I got an appointment to have my septic tank pumped within just a few days (it was not an emergency). Woody and Kenny came right on time and quickly found the septic tank and did their job. They cheerfully answered my questions and took care of business without complaint despite the difficult digging. I would recommend them to anyone.

When I first called AAA Septic Cleaning asking for service, I wasn't sure what to expect. The person that answered the phone was helpful with answering my questions, but since we are over an hour away, I didn't get a warm feeling that we would get service because they didn't ask many questions of me. I called back to confirm the appointment and, the person who answered the phone said the driver would call for directions. The driver, Chris, called promptly the morning of the appointment and was flexible with directions. Chris arrived ON TIME in a nice clean truck. Chris was very personable. Chris took the time to explain how a septic system works, checked the flow into the tank, answered our questions, and made the experience entertaining.
