We could not be more pleased with the experience and results of our work with Hogan Design. Our investment has yielded a great return in terms of satisfaction and happiness. The team is great and the project manager John has been especially professional and helpful!

Hogan Design and Construction have far surpassed my expectations and they continue to do so over a year after our project was completed. Just this week we reached out to John Vendafreddo (our project manager) with an issue regarding one of the space heaters they installed on our covered deck. John came out right away to troubleshoot the issue, and not only got the heater working, but provided us with information and contacts should we run into issues again. The level of care and service is unmatched, which is why we will continue to choose Hogan for all of our future projects.

Hogan Construction has truly been a professional organization to work with. Doug was our project manager, and he ensured we were always updated with what was going on. As with any project, we had a few changes along the way, but Doug kept everything on track and adjusted the plan as it needed to be. In the end, the final project was fantastic, and we are extremely happy.

Hogan Construction built our beautiful row house and did a fabulous job. Highest quality craftsmanship on every detail. We are very happy with our home!

Hogan just completed a huge renovation project involving multiple rooms in our home. The outcome is absolutely beautiful, and everything turned out exactly as we’d hoped! The process from beginning to end was designed to make the experience as easy as possible for the homeowner, and customer service is top notch (an attribute which makes this company much different from many others). Brad was very helpful during the initial stages with determining the scope and estimate of the project, and Kasia was wonderful to work with developing the design. John V. was our project manager who executed the plan, and tailor made every detail to make everything perfect. He was so patient and kind, and excellent communicating the next steps throughout the project. Do not hesitate to hire Hogan- these are the people you want working on your home!

We coordinated the design of two bathrooms with the design architect and suppliers they recommended. Upon completion of design we contracted for construction services. All was completed on schedule and within final design estimates. We are thrilled with the workmanship, detail and final results.

Hogan Design helped renovate the cottage in our backyard and the service and quality of the work was AMAZING!! Construction can be so stressful and over budget but not with Hogan. They will be so helpful through the whole process. Ask for John V to be your Project Manager - he's THE BEST!!!

Working with Hogan for our second floor remodel has been flawless! The design and quality of the work is exceptional. Every person who came to our home was professional, polite and well qualified. Hogan excels when it comes to service and communication.

We loved working with Hogan -- we didn't need to worry about any coordination between different contractors for our kitchen renovation. Our PM Doug was a really excellent, reasonable, and respectful communicator. He had our interests in mind all throughout the project and he was a clear advocate us and for the project going well for everyone involved. When challenges came up, he addressed them honestly and was very clear about the issue and why something was happening. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Hogan again!

We have 2 remodeling projects with Hogan over the last two years. Lower level and bathroom 1st, then a total kitchen remodel. Very pleased with the results, especially the kitchen remodel. Their subcontractors are way better than we could ever find ourselves and our PM, Johnny V., was committed to getting it all done correctly and brought in the kitchen remodel on schedule!

We hired Hogan Design & Construction to do a 2-story addition to our downtown Geneva shop, 318 Coffee House. They were such an amazing and talented team to work with. They allowed us to dream big and execute a personal gorgeous redesign of our space using found objects as well as new construction. Hogan cares not only about making beautiful designs, but also making their own community beautiful and functional. They helped us jump through many hoops with the City of Geneva and the Historical Preservation Society here. They have been supportive in so many additional ways above and beyond a normal construction company. They frequently visit us, they check in on us and those personal touches mean the world to us and our small family business. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about them and so many of their employees, especially Doug Panozzo, and John Vendafreddo. We also worked with a design team they work with, Haven Design, and developed great relationships with their subcontractors as well. We highly recommend!

Hired Hogan Design & Construction (GC = Doug Panozzo) to build out a 12,000 square foot commercial basement into a Youth Center. The new space looks absolutely amazing! Doug was awesome and so was his subs. Doug's leadership in managing all the Village and Fire Inspections was very much appreciated. Love these guys!

I am a licensed Community Manager. We discovered very serious structural damage at one of the buildings that I manage. Hogan Construction did wonderful work, both inside and out. Their work was absolutely stellar, and they were extremely professional. I would highly recommend them for any construction project, large or small.

We just completed a full basement buildout with the team at Hogan. From start to finish, the entire team (design, project management, subs) was wonderful to work with. The build included a number of custom features (full wet bar, wine cellar, golf simulator and sauna) and the team’s attention to detail and commitment to quality across all aspects resulted in a finished work product that exceeded even our very high expectations. Most importantly to us, communication was constant, concise and clear throughout the entire project. John, our lead project manager, and his right-hand man Jason were constantly on-site and highly visible throughout all phases of construction (including bringing Friday donuts for our kids!), managed subcontractors and schedules meticulously, and handled the few inevitable hiccups of construction like seasoned pros. Can’t recommend the team at Hogan enough.
