I can't say enough good things about the two gentlemen that came out and pumped our septic tank. They were not only the most affordable we found but they were very quick and efficient.

I used Affordable Septic Service for the first time this year. I was very pleased. They did the job and didn't leave my yard tore up. Prices in line with others.

Sorriest company I ever used. Left driveway tore up. Would not come back to level driveway out. Left part of septic tank lid in driveway. Had to sweep road where gravel was left in it. SORRY COMPANY to deal with. Text them to see if going to come back to fix ruts in driveway and get no response from owner.

Driver made awft in front of me on 152 today and almost caused an accident if I didn't slam on my brakes

If you have any kind of septic system work that needs to be done I highly recommend Mr. Neal of Affordable Septic & Grease Cleaning, Inc of Walkertown to do it. If I could have given him 10 stars I would have. He and his team were great. He showed me what the problem was and gave me a price to fix it. (A very good price) On top of that I was just casually telling him about my central air conditioner needing replacing. He gave me the name of a friend of his in that business that came out and looked at the AC, well he checked a few little things and said "I don't see where your AC system has burned up or that it needs any kind of repair." He pushed a button and my AC is working with no problems. Saving me over $7,800.00 for the AC and Mr. Neal saved me over $1,200. to fix my septic system. I can tell you the work done was top notch and I saved over $9,000.00. Being on a fixed income it is so, so wonderful to find someone that is honest, does a great job, and saves you this kind of $$ it is a wonderful thing. I would give him the highest ratings possible.

If all you need to have done is a simple septic tank pumping, Affordable Septic can pump your tank just like any other company. The problem with this company arises when your issue is more than just a simple tank pumping. The people they send out to do the work aren’t knowledgeable enough to diagnose your problem and tell you that a septic tank pumping won’t solve your issue.

Our septic had been overflowing in our yard, so I assumed we needed the tank pumped. I called them because they’re the cheapest around…you get what you pay for. We scheduled them to be at our house at 12 because we had a pediatricians visit at 10:30. They showed up earlier than expected and allegedly pumped the tank before I got home. By time I got home they were waiting in their truck on my street and said they had pumped my tank. They also told me when they were pumping the tank that, “it was mostly just water”. I know now that this should have been a warning sign to both me and to them that my issue wasn’t fixed. 2 weeks later my septic is overflowing again.

I called them back and they said they would need to clean my drain box and vacuum my lines. I was quoted $600 for 1 line, and $800 for 2 lines. They said if I dug up my drain box that they would give me a break on the price of the service. I had also hoped I would be given a deal because I had just used them to pump my septic 2 weeks prior. So I did the work and got the drain box uncovered. They came out, pumped the drain box and vacuumed my one line. Not only has this still not solved my septic problems, but they still charged me $600 for the service.

When I tried to contact them to come back out, they had a bunch of excuses on why they couldn’t come. One week it was rain, even though it wasn’t raining at my house. The next week their truck had broke down. Then they quit responding to texts and ignoring our calls. My wife called from her phone, and they picked right up. She scheduled a day for them to come out, but they didn’t show up. Apparently there was a miscommunication where one guy had told another that he was going to come out, but he didn’t. When she tried to call them, they started ignoring her calls. My father called them from his phone, and they picked right up. Once my wife said we would be moving on with a different company, they responded and said they would be back out the next morning. They eventually came back out that next morning and just told us we would need to contact the county to get a permit to do additional work,

Basically, only use these guys if you want bottom of the barrel service and to be left with the same issues you started with after paying them $900. Let them do all the digging, because they’re not going to give you a price break. They’re nice enough guys, so if you know for sure all you need is a general septic pump, they have the equipment to do that.

Wonderful experience with this team ! I called early one morning needing my septic tank pumped and received a call back within a few minutes. By noon they were at my house pumping not only my tank but restoring my field drain lines, helping us solve a bigger issue. I am so thankful for their knowledge and help. I will be using them for all my septic needs.

Very pleased with the service we received to pump our septic tank. They were able to come out the same day and were very professional.

I had an unexpected issue arise with my septic tank and lines. A friend referred me to this company and they waisted no time coming out to check out my problem. To make a long story short, upon them checking my system, they made the right diagnosis and corrected my problem at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. The employees were very professional and knowledgeable about their profession. It's been a week now and the issues that we were having, have cleared up and my wife and I are pleased. Great job! Great price! The crew was quick and did excellent work. We had a new sewer pipe and tank emptied. They filled in the hole tamped it down nice. Thank you much appreciated.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. We had to have our drain field repaired, so we didn't take the decision lightly. This company was prompt in getting us on their schedule and offered the best pricing among all of our quotes. Their professionalism and quality of service has earned our loyalty, and we'll definitely call them again for any future drain repairs!

I had used them to pump my septic tank before, and they did a good job.

Then I hired them to install a new septic system; he asked to get paid and said he would come back to grade the yard where the lines were installed. I called and texted him a few times; every time he said he would come back. The last time I spoke to him, he said he could recommend someone to grade my yard.

They also left the tank sticking out of the ground about two feet. I would never use them again; I wouldn't recommend them either.

Placed a call in at 5 o’clock in the evening and they got to me by 10 o’clock the next morning. Two guys that came out were super nice, professional and pleasant, and they don’t have a pleasant job. But somebody’s gotta do it. Price was surprisingly lower than I expected. I will definitely tell everyone about them.

Cheap work cheap results. Guy that came out was in to much of a hurry to do both tanks and claimed that since I just had 1 done at the beginning of the year I wouldn't need the other side done well 2 months later it's stoped up and he says we never told him about the other side. Owner was cool and wanting to make it right but the guy that comes out wants another 300🤣 what a joke if you want your dual tank pumped hit up mountain view septic they'll get you right.

From the time I called the company at 1am on a Saturday morning when I had a septic emergency, my call was immediately answered and I was put on the schedule. Chris came to do the work later that morning to pump my tank and returned a few days later to finish replacing our broken water pump. When I called for the pump replacement, I was put on the schedule for the very next day. Chris has been nothing but professional, informative and kind while performing the service. Tommy, who answered my calls and coordinated everything, has been kind, patient and great as well. This will definitely be my go to company for my septic tank needs.

Patrick is the MAN...he was great. He demonstrated and explained everything we needed to know concerning our water. We just moved in our new home and we kept noticing a smell with our water. My husband nor I had any real knowledge about well water but Patrick schooled us. I am so grateful. He was right on time. We were having the Blessing of our new home & a cookout on Saturday and Patrick had it installed on Saturday.. what a Blessing. And Pedro did an amazing job installing. I honestly thought our system was working but Patrick showed us it wasn't and it was also outdated. We now have good clean water. No more smell..no more smelly clothes and we can now actually drink our water and not spend money buying water every week like before. Thank you so much Patrick and Pedro.

My husband and I got this system about 2 year ago now, about 4 or 5 months after we got it my husband tried contacting someone because we didn't see a change in our water. He wanted our money back, but they said we were past the window for that. About a month and a half ago we received a letter in the mail for us to send off a water sample to test our water, so we did that. We got a call about 3 weeks ago saying they received our sample and it looked like we have impurities in our water. They proceeded to ask my husband if we had a filter system in our house and he told them yes, we had their system. He then started to stutter and say well I'm going to let you talk my assistant manager. The assistant manager said he needed to talk with the manager and she gave him her name and number, he tried calling 2 times and only just got a call back yesterday. The manager is now back tracking and saying that the people who tested our water made a mistake and there are no impurities in our water and they are sending someone out Monday to re-test. I'm sure that test will show nothing is wrong now that they know we already have their system that does not work! So what I'm trying to say is, its a scam so don't waste you money!!!!!

My wife and I just recently got our water system installed and by far it is one of the best investments we could’ve made. We definitely see and feel a huge difference with our water when cooking, bathing and doing laundry. Our water tester, Patrick, was awesome. Good customer service and very knowledgeable about everything we had questions on. Good installation as well. I’d definitely recommend this service to anybody.

Patrick was so good to us! His customer service is top notch. Our water is so pure and clean! We had a heavy chlorine smell when we ran water in our shower and now it’s gone! The cleaning products are fantastic too! I highly recommend Aqua Pure. We have saved so much money on water bottles too. Now we just drink straight from the faucet.

Peace of mind having good clean water. We didn't love the taste of the water in our new house, never did we imagine it was because it was dirty! Seeing the results, feeling the results AND free clean soap too?!! So happy with our decision!
