Highly recommend working with Beautiful Basements. There were no hidden costs, we knew up front everything that was owed for the project we requested. Dan was so quick to reply to all questions we had. His team was respectful, kind and clean the entire time they were working in our home. Our basement turned out exactly how we hoped.

I highly recommend Dan and his team at Beautiful Basements! During the initial call, Dan clearly explained the estimate and planning process. After the first visit, he provided an itemized estimate and diagram of the project. Dan was also very responsive when I would reach out with questions/concerns/changes to the plan.

The team was friendly and professional, well organized, and cleaned up after themselves. They also provide a designer free of charge that gave us excellent recommendations on carpet, paint color, bathroom tile, etc. It was also convenient that the team at Beautiful Basements includes a plumber and electrician.

We couldn't be happier with the result, and the overall price was similar to other estimates we got. If you're planning to finish your basement, you can't go wrong with Beautiful Basements!

We had 4 different contractors come out to quote our project and Beautiful Basements was very competitively priced compared to other companies. The owner, Dan was very knowledgeable, honest and executed our vision for the basement. He gave us a clear timeline of how long the project would take and was great at communicating and keeping us in the loop. They also had an interior designer on the team to help us select paint colors and flooring (we didn’t know this was included in the quote and was a great added bonus). During the construction, the job site was meticulously cleaned at the end of the day and all the workers were extremely courteous and respectful and I felt safe having them there even with small children in the house. The main guy working our job site was Jon. He was so nice and did an amazing job with all the little details and was extremely professional.

Overall the process was very smooth and the result was awesome. The attention to detail was amazing and our basement turned out better than expected! Thank you Beautiful Basements!

Dan Ringer and crew were the best. Dan designed a basement layout that was perfect for what we wanted/needed layout-wise and what fit our budget. His crew were on time, very polite, and quiet. They kept us informed as to the work that was to be done on a daily basis and always cleaned up at the end of the day; very easy to work with. They are very good at what they do!

Beautiful Basements did an outstanding job finishing our basement. Dan provided a very thorough estimate/proposal. It detailed all the work to be done and the materials to be used so we knew what to expect and what we were getting right from the start. Ashley was a tremendous help selecting paint colors, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and carpeting to achieve the look that we wanted. Fred, Johnny, Jensen, Devin, Joe, David, and Jessica all worked on tasks in the basement at various times during the project. They were all very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They were very responsive whenever we had questions about the work. They arrived punctually each day and let us know if there was going to be a change in work time. They worked hard and were efficient at completing the project. They were well qualified to do the work assigned and did a great job. Beautiful Basements did an excellent job communicating throughout the project. We received texts letting us know what the next task was, who would be performing the work, and what time they would arrive. We received texts the evening before, or the same morning, if there were daily changes due to unforeseen circumstances. We are very pleased with the results of our basement finishing project and highly recommend Beautiful Basements for your basement project.

Dan and his team are amazing! They finished my basement about 2 years ago and we love it. The job was well done! Dan, thank you for being flexible with me changing some things as they were not in the original contract! The crew was also very professional, and they cleaned every day after work was done. Dan and all of his guys did a fantastic job on our basement remodel. The communication was excellent from the proposal all the way to the final walk through. His team was also very accommodating to any request you made. I would highly recommend Beautiful Basements and would use them again!

I first have to say, we called Dan in January along with 2 other contractors for our basement finishing. At the time there was a contractor that we liked and and gave us a rough quote. After FOUR months the final quote came it and it was DOUBLE. Yes I said double. Needless to say this was not acceptable to us, and all trust was lost. So back to the drawing board. We contacted Dan at Beautiful Basements and explained our situation and the time crunch we were under now that 4 months was lost and we were nowhere. To my surprise Dan honored his original quote from four months previous. Even through the pandemic. This was the beginning of a beautiful partnership. Dan worked his team around to meet our deadlines. I cannot say enough stellar things about Dan and his crew. Their professionalism. The quality of work. Their inability to tell me no, haha. Anything I envisioned they made happened. I was sad to see them go. Their smiling faces and positive attitudes while working hard was so refreshing. I can't even express the joy family and friends have coming to see the finished product. This is the most impressed I have ever been with a contractor and I built a home! You will not be disappointed by Beautiful Basements!! <3

Beautiful Basements is a good company to work with. You know all of your cost up front with no surprises. Comparable and better prices than others. Dan responds quickly and stays in communication throughout. Everyone who worked in our house was friendly and skilled. Fred, Devin, Jensen, and Jonny did excellent work and we enjoyed having them in the house. Ashley was helpful with choosing colors and styles. The work was done in the promised time frame, which was not something we had experienced with other contractors. Fred and Jonny even came back and helped with the unexpected problem of getting our couch to fit through the door by taking off the trim. Overall, a good experience and we are happy with the result.

Wow! We love our new basement space! Beautiful Basements did an amazing job for us. It’s hard to find words to describe how pleased we are with the job they did for us. Included was a beautiful new full bathroom and new higher windows to improve the view to the outside and to let in more light. It doesn’t feel like a basement anymore, but like another living room. The guys doing the work quickly became our friends. They arrived punctually every day during the construction period and were very diligent. They made sure they were doing everything exactly as we wanted. Every afternoon when they left they cleaned up meticulously. A continuous timeline of work was adhered to. Plumbers, electricians and inspectors all showed up promptly, so there were no wasted days. Everything was as Dan had promised us, only better. Dan and Ashley stopped over frequently to make sure we were pleased and satisfied. Ashley helped us so much in picking out our flooring, paint and bathroom fixtures. Without her it would have been a tough task, but thanks to her advice and suggestions, the process was very easy and enjoyable. The cost was lower or at least in line with other quotes we obtained, but I doubt we could have gotten the same quality from anybody but Beautiful Basements. I highly recommend this company.

It all started with our initial consultation with Dan. When he presented us with a first draft of the layout, it was clear he listened to our ideas, wants, and needs. We were impressed with the level of detail he provided, including accurate blueprints, an organized and thorough bill of materials that would be used for the project, and a full cost breakdown. We greatly appreciated this transparent approach.

Our project team - Jensen (our awesome project leader), Jonny, Devin, Kris, and Fred - were a great crew to complete the project. They were always willing to answer any questions we had, and always encouraged us to walk through to see how progress was coming along. They were very respectful of the working environment, being sure to clean up after each day on the project. Outside of the high level of workmanship they demonstrated during the project, they also brought the perfect blend of professional yet personable attitudes each day. It was awesome to get to know such a great team throughout the few months we worked with them.

There were a number of interior design choices that felt overwhelming (e.g., flooring options, paint color themes, finishes & fixtures), but Ashley made the process painless! She was amazing to work with, and consistently went the extra mile to bring additional options to us, provide recommendations where needed, and stay in constant communication with us. The design work and overall aesthetic brought an already amazing project to the next level and furthered the “wow” factor.

Overall, we were extremely impressed with the entire team at Beautiful Basements. From bringing our vision to life through an amazing and top-quality basement product, to keeping us informed of key milestones and always being available to answer questions, it was an amazing experience working with Beautiful Basements. We highly recommend their business.

Dan and his crew were the best contractors we could have asked for to finish our basement. Dan is so professional and remains in constant contact with you. His crew is timely and know their jobs very well. He starts the project on time and finishes on time. His pricing is beyond fair and he stuck to the original quote despite us adding on several things to our list of wants. His crew was flexible and ensured the house was always clean. I am a perfectionist and I can be hard on contractors, but I can assure you that Dan is the guy for your basement. I was not paid or asked to leave this review.

All work was done within the provided timeframe, with minimal disruption to our day to day routine. we used Brad painting to paint the exterior of our house which is cedar shakes we used 3 different colors with the help of Brad picking the colors he was here every day at the time he said he did an awesome job we have had many compliments on it nice family and a great job by his son who painted our house numbers would recommend him 👍
