Patrick and his team do great work. And if there's a concern, it's addressed. Workers are punctual and clean up after themselves at the end of the day.

But what I like most, and why I would reach out to Patrick for future projects, is that I trust him. I feel like I can take him at his word; he is reasonable and honest. He is responsive and is patient with questions. If a friend asked me if I would recommend a company to help remodel their home, I would recommend Conrad Construction.

I repeated say that if you like your contractor when you are done with a big renovation project, they probably were a good contractor. Robby at Conrad construction was fabulous at responding to the inevitable issues that arise. The whole team was reliable, responsive, took accountability when appropriate, and cared as much as I did about the quality of the work. I will use them again on any future renovations.

Conrad was an excellent choice for our modest kitchen remodel job. They get high marks for communication, timeliness, courtesy/friendliness, quality of work, fair pricing, and clean-up. We particularly appreciated Rob who did the majority of the work. Based on our experience, we would use them again and recommend them to friends.

We had a water leak flood throughout the Kitchen, dining room and finished basement. Conrad Construction and their inhouse designer helped us take a someday project (always wanted to redo the kitchen and refinish the floors) and make it fairly painless through their thoughtful process of design and construction. Turned out amazing! Custom cabinets and new appliances that fit well in our galley kitchen. The refinished 1922 hardwood floors look great and the finished basement repairs are better than we had before. Also helped us maximize the insurance payout by making a second "flood damaged only bid" for the insurance company since what we wanted to do went well beyond the flood damaged areas.

Alex and his company have been our go-to business for any repairs or remodels. He does beautiful work on a timely schedule. He has renovated our entire kitchen, floors of our entire home, laundry room, and plumbing issues. He does it all- plumbing, electrical, tile work, carpentry, dry wall, floor installation, lighting installation, appliances, and more. He will work with your budget and provide cost effective recommendations without sacrificing aesthetic. He checks in as he works and communicates quickly. He was so flexible with us, and worked around our busy young family as we lived in the house while he was renovating. I highly recommend Alex and his company AIG renovations and will be a lifelong client of his.

There are two types of contractors - mechanics and craftsmen. Mechanics may get the job done, but some parts may not be just right and it may not be pretty. Craftsmen get the job done too, but it is perfect, it looks beautiful and craftsmen take pride in their work. Alex and Uri are the epitome of craftsmen. The job is beautiful, it is done perfectly, they clean up completely and they are two of the hardest working folks I have encountered. I recommend them without reservation.

AIG Renovation (Alex) and his crew did a wonderful job on renovating our bath, he gave a very accurate estimate on time and budget and was flexible in making some changes when we asked to do in the middle of renovation and still finished with in the estimated budget, he was very professional with a good craftsmanship, easy to communicate and work with and will definitely use his services in the future as needed.

AIG remodeled 2 of my bathrooms that encompassed tiling, new vanities and countertops. What a difference! We absolutely love what they have done. Everything was above board and the work was completed on time and at the budget originally estimated. I'd highly recommend this team for any home remodeling job in the Portland area.

Project Details: AIG installed floor-to-ceiling subway tile in our new walk-in shower; quartz countertop, backsplash, and shower trim; ceramic plank flooring; exhaust fan, can & pendant lighting with multiple electrical switch changes; plumbing & fixtures; and a glass shower door. It’s so well done – the quality and finish work is beautiful, and the project went as scheduled.

Alex at AIG Renovation is wonderful to work with. He has meticulous attention to detail, anticipates potential challenges and offers options and solutions along the way of completing my project. Alex remodeled Two small bathrooms completely down to the studs, replacing plastic show tub combos into one Walk In Shower, and one Tub Shower, with Tile, including built ins for soap and other show provisions. Tile floor in both baths and front entry and back slider. Replaced carpet and linoleum in entire house with Engineered floor and new carpet. Painted the entire house, along with updating all lighting fixtures, including adding ceiling lights in 4 rooms that had none. Bath fans replaced. Installed new appliances and counters/vanities as needed. Granite counter in kitchen. Clean Demo including soffits for new kitchen cabs. Alex cares about what he does and what I wanted done. Highly recommended for all home remodeling big or small. Thank you Alex! Great work!
