Update, spoke to Mr Artis, he assured me that he will take care of me tomorrow. I will definetely update the review accordingly.

I have had service from the company for about 10 years, always on time reliable and excellent service.

Never showed up and was pretty rude on the phone.

Had an appointment for after lunch-2 o'clock on yesterday May 12,2020 I called several times since lunch time and my call was not answered, voicemail is full so you can't leave message, & haven't called back nor showed up to my house at all.

My experience with artis septic was very bad called him for 2 weeks straight and he never showed up he also kept being rude about me calling as if he didnt tell me he was going to show up every day and basically showed no interest with assisting with the problem...SOUTHAMPTON COUNTY residents...choose ABA is expensive but worth your time and their professionalism is awesome

Mr. Artis was on time, courteous and did a fantastic job. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and I will recommend him anytime. Thanks

Worst business person I have ever delt with. He was not honest with us and actually stated that we lied when we stated exactly what he said.

Call and made an appointment to have the septic tank pumped said that he will be there after he left an appointment but never called to let me know that he wasn't coming and I called several times but no answer I don't think I will ever use the service again I will be going to another company in the future

Must be flexible when it comes to timing. If you’re willing to be patient and not get frustrated over last minute changes, they’re worth it. They did a great job, affordable and were super helpful and knowledgeable.

My Grandparents used this company for years so when I moved into their home I decided to continue...BIG MISTAKE! I had them clean our system in Nov. 2020 only to find it full with standing water in my yard 5 months later with only 3 people living in the home. I called several times to have them come out and check the issue and they finally did after 4 attempts. After finding out that the system was indeed full (they only half cleaned it the first time) my system was left open for almost 2 weeks before it was repaired because the driver claimed to not have the right tools 🤔....how dangerous and unsanitary is that especially when I have a child and a small dog?? I attempted to call them 8 more times before the secretary, who is very nice but also makes excuses, finally got them to come back out to my home. I could go on and on about how horrible their service is.. In a nutshell, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM....they sure won't get anymore of my money...they are unprofessional and unreliable. Worst experience EVER!!!!!!!

Called and made appointment for 9 am. At 930 called company only to be told my appointment was 10-12 but they would be there around 1230. Took morning off of work for this.. At 1245 still waiting for service to show up. Obviously no concern for ornery peoples time or work schedules.

I experienced the same as everyone else, made an appointment and no one showed. I called the office and lady said she will call him and then call me back, she never called me back. This company caused me to miss my closing date on the house.

I have dealt with this company on two occasions. The first time they had computer issues and gave me the run around for over a week just to get the certificate stating my septic passed inspection for the Mortgage company. I decided to use them again because they were the only septic company I had dealt with. Wow shame on me. While making my appt I asked Mr Artis if I had to be present for the inspection, just in case I couldn't make it in time, he said he could do it without me present and was told they would be there the next week on Friday between 11 and 1. I called before my appt and was never able to reach anyone on the phone. After 12:30 and multiple calls I was able to reach the office lady who said I was not on the appt books but she would try Mr Artis cell. A few minutes later I receive a very nasty call from Mr Artis telling me that when we talked the previous week I had stated I might not be there for the appointment so he went to other more pressing cases that day instead. I tried to explain to him that my inspection was for a house closing and I had already waited the week for my appt, was there anyway he could please keep the appointment date since I had waited all day. He cut me off stating he didn't have time for this bull and hung up. I called the office woman back and by some glory of God she answered. I asked her if this was normal customer service for Mr Artis and told her how shaken up I was that someone could waste not only another persons time but be so rude to a person just wanting a service to be provided. I am all for supporting local businesses but there is a right and wrong way to treat people. I hope Mr Artis reads these comments and takes the time to right his ways. Shame on me for not learning the first time.

Made an appointment for a week out to have my septic pumped. I called the morning of the appointment and was assured that he would be at my house between 3 and 4. He did not show up or call. I tried to call numerous times and it went straight to voicemail. His voicemail mailbox on both numbers was full so couldn't even leave a message. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe this operation! Save your time and call someone more reliable! Zero stars of it were possible!

Had an appointment for "Monday afternoon".They called me at 3:30 to tell me they could not make it. I had taken the entire day off work for it. Rescheduled for today, Saturday. They did not show up nor did they even bother to call me to tell me they weren't coming. I work 2 jobs and was supposed to be at my second job today. Good luck to anyone willing to bet their precious time on these no shows. They wasted my time and my paycheck by not showing up twice.

If I could give a No Star rating, I would. First time they failed to come out. We had to call and were told they had equipment problems. Second rescheduling day, never showed. We were told by office person she would put us on the schedule for first-thing today ... at 10:30A. First appointment and we're given 10:30A!! It's now 4P. I've called them twice and was told we're still on the schedule. Have decided to go with another company that has a five star rating.

He set an appointment for between 1 and 2 in the afternoon. I adjusted my schedule and waited around for him until 4:30 then called his office. No answer and the mail box was full. I called the alternate number and he told me he had written my number down wrong even though he had read it back to me previously. He told me he was at the dentist and that he could come the next day. I told him that he couldn't. This unreliable and irresponsible character is fired.

Gave a bad experience the first time, but the company turned out to be pretty good! Gave me extra information he didn't have to give and helped me out.

The owner Mr. Zep Artis is a very honest Christian man. who started the company from the ground up at a young age. He did my mother right, instead of charging her for a cleaning, he was honest and said her pump wasn't working. I see people are complaining about show up times, I do know he is struggling with finding people who wants to work, show up to work, etc. Every business is suffering with that. Keep that in mind. This is an honest man that works hard and does right.

The man did a great job and arrived when he said he would and told me what my real problem likely was. Five stars

He said he would be out there. I've tried multiple times to get a hold of him. Anyway, fast-forward two weeks and he hasn't done a single thing. Won't answer his phone. Definitely not very polite. I would recommend the try every single other option before this guy.
