I recently had the pleasure of working with Patrick in North Carolina to install a new home water system. His expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the process, resulting in a system that has significantly improved the taste and quality of my water. I highly recommend Patrick’s services to anyone seeking a reliable and efficient solution for their home water needs.

I was looking for a water filter system for my new house because I could tell I had hard water. It was leaving a ring around my pets’ water bowls, and the water tasted funny. I got a quote from a different company but I was not happy with what they proposed to me. I got a call from Aqua Pure the same day, and Patrick came over the next day. At first, I was skeptical with the show and tell of water testing, but after he answered all my questions, I decided to invest in their water filtration system. After 5 months, I can say my water tastes so much better and there is no longer a ring around my pets’ water bowls. I have had a few issues and whenever I reached out to Patrick for help, he is always responsive and resolved the issues right away. He made sure I understood how to use the system and take care of it. I highly recommend Patrick and Aqua Pure.

Probably the best customer service we have ever experienced. Once the right person caught wind of the issues I was having, they sent someone out ASAP and fixed it. Michael stayed until he made sure the problem was resolved. He is quite knowledgeable in this subject. Their plumber Pedro was in and out in no time and was so professional. And their supervisor Patrick was a delight to talk to, he made sure our problem was solved before they could leave. A+ service and am so happy with our system now!! Call Michael for any of your water softener needs!

You’ll receive a card saying you get a free Amazon gift card if you get a water test. RUN!!! The water test is long as heck they basically won’t take no for answer. I agreed to try out a system and was not told that I had to cancel in 3 days so now I am stuck paying on a loan because their sales person didn’t explain right. I suggest staying away from this company and whatever scamming they may be doing.

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to *fall in love with water*, let me introduce you to Aqua Pure Solutions — and specifically, the superstar consultant Patrick U. From the moment he stepped in, Patrick was a breath of fresh, *chlorine-free* air. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the product, process, and company, and explained everything in a way that felt like chatting with a really smart friend—not a pushy salesperson (hallelujah!). No pressure, no awkward sales pitch… just solid info and genuine guidance.

Now let’s talk about the *real star*: the water system itself. GAME. CHANGER. I noticed improvements within *days*. The small patches of dermatitis on my hands (shoutout to chlorine for that one 🙃) began clearing up, and my hair felt softer and healthier almost immediately. I now physically cringe when I have to use water anywhere else—who knew I’d become a water snob?

And because I went all in, I also added the reverse osmosis drinking system to the setup. It’s perfect for drinking, cooking, and washing produce. I’ve officially broken up with bottled water. We had a good run, but my new filtered setup is forever. 💧

In short: worth every penny, and I’d do it again a thousand times over. Thanks again to Patrick and Aqua Pure Solutions for making my home water feel like a 5-star spa experience on tap.

I was a new homeowner when I received a postcard offering a $100 gift card to test my water—what seemed like a simple promotion quickly turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience.

The sales rep who came to my home gave an impressive, albeit overly long, two-hour presentation. They emphasized their excellent customer service and positive reviews, which at the time, I believed. We agreed to a 3-day free trial of their whole home filtration system, which they extended to 5 days. During the call to confirm, they even generously (and unsolicited) offered a $200 gift card. That same afternoon, the system was installed.

By the next morning, I’d done more research and realized I wasn’t ready to commit to a $9,000 system. I contacted the salesman to cancel the trial. Though he initially tried to win me back—offering the system to me at their supposed “cost” of $5,000—once he realized I had made up my mind, his tone changed drastically and the call ended with him hanging up on me.

I didn’t hear back for days, so I called again to have the equipment removed. When they finally came back—on a Saturday—I spent another hour repeating myself: I’m not moving forward, take your equipment and go. Instead, they pressured me to pay for trial costs, saying things like “can you help take care of the plumbers?” I couldn’t believe it. Again, I declined.

They removed the system the following Monday. When I asked the manager what I’d done to be treated this way, he admitted I had done nothing wrong and even told me, very clearly, that I was still owed the gift cards.

Before leaving, they asked me to sign a document that not only released them from liability, but also stated that I wouldn’t write a review—something I now realize was an attempt to silence honest feedback.

For the next month, I followed up repeatedly about the gift cards. Eventually, they said they would send me $100 (not $200), which I have still not received. When I informed them I planned to share my experience, I was threatened with legal action. (I have the text message if anyone wants to see it.)

As of July 7, 2025, I have not received the gift card. And after everything—being misled, pressured, ignored, and threatened—I feel obligated to share my experience. A trustworthy company stands by their product and their word. Unfortunately, this one did not.

Daniel and Robert from Aqua Pure Solutions were fantastic. They both were very knowledgeable, helped us feel comfortable in our purchase. The water demo was amazing and really got you thinking what was in your water. Since having the system installed, we have definitely noticed a difference in our drinking water taste on the normal tap and the osmosis tap. The water for baths and showers are unreal, you can really feel how smooth it is on your skin. 100% best purchase ever! Thanks guys!

I was in the market for a water filtration system and Aqua Pure Solutions was responsive and professional. We were able to get it installed the next day and we love it!

My husband and I purchased an in-home water filtration system and a reverse osmosis system from Aqua Pure Solutions about 3.5 years ago, and we’ve absolutely loved our experience from start to finish!

From the very beginning, the process was seamless—starting with the thorough water testing, to the professional installation, and even the easy filter replacements. We are now in the process of relocating the system to our new home, and Aqua Pure Solutions has continued to be incredible to work with every step of the way.

We also appreciate the thoughtful home products that come with the system, which have been a nice bonus! A special shout-out to Melissa, who has been fantastic to work with throughout this entire journey.

We highly recommend Aqua Pure Solutions—clean water is a must, and their service and products truly make a difference!

I really like my filtration system but the service from AquaPure, especially Sofia, is superior! I had questions that were handled promptly and professionally. A very friendly experience. Follow up was great!

Don't trust Aqua pure solutions they are only interested in making a sale. I've had more problems with my water since we switched water softener systems puronics is terrible and Aqua pures communication is also I'm still waiting to hear back from someone hire up to remove this terrible piece of crap from my home very expensive and was untold about the up keep of the system. Don't trust Patrick one of the managers from Aqua pure he is a lair they got me with the mail I your water sample. My skin has been worse since they installed this system July of this year. I was told that the system would be the best investment you could make for your family it's probably the worst thing you could do. I'm stressed about all this and waiting to hear back from someone higher up I just want to be done with this mess. I'll keep people informed about Aqua pure solutions when I find out more information. Don't buy a puronics system at least not a 30 B system.

I have the correct company. Initially we got a Home Depot test but called the wrong company to come back out which was this one. Robert S was our salesperson. I am giving the sales team ZERO star and the products 5 stars. The product is fantastic and we couldn’t be happier .
I want to start off with this company pays for reviews. They leave you a card saying “if you give us a 5 star review we’ll send you an Amazon gift card!”
Again, the product itself is amazing. I am beyond pleased wit the water system.
Here’s our story and what you need to be aware of : we sent out a sample for a “free water test” from Home Depot. We got our results and quickly learned we were about to receive a sales pitch. They insisted in order for them to come out both home owners needed to be home. I can now tell you it’s because the system is very expensive and they likely want your credit check to go well. So we invite them to come out and set up an appointment because we have a well& a baby on the way and know we needed a good water system to remove all impurities . Our water was visibly crap . Everything was caked in scale.
The salesperson they sent was insanely pushy. He side stepped every single question we had about price. He stayed for over two hours . My husband and I were exhausted. He wore us down. We kept asking “okay we appreciate the fact your systems work with NASA , you showed us all these videos of people saying they’re happy, and you have 5 star reviews can we please have the pricing.” We think we are getting the pricing . HE STILL PROCEEDS to write down everything else BUT the pricing. After getting irritated we say “WHAT. IS. THE. PRICE.” After hours of his pitch we are just exhausted and want to know cost. My husband and I are in business. We were interested in the product . We told him we were interested. We were low hanging fruit. We didn’t need the heavy sales pitch. We gave him no push back minus wanting the price which was making our guards go up. He finally says “okay this is what you spend in soap every year… “ and after a 15 minute spiel of how we get a free 3 year supply of soap, he finally tells us the cost of the system. We had a bit of sticker shock initially.

We told him we were interested but wanted the weekend to research.

He proceeds to leave the room , call his installation techs , comes back into the room and says “perfect they’ll be here today at 2pm.”
Sir. We did not ask for them to be here today at 2 pm. The thing is, compared to similar systems, this one is the best and the price isn’t far off. We would have gone with it IF HE HAD JUST GIVEN US THE CHANCE TO RESEARCH
We hadn’t even signed paperwork when the installation techs come.
Anyway, the business manager (?) came Monday with paperwork .
Thankfully, it’s a fantastic system and we do love it. We have a baby on the way and are thankful for clean water. I feel safe with our water now.
On a side note: THE SOAPS AND DETERGENTS. The soaps are fine. They’re free so may as well! We use about half of what we got regularly. I do think most of the concentrate packages would last a year but the body wash , hand soap, and shampoo certainly do not. We went through them in half the time with really only my husband using them (yes, we accurately dilute. Sometimes it’s really thick and sometimes it’s really watery despite roughly using the exact same amount every time .) I was upset because I told the salesperson my skin is sensitive to coconut. He said “well are you allergic?” I said no. He said “okay good ! You’re good .” It took me forever the dig around for the ingredients of our products only to discover everything is made with coconut. I can’t use the products but my husband can. The cleaners are nice. They are free of harsh ingredients. I just , again, I wish we weren’t stuck under the wool during *every single part* of the process of signing up. We couldn’t trust anything anyone told us. We have no respect for the sales team or at least this salesperson.
I am not the owner of an Amazon gift card- I am , however , enjoying soft skin.

The water system has been great and the customer service is amazing as well! Daniel has checked in on us multiple times to ensure satisfaction. Even years after we purchased it. Highly Recommend!

My husband and I felt misled from the very beginning of our experience with Aqua Pure Solutions.

We received a letter in the mail that appeared to be from our city water supplier asking us to submit a free water test. Because the envelope and messaging seemed to come directly from our city, I submitted the sample. I later received a text instructing me to call a number about the results, where I was told we had hard water and mineral detection issues and that a technician needed to come to our home for further testing. At no point was it clearly disclosed that this was a sales company or that the visit was intended to sell a product.

The in-home “testing” lasted approximately 1.5–2 hours and ultimately turned into a sales presentation, which was not clearly disclosed upfront.

On the day of installation, we learned for the first time that the system consisted of two separate components, including one that requires ongoing salt refills. This information was never disclosed during the sales process and only came to light after installation.

We were also told there would be a three-month delay before any payments would begin. Later, we received conflicting information from the financing department indicating that payments would start the month after purchase, directly contradicting what was explained during the initial visit.

We were additionally told that if we ever moved homes, the unit could be moved with us. The clear implication during the sales process was that this was included. Only after the unit was installed did we learn that customers are charged a substantial fee to have the system moved to a new home—something that was never disclosed upfront.

After doing our own research, we found that comparable whole-home water filtration systems were available for thousands of dollars less and offered similar performance. They promise you the world and then conveniently forget to mention how much it will actually cost you to get it.

I also felt that my questions were not always fully or clearly answered. For example, we were told we would receive five years’ worth of cleaners and soaps, provided one year at a time, which left me wondering where we would even store such a large quantity of products. Despite asking questions and trying to understand how this worked, it was not explained that these were concentrated solutions meant to be mixed with water. I only learned this later by researching the company that produces them.

I also repeatedly asked how much the soaps would cost after the five-year period ended. Initially, I was not given a clear answer and was instead told things like “we have options to keep the cost low” or that pricing could depend on referrals. After asking multiple times, I was eventually told the cost would be “about $10,” but it was never clarified whether that amount applied per product, per refill, or for an entire year. Given our overall experience and the amount of information that was withheld or unclear, I do not feel confident in the accuracy of that answer.

Similarly, while the option to change cleaner scents was mentioned during the initial appointment, it was not explained during installation. The technician simply handed us bottles and stated the product and scent, which made it seem as though the scents were fixed. It took several minutes to realize on our own that the scents could be changed.

I cannot stress enough how much distrust this experience has left me with. I have never encountered a sales process that felt so manipulative and misleading. From withheld information to contradictions and incomplete explanations, this experience relied far more on confusion and pressure than on honesty or transparency.

Important details were disclosed incrementally rather than clearly upfront, making it difficult to make a fully informed decision.

I strongly encourage others to read the negative reviews carefully before doing business with this company.

There is much more I could share about our experience, but for the sake of space, I will leave it at that.

I’m a CA-transplant of less than three years, but was still pretty surprised at how bad my City Water tasted in my new home, including what the test results showed! Previously, I had a reverse osmosis system under my condo kitchen sink, but didn’t want to mess with changing those expensive filters, so I was thrilled when Daniel showed me a whole house purification system that’s virtually maintenance-free. Since drinking water is my main source of hydration, I decided to “give myself the gift of health” (as well as cleaner skin and hair). All of my interactions with AquaPure Solutions thus far have been pleasant and professional—my installer Pedro even helped me rearrange stuff in my garage to position easy access to my system. They also offer referral incentives and several financing options/discounts, so from a customer standpoint, it’s a Win-Win!

During the freezing weather we had a pipe freeze and burst in our filtration system. I called the office and spoke to the office manager Melissa and she sent a technician named Louis out within the hour. I was amazed how quickly the fixed this issue. They are absolutely customer focused. My family greatly appreciates their service

Patrick McCorkle, is an amazing salesman. He walked us through the demonstration, and educated us about just how unclean our water really was. We have had a few questions since we purchased the water filtration system, and he always answers when we call. We can thank him enough for his help. We love our new system, and our skin feels healthier than ever before.
