly recommend them!
