Amazing experience! I had a major remodel. Added a basement ADU, moved stairs, all new plumbing, new electric, new footings, etc. This 4 month project that was turned over on time. There were a few surprises but the team worked to stay on schedule. Compare this to my brothers remodel just before mine. It was to be 3 months and ran 5 1/2 months.

Communication was clear and direct which was much appreciate. Team is flexible and didn't get frustrated with my questions and discussion's of why we something would or would not work.

Have recommended them already and will continue to do so.

My bathroom remodel turned out even better than I expected. I couldn’t be happier. Everyone I dealt with at this company was so professional/knowledgeable, nice to deal with, and provided great communication throughout each phase. It was a very calm, low stress project with no major surprises or issues. I highly recommend them!

We have used Square Deal for one meduim-sized, and two major projects. They did a complete gut and refinish of the basement and attic in our 1916 bungalow, as well as turning a previous extension into a period-correct sun porch.

The company is fantastic to work with. They have very tight relationships with all of their subcontractors, which means you get quality work that generally stays on-schedule. Once your project has been planned, you will get a calendar that shows what work will be done each day of the project. SDR is VERY GOOD at keeping to that schedule.

All of the SDR employees and all of their subs were very friendly and respectful of our time and space. All three of our projects were well managed. They show up for work at 8:00 EVERY DAY and do everything in their power to stay on schedule and provide quality work.

I just had a small project and Josh did a fantastic job. His work is outstanding and did a wonderful job with cleanup. Erika's design is simple yet beautiful. Square Deal Remodeling does exceptional work!

Jared and Peter were the best team for our bathroom addition/remodel in our 130 year old house. Jared utilized Buildertrend for scheduling and was so communicative, clear, and positive the entire process. Peter was extremely skilled at his craft and so kind and polite every day. 110% recommend Square Deal, we felt confident they had our back and took great care of our home. We will be reaching out to them again for future projects.

Years ago, Square Deal Remodeling built kick-out bedroom on our 2nd floor and built a SkyDeck on top! It has been wonderful. With the threat of the "Big One" lurking out there ... we had Square Deal come back and reinforce all the attachments and add extra mounting plates. It was done quickly and correctly ... and now our peace of mind is just that much better.
While they were on-site, we also had them install a threshold for our shop door in a concrete floor. Outside noise level dropped immediately!
We are so happy with the continued high-level of workmanship shown by Square Deal Remodeling. We highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future for our remodeling/project needs.

Erika and Chris and the whole crew were absolutely wonderful to work with every step of the way of our bathroom addition. They were communicative, timely, and extremely professional. We love our new bathroom!

We have a 50s ranch and we knew going in we weren't providing an ideal canvas for them to do their thing. That being said, we are beyond thrilled with their quality of work and the finished product. We spend more time in the basement than the main living space now. The entire team was great to work with too. You could tell our satisfaction was their only goal. Definitely recommend.

My experience with Beautiful Built Basements was tremendous. It started with Dan coming by the house so we could look at the basement, here what plans I had for it, and use his vast knowledge for suggestions. He listened to my ideas and answered every question I had. Then he quickly got a floorplan over to me with a quote. Everything looked good and we set a date for when his crew could start.

The crew started right on time with no delays. Don was amazing to work with. He would check in with me whenever something came up that might seem strange. The steps to the basement were not straight, so he explained to me what he'd be doing to fix it since it wasn't something that is normally done. Whenever I came home from work everyday, the basement was spotless. They would clean up every little bit of mess that was made that day. I was shocked, I was expecting a construction site down there but it was clean. If there were any hiccups along the way, it wasn't because of Don and his crew it was a supplier issue.

They finished on time and our basement looks great. I would highly recommend Beautiful Built Basements to anyone looking to get their basement finished.
