We have renovated homes a few times so have quite a bit of experience with contractors. Without hesitation. I recommend JCS building and Remodeling. From start to finish they were professional, reliable, focused on excellent work and made sure we were completely satisfied. Joe came up with an incredible plan to totally renovate two bathrooms. His background in design and construction enabled him to come up with a creative way to maximize use of space. We were blown away. Top notch all the way. Ten stars out of five!

We LOVED working with JCS! After years of putting off home updates and hearing countless stories of people’s contractor nightmares, we ended up having a gorgeous house done by really great and trustworthy people! Timelines were kept, communication was open, any small issues were resolved. We especially loved their flooring guys and tiler. Our house feels brand new, has some cool artistic touches, and we felt safe having workers around our family. These guys care about you and your home! We are so grateful!

Joe was super easy to work with. He was reliable, professional, and easy to communicate with. I truly appreciate the time, energy, and effort he put in, especially the peace of mind he gave me by knowing the work was done correctly.

We had our home office designed and built by JCS. They used 3D modeling to create an image of the office prior to construction. Custom shelves, file cabinets, desktop, flooring and French doors were installed. New electrical outlets were installed to accommodate the work space. Paintwork, fit and finish are flawless. Professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended, we would absolutely use them again for future projects.

My home was built in 1980 and was in desperate need of an upgrade. After researching and meeting with a few home renovation/remodeling companies, I came across JCS Building and Remodeling.

Joe, the owner of the company, really stood out from the others because, he listened. During our initial consultation, he asked me what I was looking for in the remodel and proceeded to measure and design my future kitchen! We looked at cabinet styles, paint colors, types of countertops and backsplash. Joe was very knowledgeable and considerate. It was apparent that he was passionate about his work and cared about what I wanted. I always felt comfortable and not pressured to make quick decisions.

Everything was moving as scheduled. Cabinets were delivered on time. Painting was done. Installation was going well until the installer noticed that where a new cabinet was being installed, the ceiling was soft. I had a roof leak! Joe acted quickly to inform me about the leak. He said that he could have a roofer come out the very next day to fix the issue if I approved. Not only did I get a new kitchen remodel, but the leak was fixed, and I got a new roof.

Joe and the entire JCS Building Team were great to work with. Starting with multiple computer design renditions of our late 1980's master bath project. With suggestions by JCS, we completely reconfigured the layout of the master bath and master closet. The configuration change maximized our usable space.
During the process we learned of, and prevented a major plumbing issue in the original system. JCS was able to fix the issue and prevented a major water leak from behind the wall and flooring.
They helped with cabinets, tile, granite and color selections. We struggled with the tile selection and Joe met us at the tile supply house to coordinate the tile.
We were very happy with JCS Building and the finished project.

Absolutely thrilled with JCS! They not only did a fantastic job installing our new carpet, but they were incredibly helpful throughout the process. From guiding us to the perfect carpet choice to always being on time and efficient, they made the whole experience stress-free. They even cleaned up meticulously after themselves. Plus, they went above and beyond by answering our unrelated renovation questions, making us feel comfortable without choices. They even dealt with some scheduling issues that arose, completely out of their control, professionally and efficiently. Should we need any more work done, Joe and his team will be the first people we call.

Highly recommended. They did work for a close relative & they were very pleased. So we hired them & the results were great. They provide a complete breakdown of the materials and cost. When the work is done they inspect it & go over the finished work with you and make sure the job was done to your satisfaction. They cleanup the job area & are respectful of your property. We were very pleased with the quality of work & end results.

Joe and his team were amazing to work with! We did a full basement remodel and all new flooring on our main level. They were so kind and tolerant of my dogs and kids. They always kept everything as clean as possible. They actually were a joy to have around which is so rare with contractors. Some days I looked forward to them coming. The work they did is perfectly finished and any issue that I had was fixed immediately! I highly recommend Joe and his team!

My wife and I were looking to have our basement finished and had spent a lot of time choosing who we wanted to partner with since it's such a big commitment and undertaking. I'm so happy we found JCS; Joe and Nick were fantastic to work with. Easy to talk to and they know their stuff, and made the whole process a good experience from start to finish. They worked with our budget and we were able to have down to earth conversations about saving and spending money where we wanted and needed to, giving us more peace of mind since some businesses out there can easily overcharge you. They made great recommendations with planning the new layout and making the look we wanted come to life, especially since everything had to be built from the ground up. Our basement is now exactly what we wanted and a whole new floor we use every day! Definitely recommend!

We recently used Modern Tile & Renovation for our master bathroom remodel and were very pleased with the results. Modern Tile provided a detailed cost summary and timeline for the project up front and followed the plan from start to finish. The workers were timely, skilled and always cleaned up after each days work. I would recommend them to anyone interested in having a home remodel project done.

Bob and his entire crew have done an excellent job on several projects at our home. From installation of an attic staircase, ½ bath remodel, new kitchen floor, and a “to the studs” full primary bathroom remodel, each task was done with an incredibly high degree of professionalism and craftsmanship. The job site is also left neat and tidy at the end of each workday, a big plus in my book. The team’s dedication and quality of workmanship is unmatched. You will not be disappointed.

They took great care to keep our home clean while work on the kitchen was being done. They communicated the plan for the day, week and month letting us know who would be there and when. Their quality and workmanship were spectacular and they had excellent follow up with any small issues we had.

They typically have a long list of scheduled jobs and I waited four months from signing the contract to start of the project but it was well worth the wait. If you're lucky enough to get on their schedule, do it!

They did a fantastic job installing my new tile floor in the kitchen and laundry room.

I just had my kitchen remodeled by Modern Tile and Renovation. As you can see, I posted two "before" pictures along with several pictures of my spectacular new kitchen. The difference is amazing! I wish I could take better pictures. The photos here really don’t do it justice. Initially, I hired an unskilled contractor who left my kitchen in shambles. My kitchen was damaged so badly that it had to be rebuilt. I was left to search for a new contractor, and Modern Tile and Renovation gave me the best estimate. I am very happy I hired them. The company is upscale and professional. Their workers are extremely polite and accommodating. They will go the extra mile to make everything look beautiful. They are an exceptional group of guys who are hardworking and timely. If they are scheduled to be at your home at 8:00 am, you can expect them to be sitting in your driveway at 7:59. I am very pleased with my kitchen and can't rave about this company enough. I want to give them a huge thank you! If anyone is looking for a fantastic company who will make their home look beautiful; definitely call Modern Tile and Renovation!!

Can not recommend this company enough. They went above and beyond throughout our entire project . They created my dream bathroom in about 2 weeks that is including a full down to studs demo. They took the time with the tile work and made sure I was informed every step of the way. I will be using them in the future for other upgrades in our home.
