Van was an absolute delight to work with! We came to her with our basic kitchen remodel design, and she put together the ideal cabinet and countertop package for us. She also enhanced our original design to make it even better! She was very knowledgeable, listened to our ideas, and helped come up with an ideal solution.

We bought an older home that needed a major refresh. With me traveling for work all the time I am glad I used Crafted Spaces to remodel our kitchen and bathroom. Van’s professionalism, knowledge, design creativity for the entire project put my mind at ease as it was a huge renovation. Van’s ability to listen to what we wanted in a functional kitchen and cozy bathroom met all of our expectation and then some! I can't say enough good things about Van and her team. Our kitchen was straight out of the early 2000s — it needed a complete remodel. From the very beginning, the team's professionalism and expertise was clear.

Van spent many hours with me, making sure they designed exactly what I wanted: a kitchen that was light, bright, modern-but-not-too-modern, and (above all else) super functional. She met me at countless stores to pick out the perfect materials and finishes. (She even gave me ideas and recommendations for other rooms in my house, and her design eye is incredible!) Her contractors were fast, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely nice people.

The job was done on time, and I have only great things to say about the entire process. They installed new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, lighting, and appliances.

The final result feels luxurious and functions even better than we hoped. The price was somewhat higher than other bids we received, but considering the superior materials, expert tradespeople, and the lasting results, it was worth the extra investment. They also handled permits and inspections smoothly, cleaned thoroughly after each phase, and offered helpful follow-up support, so we felt confident and completely satisfied.

Pankow is a top of the line home builder! Rob and his team were great from Day 1. While many builders will lowball bids get the job, Rob was very transparent about everything from the start, and always knew how to manage expectations. Everything was communicated up front, and the total cost at the end of the day was under the initial bid amount. I met Mr. Pankow in Arcadia after seeing his truck and asking for an estimate. I hired his company to remodel a few bedrooms and install a kitchen exhaust fan.
