Came out on a service call a said they fixed the problem. Problem was not fixed so I called to get them to come out to fix the problem and they wanted to full charge me again. Would not recommend.

Bad bad business. Took advantage of and scammed a very sweet woman and her disabled son. Made her live in standing sewer for 3 days! After she paid for everything now they put her off for another 3 weeks!

This company has provided poor service. My 71 year old mother called Ciro's for some Plumbing issues on Monday June 27th 2016, they sent a person out to look and possibly snake the drain, $80 later told her they have to come back with a camera and don't use any water or indoor plumbing. Came back out on Thursday June 30th 2016 charged another $200 to run a camera through and tell her they couldn't see anything because there's water in the pipe. Told her they will contact her when they can discuss further repairs, meanwhile don't use any indoor plumbing or water. Today July 1st 2016, Ciro's contacted my mother and told her that they could not come out to DISCUSS NOT PERFORM repairs until the 18th of July 2016. She paid them up front for the diagnosis and still does not know what needs to be done to repair her sewer problem. They did not offer her her money back after they said they couldn't discuss repairs until the 18th at the earliest. They told her to contact someone else if she couldn't wait that long. Could you wait 3 weeks for indoor plumbing? She is 71 and my disabled brother lives in the house as well she expressed this concern to the gentleman that came out and he Shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know what to tell you, contact somebody else to do the repairs if you can't wait and still took her $280 and left. No one is unfairly judging this company these are the facts! How can you take people's money and not even offer them a solution. That is horrible!

I would highly recommend Ciro's Sewer Cleaning for sewer line replacement. The work was excellent, and reasonably priced.

They even came back a year later and cut the check pipe down so it was hidden below the grass, after the soil settled. You couldn't ask for better customer service!

Absolutely awesome. He was here 20 minutes and fixed my sewer clog. He cleaned up , even cleaned the floor around the drain. I am extremely impressed. Wish I could remember his name. I'd definitely use them again.

Last month Ciros came out to my home to clean out a storm drain. The guy ran a snake and come telling me the drain was already collapsed. I filed a complaint with BBB. This company is terrible. They charge me the 80. There was no solution as they never offered one The guy Anthony G. Hung up on me. The vice president whom only listen to his employee lies. Also wrote letter full of lies. This is a terrible dishonest company. Do not every use then. I promise you will regret it.

We recently got some work done from Ciro's Sewer Cleaning Inc on our Ganley Village lot. They were very professional and did the job on a very timely manner. Would really recommend them! Great company to hire and they definitely get the job done. Not to mention they have the best pricing out of all other companies we have worked with in the past! Deserves 10 star rating!

Had an emergency situation and they were out FAST! Fixed issue quickly. The crew was great. These guys know what they're doing.
