Absolutely in love with our new system! Patrick Usher had came to our home we just bought an there was no way we could say no! Very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, well demonstrated, and very explanatory. The list could go on! Patrick also included a very big value of free soaps, shampoo, dish soap etc.. Everyone loves free stuff! Then Pedro came to install it. He was just the sweetest, very polite an very quickly installed everything! He had so much to bring downstairs to our basement an did it all on his own. Very hard working man! Just overall very well representation from the company by those two! Worth every penny!

We had a great experience with Aqua pure solutions! The set up was effortless and fast and didn’t require anything from us! They were quick straight to the point and offered great incentives that come along with better water! Would highly suggest to anyone looking for cleaner water!

Well, it’s been about a year and a half of having my water purifier from Puronics . Using aqua financing. I was hesitant at first, first home I bought.. But, I had the pleasure of meeting Patrick who came to my house, showed the quality of my water.. we compared it to other name brand waters as well, and this system is a LIFE CHANGER. It’s been positive on my health as well. Everything was installed the very next day, and I’ve never had water so pure in my life. I live in the city, and prefer my tap water over name brands like Voss/Figi. Filling up my water bottle to go is next level in comparison. It filters my entire home, has helped my skin clear up as well. Thank you once again to the rep Patrick who helped me with this, showed the science, and demonstrated everything with my water.

We were truly truly unsure if we really needed a water system since we were already drinking alkaline water by way of "bottled water". We knew we loved alkaline water, the only water we would drink in the house, including our pooch Kobie. So when I received the call about having someone come out and tell us about the system, well needless to say, we were sold.

When I tell you guys the water is soooooo crisp and clean, it is worth every penny. With the price of the system, you will spend that money on bottles in no time. Depending on where you go and how many bottles you drink per day, you may spend $4-5 dollars each time. Not only is it good for drinking, but my food actually taste better, my coffee is cleaner, less sugar and creamer to add (I was covering up the taste of the water). My face looks brighter and skin feels softer, considering we are bathing in the filtered water.

I highly recommend, if you can afford it, (there are options available) to purchase the system. They way we drink water in our household, I am certain within the first year or 2, we will have gotten our monies worth.

Our sales representative who came out, and I believe his name was Michael, he was funny and very knowledgeable. The operations manager and the whole entire team were awesome! Never would I have thought I would be satisfied.

There aren't any issues thus far that has been encountered. The first few days, the water was clearing up, you have to remember, the system has to filter the entire house, remove/flush out the old to bring in the new. Even through that process, we could tell the difference.

Anyone that is reading this, give them a try, you will NOT be disappointed.

I literally could not be happier with my entire experience with Aqua P Solutions!! Our sales guys “Patrick the water guy” as he is now saved in my phone, was the best salesman I’ve ever met. He not only sold us an actual life changing product but he educated us about our water and what is in our water. We have a well water system and needed a water softener solution. We were not in the market for a water softener BUT when you know something is right you go with your gut! From day one I already see and feel the benefits of the product Patrick gave us. I recommend him to come out and test your water and let him change your life like he’s changed ours.

OMG !!!! WOW !!!!! If you don't have Aqua Pure in your life you are missing out on a life changing experience. I just got aqua pure solutions installed in my home I saw dramatic changes in a matter of 24 hours I have stainless steel products when I wipe them there was no smears from using aquapure solutions water. My second discovery my hands was dry from washing them so many times within 48 hours my skin has started healing. I am not pleased with this company due to their predatory sales practices.
They called me to tell me that my tap water had impurities and asked if any children or pets used the water. They said I needed follow-up testing. Come to find out that the follow-up testing was an aggressive 1.5 hour sales pitch at my home.
The sales rep made comments about quality of appliances in my house and made assumptions about my family’s income and lifestyle. When I told him I didn’t want what he was selling he called his supervisor and put him on speaker phone who then continued to pressure me to buy their water softener. It was so painfully awkward. I would recommend not doing business with this company.

It is too early to say much about the water and equipment, but so far the company and representatives and technicians have all been excellent. It has been refreshing to get this good of customer service and communication and honest business practices. We do pay a lot (or rather we will in 6 months) so it is appropriate, but other companies you pay even more for less service. Let me give a shout out to rep Robert Stevenson who turned me around. I was dead set on not buying anything during the free water testing. Next shout out to technician Pedro who was very good, then electrician Saul. A word of caution about the gift card they promise...you definitely get it without any hassle, except the company people reps multiple times forgot to mention it. I had to remind them. I understand that they are focused on their business, and that's all it seemed. It was just annoying

First off I was offered a $100 gift card just to talk to the rep ( Robert) and have my water tested. He kept talking like I have already decided to buy the system. I did agree to do a quick credit check for financing and that is it. I liked the idea of the water system but didn't like the pressure of the sales. In the end I said I needed 24 hours to think about it. He kept calling trying to push me to go through with it. End the end I decided against it, for one, the gift card never came through ( supposed to be sent by email) and later I received a credit card I never applied for. I seriously doubt the trustworthiness of this company and especially the rep Robert. Do not trust them. Now I have to go through the trouble of getting rid of this credit card.
Update: spoke with Neal of Aqua put ( who handles operations) he listened to my concerns and clarified some things. They were quick to respond and I appreciate that. The credit card issue is apparently what the lender does and is not and actual credit card. Neal said they will follow up with the gift card. Keep you posted

BEWARE - Unauthorized opening of $11,400 line of credit.

Beware of the aggressive sales tactics and unethical business practices used by Aqua Pure Solutions to pressure consumers into a sale and open lines of credit without your authorization.

I was interested in a whole-home water filtration system and was assured by the salesperson that sharing my information would only check to see if I qualified for a promotional financing option of 3 years interest free with Synchrony bank. I decided not to move forward with Aqua Pure and never signed anything to authorize doing so. I then received a notification that a line of credit totaling $11,400 was opened in my name with Synchrony Bank. Aqua Pure Solutions provides no resolution for this, and it is now my responsibility to close the account with Synchrony though I never authorized it to be opened.

Aqua Pure Solutions does not have a system in place to prevent this from happening to future customers. Please beware of sharing any information with them and know that lines of credit may be opened without your consent.

Aqua Pure Solutions did a great job handling unforeseen issues with my water purification system. Melissa Puryear was instrumental in making sure I was completely satisfied with servicing my equipment. Melissa made me feel valued and important as a customer. She addressed all concerns and questions I had with patience and understanding. I greatly appreciate all her assistance because great customer service is super hard to find these days. I just got this whole house water filter installed on my home with their osmosis purifier on my kitchen sink. This system is absolutely amazing! It turned my water into something that actually tastes good to drink and even cleans better! I had no idea that the quality of water in a home could make such a difference in every aspect, but it really does. I already absolutely love this system and all of the employees I have interacted with so far have been amazingly nice and professional as well.

This review is coming from a customer who has little experience with water systems in the past. Like the other reviews here, I got a water testing kit in the mail, sent it back, and spoke to a customer service representative that told me that there are impurities. A marketing representative came over and did in-house testing, explained the harmful effects of having untreated water, communicated the benefits of having a water system, and went over options with a family member and myself. We agreed to do a credit check, mainly because there was a satisfaction guarantee and a lifetime warranty.

On the day of the installation, a supervisor came and reviewed the contracts with us while installation was happening. We signed a few forms, and was given a 30-day sample kit of various cleaning and hygiene soaps. The installation representative did a wonderful job, and the system does not take up an excessive amount of space. The water system seems to be working correctly so far, and I did notice a difference in the water quality, which is nice!

The reason for 2 stars is due to the miscommunication about the guarantee period. The supervisor gave us contrary information to the one given to us by the marketing representative, so I called and spoke to the head of the company to confirm what the right information is. It turns out that the marketing representative did not tell us the correct information. That was a huge disappointment, since we made our decision based on that piece of information, and now we were told something different.

Mistakes do happen, but it would be nice if we were told the correct information from the beginning. We do appreciate the product, but if we were misinformed, the experience is that much worse. It would be great if Aqua Pure can improve transparent communication in the future.

Update: The water system has been working well, and the soap kit was delivered fast! We also spoke to management and received insight about our concerns. Due to these factors, I will increase my rating.

Super excited about my new water filter system. My rep, Albert Saunders, was excellent! He helped walk us through our water issues and got us a system perfect for my family! He was very knowledgeable and helpful!

My installer, Gerardo, was super fast and incredibly nice. He not only installed in under 2 hrs, he also removed my broken unit. He cleaned up after all the installs. Very thankful for his attitude and attention to detail.

Finally, I had another rep come right after the install. I’m so sad I forgot his name. He came to check and inspect the install. He walked me through everything we purchased and helped me set up notifications for the minor maintenance. I also got 5years worth of soap for household cleaning and hygiene!

Overall, very thankful for the team I worked with. Highly recommend Aqua Pure Solutions in NC for your water purification needs!

We have been using the filter system for over a year, and it has been fantastic. That said, I still strongly encourage exploring other options before making any quick decisions to this specific system.

The sales team will visit your home and may attempt to convince you that your water quality is poor by conducting “water testing.” Unfortunately, it is difficult to verify the accuracy of their claims during this demonstration. If you need a water test, I recommend seeking an independent professional who isn’t motivated by selling you a product.

Additionally, when discussing financing options, please note that the financing offered is not interest-free. While I may have misunderstood initially, I was under the impression that the financing was interest-free for three years. However, when it came time to make payments, interest was applied. Upon reviewing the provided documents, I found no written confirmation of interest-free financing. It’s essential to carefully review all terms and ensure everything is documented before proceeding.

Initially, my partner and I were very skeptical about home water treatment. We intended to just listen to the pitch, get the gift card, and move on. However, when Patrick arrived, our perspective changed dramatically. He took the time to engage with us personally and showed us tangible examples of the impurities in our water. What set Patrick apart was his approach—our conversation felt genuine and informative, not just a sales pitch. He made us feel valued and not like a number on a sales quota.

The product itself has been fantastic. We've noticed significant improvements—my skin feels noticeably better, my hair is softer, and we no longer deal with those pesky hard water stains on our shower glass door or toilets. I honestly wish I could take this water with me everywhere!

Moreover, Patrick has gone above and beyond. He’s always available to answer any lingering questions we've had, even after having the system for over a month. His dedication and customer care are unparalleled—he's simply a great person. Highly recommend!

First time home buyer here in Kernersville, with city water, I work for a utility company and have seen the purification process, Yuck! I was sold before the rep came to my house! My aqua pure Rep, Robert was very knowledgeable and took time to answer questions and explain the whole process! I’ve had my system for two months now and absolutely love how the water taste, and how clean and soft my skin feels! Financing was quick and easy, and installation was as well. My fiancé loves the reverse osmosis system, I use it mostly for cooking bc of the extra filtration process! I’m a totally satisfied customer and would definitely recommend this product to any and all who cherish their physical and skin health! Thank you Robert and aqua pure!
