PR Center DOES NOT HiRE LICENSED PLUMBERS!!! THEY TELL YOU THE WORK IS UNDER WARRANTY FOR 1 YEAR AND THEN WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE THEIR WORK.
I had to hire a different Plumbing Company to FIX what they had done Wrong!!!

Loved the customer service and I fell in love with the waterproof Flooring plus the fact that I have 50plus yrs. Warranty. I also have kids so I don't have to worry about kids spilling anything on the waterproof Flooring.❤️❣️ Thanks Pro center

List of unhappy bullet points:
- had to ask for doors to be adjusted more than 3x & still not done correctly as doors rub or do not all close right
- one door is not even screwed correctly & completely moves up & down
- 20+ chips on marble but Naims claim is because of the uniqueness of the marble it's normal. Said he could fix but looks no different. Might add ALL marble in showroom is flawless
- insert for refrigerator was warped & screw had to be cut (consider screw was already in my floor) in order for refrigerator to fit. Very obvious when I came home from work.
- several paint scratches we're touched up but pretty obvious
- was offered free sink but had my own so asked what more can be offered & 50% off of hardware was offered but was later denied & 30% offered after telling him hebpromised 50% off. Ended up saving by purchasing at Amazon
- minor mistakes I fixed like forgetting to pull rail out correctly for a drawer
- one cabinet door has hole on inside as though something should have gone there but did not (now fixed)
- promised a Lazy Susan but was not done

What's most frustrating is there has been zero accountability or acknowledgement for all my "voiced" concerns. Only finger pointing to either other contractors or my old house. Kitchen does look great but functionality is also big part & crooked/rubbing doors are a big concern which I should not be responsible for fixing.

Naim said their work would be perfect. Far from it. Just a bit to ask for after spending close to $17 Grand. Considering going to court.

Update: 4/12/18
Naim has called me on same day I posted review. Promising? Will certainly update my rating dependent whether a reasonable resolution/solution can be provided by PR Center (Naim). He said he will personally meet with me next week. Will update next week.

Update: 4/20/18
Have not received a call. Will update periodically. No change to my one star until my drawers & cabinets are straight, close flush, & are not loose.

Update: 4/22/18
Door has fallen off at corner where Lazy Susan supposed to be. Expected as this was one of a few doors that are loose & moving a whole lot.

Update: 4/24/18
Immediately after my last update I copied my review & posted to PR Center Facebook Page. Naim not happy about that however it did produce results. He personally showed up to my house today (after business hours to meet me after work) & adjusted ALL my drawers. He also covered up all the extra holes that were on the doors. To those that are reading this, your review makes a whole lot more difference than you might think.

I would recommend taking some days off while renovation getting done to point out any flaws or work you may not be satisfied with. I was mostly at work making this renovation a bit stressful.

Update 7/25/18:. Text Naim on 6/23/18 advising Marble Countertop attached to the wall on my island is coming apart, it has unglued. Did not pay attention to other people who told me there was not enough support to hold the Marble. Come to find out they were right. It's completely loose now. He has yet to schedule a day to come fix this. He did attempt to call "once" & I text him back to apologize but no response. Since I work business hours I have asked my wife to see if she has luck getting them to come fix this. Will update when or if this gets fixed.

Update 7/26/18: wife called co. directly to schedule appt to fix Countertop on 7/26 considering my texts to Naim have been unsuccessful, said would call us back.

They remodeled our master bathroom and also installed countertop in guest bathroom. Amazing workmanship!!! My bathrooms look amazing. We are very pleased with the end product. Moy came and measured and gave us an estimate of the cost to remodel. The .guys came and demo'd and Chico came and did the tile work. A beautiful job!!! I would highly recommend PR Center and they were very reasonable..

From the first day that we walked into the showroom to the completion of the remodel, Ray, was 100%, attentive, helpful, suggestive when needed, caring, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend PR Center, and will use them in the future. They did are quartz counters, subway tile, sinks, and faucets in our kitchen and bathrooms. They also did some lighting and trey ceiling remodeling. John and Cindy Hull

Covid19 has changed how remodeling gets done. All I can say is have patience! Shipping delays and accommodations for staffing due to exposure or family illness. All workers wore masks and were considerate of our concerns. PR Center takes pride in their workmanship. Niam has an eye and attention to details during final walk through. I’ve used PR center for 3 different projects from completely replacing first floor flooring, 1/2 bathroom and total kitchen remodel. A year later we completely replaced second floor flooring and redesigned master bathroom and lastly they gutted guest bathroom and redesigned bathtub area into a walk-in shower

Awesome work at a fair price. Naim and his crews have over the past few years redone my entire house inside and out.Started with the Kitchen, then bathrooms, now exterior (paint and deck). For those concerned about needing to be at the house while they work, you should not be. Unless of course you just want to watch how do you do that. They have always been very flexible with me and add suggestions when asked. Some reviews have said they take too long. Most of the delays I have experienced with them are at least partially my fault trying to decide on materials or tweaks to a design. Some really great craftsmen on their crews. My new deck is is super structurally sound. Over 30 footings for a 500 sq ft deck. I chose Trex (composite). They were able to do some cuts to really finish it off nicely.

Excellent work on my kitchen remodel. Worked with me through tile issues and helped me keep to my budget. I am very happy with the work they did and how it turned out. Would use them again.

Carmen, Naim and PR Center did a great job remodeling our kitchen. From a drab manufactured home kitchen to a beautiful modern kitchen. All the craftsmen did a great job bringing Carmen's design to life and they even saved me at least a couple of grand. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is the second remodel that we've hired PR Center for and could not be more pleased. Our first one was a kitchen and this time was to install a fireplace. I had a really hard time finding someone willing to install an interior fireplace in an existing home instead of a new build. We found a company in Boerne that would install the actual fireplace box but I needed someone to build out the surround. We talked to Naim and he was willing to take it on. The guys were at our house by 8:30-9am each day, took a lunch break and worked until 5. They cleaned everything before they left, including sweeping and Swiffering our floor to make sure it was clean. Naim stopped by frequently to check on the work and see if we had any concerns. Jose did a fabulous job with the framing and Carlitos did an incredible job on the tile work. The fireplace company that we used commented several times that they PR Center did an outstanding job and it "fit like a glove". They said they work with builders on multi-million dollar homes that don't get it right and leave a sloppy job. They were impressed with the job that these guys did. We would 100% recommend them!

They no showed to my consultation appointment. No call or warning. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

My bathroom needed a much needed remodel, the choices in tile and fixtures were overwhelming to me. Van helped me select the tile that matched the overall look I wanted for my bathroom. I was happy to have her guide me through the process.

I absolutely loved working with Van. She was very quick to respond to texts and emails. She did an incredible job of making my 1980’s outdated kitchen look modern and bright.

Before contacting Van, I didn’t know where to begin and was feeling very overwhelmed about how to put everything together. Van took me shopping and helped me select the perfect items for my remodel. I felt very comfortable working with her.

The result is more beautiful than I imagined!
