worst place to get very very very very expensive was at my house for about 1.5 hours said problem was fix. but 4 days later same problem was back. never made sure job was done right and charged me 355 dollars told me bill was 255 first then charged me 355. So i got DESS out of buffalo out was here for 1.5 hours only charged 120 dollars and made sure job was done right also walks you thru everything and lets you know what to do to keep fixed. Viking very very poor job ethics on follow thru on the job is done right.

Viking has always been great to work with. If you are having drain issues or would like to get on a drain maintenance plan, give these guys a call!!

We called atleast 15 places and none of the 24 hour companys could come out. Viking answered the phone at 11 pm and helped us stop the flooding! Came out today and opened our sewage pipes and offered some great advise. Thank you so much!

We had a clogged drain and called a local plumber who had recommended Viking because they have the equipment to flush out clogged drains. They were very responsive, reasonably priced and came out that day to help. I'd highly recommend this business!

Awesome service!!! The first company I had called just never showed up. So I talked to viking sewer and drain cleaning. They came out when they said they would. Spencer was my technician, very professional and personable. He got the job done and my drain is working like a champ. Great pricing, definitely would recommend to friends and family.

They were super responsive, and got the job done quickly. We had a clogged bathroom drain that I hadn't been able to clear on my own. It was cleared 15 minutes after they got here, and he was super professional. I'd call them again anytime.

They came out to our house today and removed the clog from our shower drain in 10 min. They did a great job and we're very happy with the service cause the clog was way too far in for me to get out myself even after removing the trap. We'll definitely keep them in mind for future jobs!

After the stress of finding a sewer backup In my basement, it was wonderful having the Viking Sewer guy show up on time, find the problem and clean it out. I share the main line with my neighbor and Spencer found 2 clogs at 30 feet and 65 feet and then told us both how to hopefully prevent it from happening again. Thank you Spencer for a job well done and for being a nice guy under not so pleasant circumstances

The gentleman, sorry ,I don't know his name, came sooner than I expected, which was GREAT! He took care of the situation quickly.
The only problem was not cleaning the floor of the shower. I didn't mind doing it, but it is very difficult for me to bend over (had back surgery recently) Other than that, I'm very pleased.

They came out the same day I called and had it fixed within a 1/2 hour! Very happy with the service!

I’ve had many plumbing problems, I.e. blocked pipes drains you name on several occasions and I have not sought to call anyone but Viking,. They are professional, on time and do a fantastic job . For me personally I will not use any other than Viking. I have had experiences with other companies where I’ve had to call them back promptly after a job has been done but I have never once had to call them for a job they fixed. Quite recently I had a blockage in my kitchen sink which also affected the dish washer, the Viking professional not only fixed the blockage but also replaced the washers damaged by my putting chemicals to fix the blockage m. Hugely impressed by their expertise and at a great price. You’d be hard pressed to find better service
