We recently purchased a home with existing water filtration systems in place. From the first phone call Aqua Pure has been one of the best companies that we have come across after 30 years of home ownership. Sofia in customer service is friendly, professional, and patient. She listens closely, returns calls promptly, and is helpful in her willingness to try and understand a problem that will lead to the best possible solution. Pedro, the technician that came to our home was amazing. He was professional and kind, answered all of our questions, and worked diligently to get the systems working like new again. Our water tastes amazing and we feel confident moving forward with this company taking care of our home’s water needs.

Aqua Pure Solutions has been a game changer. I never knew how bad the city water was until Scott came showed me the impurities. Even in my bottled water which I swore by! Since my new filter system has been installed our family is able to drink straight from the faucet and we enjoy every drop. Our showers and laundry has changed drastically, I can’t wait to see the long term effects of my investment . Daniel was such a pleasure to work with, very helpful and family oriented company.

Charles and Jared of R & M Sewer did a wonderful job with my septic tank. My son had neglected it for many years, but now it’s like new again. You can’t even tell that they were in my yard and everything works well now. They explained everything without rushing so that I could understand it. They were very reasonably priced too for the above and beyond level of service they gave.

I called this company and they set up an appointment for the very next day. Super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable!! They didn't mind all my questions or me watching the whole process of cleaning out my septic tank lol. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!!

Absolutely a wonderful experience during a really stressful time. First of all, they got me in the same day I called. I appreciated that as I couldn't use any water in my house due to sewer backup. They got here, assessed the situation. Fixed my problem and then quoted me a price that was unbelievably low - don't tell them that :)
They were polite, showed up on time, courteous, respectful that I was on a work call and then super quick. I would highly recommend them for a fair honest price and great service.

It happened that I had clogged sink on Friday right when my folks were on the way to my place, I called these guys and the plumber showed up in no time and fixed the issue. I would definitely recommend them for emergencies like that.
