I contacted Derrick's Septic as they provided service to us when we purchased our home 3 years ago. This time was to clean/empty our septic for routine upkeep. When he arrived he informed me that we had built a greenhouse on some of the septic tank and he could only get to half of our tank. I did not know what to do but rather than charge me full price for only half of the job that needed to be done Derrick gave me options. We could move the greenhouse with equipment he could provide, which I did not want to do or we could have a small trap door made in the center of the greenhouse for access now and in the future. I was very grateful as that was a great idea that did not involve moving and possibly destroying the greenhouse and he did not charge me for the initial visit. We are currently waiting to have the trap door installed and then we will contact Derrick's to come back out and have our septic serviced. I was very pleased as he could have just emptied half our septic and charged us without offering suggesting to help us. This won Derrick's Septic a loyal customer!

Septic service made simple. Showed up on time. Opened up. Cleaned out. Cleaned up. Left the site as good as can be. All for a reasonable price. Check 'em out.

Derricks's septic service is excellent. The operator was on time and did the pumping an a fine way. The operator was friendly and answered all my questions. the area was cleaned up before leaving. I used Derrick’s on two occasions: septic system inspection prior to closing on home purchase and a follow up repair after purchase (the need for repair was noted during initial inspection). On both occasions I was pleased with their service and pricing. Sean did the work both times, which required the grass being removed so the tank could be accessed - very good job removing and replacing grass; when he was done, I couldn’t even tell where the access was made. Doing business and making payment was easy - no surprises in their pricing. They did what they said they would do and did it well. I plan to use them in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

Purchased a home right after septic tank pump out and repair work. We have been very satisfied and yard we put back nicely after digging completed.

Derrick's Septic did a great job on servicing/cleaning my septic system. The technician who came out was working with the handicap of a broken toe. While working, he did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing. He made highly appreciated suggestions for maintaining the system in good working order. He was quick and efficient. The service operator who set up the appointment was very friendly and helpful. Probably 20 or so of my neighbors have successfully used Derrick's for the same septic cleaning purpose. It was a reasonable price for the service. I highly recommend Derrick's.

The service we received from Derrick's Septic Services was a great job. We've used this company several times and been pleased with them each time. He let me know that I needed to have it pumped out every 2 years, and the riser had a crack in it for me to keep a check on. It wasn't anything to worry about replacing right now. The tank itself was in good shape. I found him to be very professional and courteous while doing the job. I appreciate him letting me know what I needed to do in the future.

Derrick’s repaired the septic tank so we didn’t have to dig a whole new one. It really saved a lot of money and works great.

I have a septic tank with lines that go into the woods. I noticed much water seeping up onto the lawn. My lines were tested and only one had to be replaced. The woods were also thinned out to prevent roots getting into new pipe. Overall a good experience and a happy customer. Thank you Derrick's Septic Service.
