Don't call Ciro's if you have am emergency and really need someone to show up. I called originally at 1pm on a Saturday for two tub drains that are backed up and not working in a duplex. They said oh no problem will be out by the end of the day. Called back at 7:00 pm to see what was going on and was told to call back in an half hour if not contacted by the field tech. Well and hour later I called an was told that they would page and see what was going on. It's now 11pm no call no show. Totally not a professional way to do business, I would have tried another company if I was told originally that they couldn't fit us in.

Had a great experience with Ciros, especially the crew they sent out to my house. Keith and his crew were efficient, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. They respected my property and assisted me in another task.

Couple years ago I hired Ciro's to clean my blocked storm drain. They were to replace the clay downspout, snake the line to insure it was flowing and add a drain next to the house. On their first day they backed their work truck into my driveway and knocked over the permanent basketball hoop leaving me to have to remove the broken pole and concrete pillar. They went on to do the job and intended to charge me full price. When it came to discussion of the replacement of the basketball hoop they didn't feel that it was reasonable to replace it at new cost because it was older and not worth what a new one cost, but that doesn't even account for the fact that you cannot buy a used one plus you have to pay to have it installed. The cost of the job was quite a bit less than the cost of the hoop, but in the end I agreed to essentially do an even trade. The problem really comes in due to the fact that they never fixed the drain correctly despite declaring that they had. Despite the fact that they had me bring the city out to locate the cleanout to the main trunk so that they could enter from that end as well the job was never completed. It was never cleaned out and the storm water continued to overflow. The downspout just fills up and then the water runs over the gutter and out of the new drain flooding my beds right at the front of my house. Well it came back to bite me again. So not only did I not get what I paid for, but I had to spend almost twice as much to put up the new backboard for my kids. Now with the recent torential downpours we've had I also have my finished basement flooded. I guess I never realized how bad the issue was and how much it wasn't fixed. I always had a sense that it was an issue still, but it only became truly apparent with the recent rain. To be fair I did not call them to try and resolve this so they haven't even had a chance to make good on their work, but I won't contact them or even begin to ask simply because I felt that they were not honorable in regards to the other issues. They went out of their way to make us feel that we were unreasonable and asking for more than we deserved. Ultimately I will have to pay somebody else now to try and manage it right.

I would just say buyer beware. They may do good work for others, but when they caused a problem from the start their attitude and demeanor changed and I feel that they did not give me what I had a right to expect. I should have ended it immediately and sought a new contractor and assumed that there was going to be sour grapes and shoddy workmanship.

I'm only adding this review now because of the ongoing problems that led to major damage in my home. It is quite a long time since and I should have addressed it much sooner, but it is what it is. I'm not a plumber or a sewer contractor. I really didn't realize or understand that it was never repaired.

Friendly customer service over phone, technician that cane to the house was friendly and knowledgeable, he wore booties over his shoes while in the house and even put them on his sewer snake, a week and half after cleaning my lines it clogged again, they came out no charge, and checked their work, I ended have a different issue I took care of my self but they offer a 30 day guarantee. If you need pipes cleaned I would give them a call. Highly recommend them!

I was referred to Ciro's via HomeServe on a Sunday night because I had water backing up into my basement from the sewer. When the technician contacted me he asked if I knew about their premium service. When I said I was through HomeServe he said no one told him that and he was on another call and I could contact their office at 8am the next morning to schedule an appointment. I reiterated I had water backing up into my basement and asked what I was to do. Again the technician told me he was busy on another call and to contact the office in the morning. He was very rude and abrasive. Never go to this company!

Thank you SO much for getting me all fixed up! The employees were friendly, they came when they said they would, got the job done quickly, and made sure all of my questions were answered.
I would definitely recommend these guys if you need help with your sewer!

Despite the unfortunate reasons we needed to use these guys, we were very impressed with them. They were upfront about pricing and quickly diagnosed our sewer line root-encroachment issue. It was very easy to schedule for them to install two clean-outs in the yard and the work was done professionally with great communication. They stand behind their work, don't waste time or resources, and will be our sewer line cleaners for as long as we own this house!

Ciro did an amazing job! I had another company come out and they were trying to rip us off. I had Ciro come out for a second opinion and their prices were fair and they cared about doing a good job and getting the work done. They got the work done for 1200.00 and the company before quoted us 26,000.00 and wanted to rip out our whole patio and driveway. I would highly recommend Ciro they are a great company.
