Just had my mom’s septic tank drained and cleaned in Hollywood. Billy and the employee who came out to do the cleaning were absolutely amazing and easy to work with! The process was fast and able to inspect the tank after everything was drained. He also provided information about how to maintain the tank well and how often to get the tank drained. I called over 10 other companies and Eco Pump was the clear choice over all others. I highly recommend them and will continue to do business with them in the future!

I was super happy with the service I received. I had my house and my mom’s house serviced yesterday to pump the septic tank. It’s been five times that I use this company. He’s unbelievable. You just pick up the phone and they come running and the service and the cleanup. I could tell you that I’m overwhelmed with the service. I’ve never seen a company this good I really recommend him to anybody who’s looking for somebody who gives a good price. Who’s on the ball and who does over and above would anybody would expect I just don’t know how to put it into words, but all I could say is this guy is not a five star. He’s a six star company over the top. The best service I’ve ever had and the price is just unbelievable. He’s cheaper than anybody I was ever contacting. I truly recommend him. This was unlike prior experience With other vendor where the truck was drove Write up to the septic tank. The price was very Transplant and honest Great job thank you

This is a small veteran owned local business. If you're used to a world that runs on hard schedules look elsewhere. If you want a very knowledgeable and professional real worker that has been doing this work for 50 years Artis is your guy! He might not have the best phone skills but he will get the work done right on your septic system. Very honest and fair, definitely recommend.

Was a no show day of for 9am. Said he’d be there at 4pm instead. Was a no show again. Took almost a day for him to answer the phone again. Scheduled next day for 11-12. AGAIN- no show. Had to take off work multiple times to meet him for these no shows. Then he yelled at my realtor and was very unprofessional when she talked to him about the no shows bc we are on a timeline to close on our home. Ended up using someone else.

Was very disappointed in customer service , i had to wait over a week just for an appointment and after i sat on the job for over 5 hours they were a No Show and was sub post to call later that night with no call to reschedule , i call him and was given a two hour window and he would be there on Saturday well again no show and he never called to reschedule

He do a great inspection on my septic tank and drainage system underneath the house and the drain fields.
