DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! We scheduled an appointment. He said he would be out on a Tuesday between 11 and 12. I waited and he never showed. I reached out and he ingnored text messages and calls. I had a team agent call from her number and he answered (imagine that). He set another time up and when I called to see how it went he still had not gone and said he would go that afternoon since he had not gone in the morning as he stated. Called on Monday to see how it went and he said another company was out there so he just went on. There was a contractor out there doing some work but not a septic company. Then he hung up. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. If you value your time and need someone dependable, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I wish I could recommend this company because the septic installation itself seems to have been done well. Unfortunately, the experience surrounding the project was very frustrating.

Their scheduling and communication were extremely poor. I was told they would arrive one day, but they never showed up or called, then arrived unexpectedly the following day instead.

I understood going into this that replacing a septic system would leave some yard damage, but very little care was taken in leveling the ground afterward. When I asked about it, I was simply told to hire a landscaper. Repairs like this are already a major expense for most homeowners, so better communication and consideration would have gone a long way.

The biggest issue is that they bent one of my fence posts to the point that the gate no longer closes properly. This is a safety concern for my toddlers and dog, who regularly use the backyard. They said they would come look at it, but never followed up and have ignored my attempts to reach back out.

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I feel other homeowners should be aware of my experience.

Did a great job. Had to dig down but put everything back, couldn’t tell where they had to dig. Very happy

A couple of guys come out Monday and said they didn’t have the right truck so they would come back Tuesday morning but they didn’t when I called about 730 pm the guy told me the truck they was going to use was broke down but they could have called or text me to let me know so I could have got somebody else to come out one thing I hate is being lied too.

These guys are the best option out there for any of your septic needs.

Do not trust this company. While they were pumping my septic tank they asked me flush my commode when I returned they had replaced the tank lid prior to my inspection. I removed the lid and my tank had not been fully pumped. Watch out for this gimic.

They Came out to pump my septic tank and did not pump it all the way or clear out the sewer line which made the problem so much worse and when I tried to call them back to come fix it they stop answering me and my husbands calls. Would not recommend this company.

Such garbage work. Def reporting them to the BBB. These idiots haven't come back to grade the section they installed my septic tank in. I Have water collecting and ruining my yard. I've called multiple times every month for 7 months. Worst service, I definitely won't be using or recommending them to anyone.

This was the 2nd time I have needed Affordable Septic services.They have been very professional and affordable, they were the only company that gave an option to clean out the field lines and it has done wonders for my system

Do not use this company! Twice we have tried them thinking the first time was a mistake on our end with what we asked for, but no, we in detail explained what we needed the second time. We saw they did not fully empty the septic tank like they said they would, this was the second time they did this. They did not remove the toilet paper and solids. They came in a small truck and they just drained the liquid at the top so we were back in the same boat of a full septic within a few weeks. Spend the extra money for someone who will do the job fully.
