Derrick’s Septic pumped our tank and installed a new outlet tee/filter to bypass a blockage. They did a great job and kept us informed with each step.

While I am sympathetic to issues that arise when it happens they rescheduled the appointment 2 times when we were closing on a home and had a time constraint. When they actually did the inspection they did not check the water flow from the house to the septic system that would have uncovered an issue that had i not partially fixed myself would have cost me 9k to fix. The last septic inspection included that. They didn't do that.

Very professional, kind, respectful and just the prime example of who you would want to do business with.

Derrick provide us with professional service and timely results. We just recently bought a new home in the area and needed a septic inspection and service before we completed the purchase. Very happy with his company and will use him in the future.

Derrick did an outstanding job of pumping our septic tank and informing me of a problem with the leach field being full of tree roots. I asked him to schedule a repair after he informed me of the scale of the problem and of the possibility that the proposed repair might not solve the problem if the roots were too wide spread. I appreciated his honest appraisal of the situation and asked him to proceed. Derric contacted the utilities relative to marking buried power lines, etc. also arranged for a sanitary inspection for the permit and when these details were taken care of he arrived on Fri. morning at 8 AM and immediately went to work. the system was badly compromised but Derrick kept on digging and eventually discovered that there were lines which would be able to make the system work. In addition to establishing all new drain pipes and junction boxes he installed an access pipe I can use to treat the sysyem from now on to prevent addition root infestation.The system passed inspection and Derrick began to carefully backfill the excavation . All of this in one day and with clear explanations for everything he did as well as answers to all my questions.
Truly a professional job by all measures! I can't recommend Derricks Septic highly enough. Wonderful to find such honest and capable professional service!

My call to Derrick’s for the septic tank to be pumped and the filter cleaned. They had a cancellation my appointment was moved up. I did not need to lose a day at work, they arrived as scheduled did the work and replaced the sod with little noticeable disturbance. A smooth easy experience, easy to pay online too! Thank you.

I just had my septic tank cleaned out, and they did a marvelous job. Even went above and beyond what was required of them. And when the work was done they smoothed everything out and it looks perfect. I recommend them wholeheartedly, and trust me, I mean it! They do good work. They complete the job and don't leave a mess. Better than that, they made it look better than it was before it started! Again, I would recommend them without reservation! And if I ever need work done on my septic again, Derrick Septic is the one I will use. I trust them and their work. These days, it's hard to find people who really want to do the work and do it right. Thank god, there are still people like Derrick Septic who care enough to do that! Oh, and one other thing; their prices are very reasonable and affordable.

This company will use an excavator to dig and tear up your lawn. Plus, this guy had an attitude the whole time, and though it was necessary to drive the excavator all over my new grass. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

As people can see from the response, this guy has nothing but excuses and will not take responsibility. In the picture, you can see this guy drove the excavator to the far right side of the yard for no reason when the septic area is towards the far left. You can see 2x 24 by 24 inch square blocks that I placed down where the septic lids are located. I told the guy that is where he needs to dig, and he will find the lid, but he did not want to listen. I told him that 1 hole is about 12 inches down, and the other is about 15 inches down, and there is no reason to use an excavator, but he did not want to listen. There are plenty of other companies out there, and this is one I Do Not Recommend.

The truck showed up quickly and the driver/operator "Chris" was very professional and nice. He was easy to talk to and had a good amount of knowledge about my septic system... the operation was quick and neat... than you very much....

Had some issues with my septic and they were quick to come out and get it fixed.their employee was Very friendly and knowledgeable of his stuff. He had an answer for every question I had. He helped me understand my septic tank and Even gave me some extra information that I would’ve never found out on my own. 5 stars to Chris!! Highly recommend AAA Septic Tank Service!

Woody and Kenny pumped my tank, arrived promptly answered all my questions. Very professional. I appreciate how knowledgeable and courteous they were.

They were polite and educated me on how the septic works. I didnt know that I had 2 tanks or how any of it worked. They were affordable and discounted me for doing multiple tanks.
