They installed my front door and the windows are completely see through, didnt catch it until after they were paid, so you know how that goes, they got their money so theres nothing they can do. Avoid this place

We had to fire them midway through our renovation due to their lack of response to our complaints, concerning their work and work habits.
Be sure to read the back of the contract they offer as the accept no liability for any damages they cause. And cause they do.
And they keep changing their name. Now dba mybestremodel

Very great service alexa was helpful and informative. She had multiple windows done in the house as well as some flooring in my house I highly recommend you use her service if you need any home improvement !!

The crew was very professional and on time they did a awesome job on our sliding door install . They also cleaned up after themselves very impressed with them. We will be using their services in the future

Hector's team caused large-scale damage to the side of our yard while working on our neighbor's. We now have a gap between the retaining wall they rebuilt and our yard causing slow erosion of the dirt to the street. Hector gave his word that this damage would be taken care of and has failed to do so after repeated contacts about this.

For the sake of your neighbors, do not use.

In the fall of 2024 our PTA at Ocean Beach Elementary collaborated with Best Choice Home Remodeling to beautify our school. Chuck Miles helped to transform a part of our campus that was unusable. He and his team created a zen garden for our students. This not only beautified our campus, it also has made a significant impact on our students mental health. They turned this space into a place where our students can relax and calm themselves when they get overwhelmed. We here at Ocean Beach Elementary are eternally grateful for the difference Chuck and his team made at our school. It has made such a difference in the lives of all of our students!

Hector, Robert and Manny were a pleasure to work with. I didn’t catch the rest of the crew’s names, but they were all very good, responsive and respectful. They remodeled my kitchen and front yard. Both look amazing. Quotes were fast, work started quickly, and they stayed exactly on schedule with clear communication. Highly recommend!

Very highly recommend Best Choice Home Remodeling from my experience with them. From the initial consultation to work in progress everything went as expected. Beata was our contact and her professionalism and follow through was top notch. We looked at 4 different quotes and though BCHR was not the lowest quote we decided to go with them and have zero regrets. Our tenants let us know the crew that came worked hard and on first day when they left tenants requested extra check for debris and the foreman who had already left the site turned right around and came back to do extra clean up to make sure they didn't miss a thing. That's incredible service!

July18, 2022 Francisco& his crew installed all new energy efficient windows & sliding door in my condo. Terrific crew. They cleaned up as they worked. I was impressed with how professional & efficient the crew was. Removing 60 yr. Old window frames and adjusting the framework to accommodate the new windows takes skill &patience. They had it all ! I highly recommend this company for window installation.

I hired Best Choice to install solar panels on my home after they did a great job on an addition to my neighbor's home. Randy was very knowledgeable & professional and the crew did a really good job on the install and fixed roof tiles where necessary. The company was super quick to follow up on needed tweaks to electrical issues. I would completely trust this company to make sure the job gets done right and to correct any issues that come up!

Suffice it to say that this company “over promises and under delivers”. Main crew always seemed rushed, tendency to not show up on time (or sometimes not at all). Several mistakes were made, job left partially unfinished. Repeated calls and texts had to be made to complete project adequately. Ended up paying an outside service to caulk and paint my interior ceiling where skylight was replaced. Skylight leaked profusely after initial install. Overall, roofing is very good but the mess left after each day was not acceptable. The final clean up consisted of a blower around my property. I would advise caution prior to signing with this company as the cost of my job far exceeded what was completed. Overpriced for the results.

Best Choice Home Remodeling did a fantastic job updating my house with 33 new windows and five sets of double exterior doors. The products they specified look and operate beautifully, and were all expertly measured, custom made to fit and perfectly, flawlessly installed. They provided an estimate, and time frame and did exactly what they said they would do in the amount of time they said it would take.The estimate was to-the-penny and the final cost was exactly what they said it would be. Not only that but all the people, Hector, Trisha, Francisco, were super pleasant and easy to work with. And how in the world they did all that work, removed all the old stuff and installed the new without leaving one tiny spec of clean-up is just astonishing. Great company, work with them and you'll be gl;d you did!

Best Choice Home Remodeling of Poway Ca is an excellent company. Their staff was educated well on every aspect of the work we required. We needed stucco patching & repair of texture coating by previous company. They did more thorough work. They also pointed out cracks in exterior wall of house & repaired all of those. They replaced rotted wood on fascia & repainted to match. They even found places that needed it which we had not noticed. They water sealed the base of our home before beginning work. That was a mistake the previous company did not do. They also fixed one roof tile that was sliding off . The back of our house looks new again! Each staff member we came in contact with was professional, helpful and very good at their job. My husband and I are very pleased with their work.

I will recommend Best Choice Home Remodeling to everyone. I have never had to replace a roof, or have a house painted, so understandably, I was nervous. From Deven I sales, to Jr and all his crew in roofing, to Fernando and Jose doing all the painting, to Robert, the foreman on the job overseeing everything to Trisha in the office, everything went through without a problem. Best Choice Home Remodeling was brought in by my landlord to work on our kitchen and bathroom. Mold had been discovered, and Best Choice was brought in after the remediation company to put everything back together.

Robert was the lead guy on site, and he ensured all work was done in a timely, professional manner. They replaced drywall, painted, installed sinks and toilets, and repaired all the damage that had been done.
