I called at 330 for service...sewage coming up in my basement. Was told "let me see what I can do"....call back 5 min with tech on the way. Ted was quick and professional. Thank you so much! Our new drain guys....will recommend to everyone.

Viking is a family owned business with competitive rates and superior service. I call them at least once a year to maintain the drains and keep them flowing. I strongly recommend them. This time they unplugged our kitchen drain and ran through the main. Thanks Dave and Spencer!

We were experiencing problems with drainage in our basement earlier this month and called Viking Sewer & Drain Cleaning to solve our problems. We ended up needing the drain line Auguring. Viking responded quickly, attended the site, and provided excellent customer and drainage services. They were also very competitively priced and left the basement in good order. I wouldn't hesitate to use their team again and will recommend their services to friends and family.

We had a main line drain issue on Christmas, of course. We called Viking and Spencer was at our house at 8:30am to fix the issue. He was great to work with and impressed me with his experience and how he was able to listen to the water flowing through the drain and know what was wrong with it 🤯.

He fixed the issue within 30min and we were back up and running! Thank you again, and Merry Christmas!

Called in my problem. The Teck. Had to change his other appointments called me back and said he would be there in 30 min. Me and my Frozen main line sewer line are extremely grateful.. He fixed the problem and Repaired the Cause. Perfect. Will Recommend to anyone. Fantastic Service

Showed up same day within a few hours which was awesome. Cleared the main drain which was backing up water in the basement. Fast effective service, friendly and knowledgeable. He double checked everything and it was working properly, said to give them a call for any issues or questions

Called Viking this morning after I already had an appointment set up from Roto-Rooter last night between the hours of 8 and 10 AM. At 7:30 Roto-Rooter called me and canceled. I called Viking. The owner mentioned that one of his guys was out of town and his son was going to be finishing up on another job. I told him I have kids. And I need to be able to flush my toilet. He told me he would call me back. Within a half hour he called me back and within two hours Spencer came out. And did a wonderful job. Short notice. This company cares. Spencer does fantastic work. Very informative. And cleans up after the job is finished. I will definitely recommend Viking To other homeowners and I will definitely be using their service again. They truly do care about people, which is very rare these days. So thank you Spencer and everyone at Viking!!!

These guys were awesome! They were able to fit me into their tight schedule in order to clean my clogged drains the same day. I highly recommend this father/son tag team duo. They were friendly, knowledgeable, quick to respond and their prices can’t be beat. I will definitely be using them in the future.

We had a floor drain backing up every time sink or shower was used in home. As you can imagine how inconvenient that might be… we had been treated rudely and quoted ridiculously high prices by numerous other companies before being referred to Viking by a friend. They came out right away and even though it was difficult to figure out where the clog was, they got the job done quickly and were so kind, considerate and reasonable. I will recommend them to everyone and can’t say enough good things. It’s just nice to know there are still good people in the world!

Viking was able to come the same day for my sewer back up dilemma. It took four hours to get through the massive mess of roots that infiltrated my main drain. The plumber was very compassionate with this overwhelmed customer.

Great service! Called Sunday afternoon and Spencer came Monday morning and cleaned out our kitchen sink drain all the way to where it connected with the main line leaving the house. He did it all in an hour. Very personal and fun to talk with.

There was a block in a pipe under the basement floor that I could not clear. I thought the pipe needed to be replaced but they came and got it done. It's working great now.
