This is our 2nd Hogan project. We were very satisfied with our first project because of the professional manner of all aspects of the project. Our first project was a kitchen remodel (still love!) and the most recent was installing an outdoor bathroom and reconfiguring our master bedroom/bathroom. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Everything was on time, we always knew the schedule, attention to detail, friendly staff, quality work, quick response time to questions or concerns.
On a side note, we had done a project in which I called different contractors to do a major bathroom remodel. In other words, I was my own project manager. It ended up being a mess because afterwords things went wrong ( major pipe leak and shoddy workmanship)
You get what you pay for. Hogan does the job start to finish and it's all on them! I would highly recommend Hogan. Once you are with them they are like family. You can always count on them!

It was a small guest bathroom and hallway remodle. My vision came to life with no stress as John, the project manager, organized a timetable that coordinated a very smooth process. The real enjoyment came at the end of each day when we looked to see the exceptional work that had been done. Their daily clean up made the 2+ week process very easy to live around, and the friendliness of each trade professional was A+
Since I want the best service with quality work, I will be calling Hogan Design in the future.

Hogan has just completed the second major remodel project. It was our upstairs, which included the master bathroom, a new open closet floor plan, refinished hardwood floors, and re-carpeting of two rooms. Just as with the first project, Hogan made this experience equally as fantastic. Hogan also does a great job hiring contractors who provide high-quality products and services. On time, on budget, and communication was exceptional! A huge thank you to Doug, Jason, Mike and the entire Hogan team.

Hogan Construction is a reputable company and I highly recommend them. Communication is the number one priority when you are doing a remodel on your home. The entire team including the contractors were excellent in communicating with us. Keeping in constant contact with the daily details. The finished work was exactly what I envisioned.

We had two bathrooms remodeled by Hogan. They were taken down to the studs and rebuilt. We opted to visit suppliers and create our own design. With the scope of this project, there had to be a glitch or two in product timing and/ or availability. What I loved about Hogan and specifically our GM, Doug was that he consistently kept us in the loop. He was clear with information and never presented a problem without a possible solution AND he did it in person. No late night texts. Every sub was experienced and specialized in his craft.
It was worth the time and money to have Doug manage the project. 5 stars!

I hired Hogan after a recommendation from a friend and I'm so glad I did. Home remodeling is stressful and Hogan made it a smooth process. From my first phone call to the last day of my project, I knew I was in good hands. My designer and project manager were by my side for entire job. Let's not forget the incredible subs that work with them, professional and caring. My kitchen is beautiful and I couldn't be happier. Its amazing to look at the drawings now and see it looks just like I imagined. If you want great communication and a transparent experience, call Hogan. You will not be disappointed.

Doug went above and beyond in helping us choose the best possible paint for our home and living situation, ensuring every detail was tailored to our needs. He also provided thoughtful recommendations for our three-seasons room, including the perfect indoor/outdoor fan, lighting, speakers, and screened windows. His knowledge and guidance made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

On top of that, we’ve been consistently impressed with the quality of work the entire Hogan team has delivered for our other family members as well. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. I’m so happy we found Hogan Design & Construction after having a pretty horrible experience with another contractor. The quality of work was not just amazing but their customer service was top notch. We were fortunate to get partnered up with John V. as our project manager and he treated our family as if we were the most important clients he has ever had. We had a covered deck built off the back of our home and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined. John communicated every step of the project and made sure we were completely satisfied as each milestone was met. I highly recommend HDC for any home project no matter how big or small.

We recently hired Hogan Design and Construction to remodel our kitchen and laundry room, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! We just completed a renovation of our basement and could not be more pleased with our decision to use Hogan Design & Construction! Their communication and project management were seamless. We had a crack in our basement wall that kept leaking every spring. Been living un Geneva about 8 years dealing with it. Cisco came in, fixed the wall and finished that whole section.

had them finish our basement, basically turned a concrete box into a usable room. they framed it out put in recessed lights drywall the works. the flooring they put down is this vinyl plank stuff that looks way better than i expected for a basement. ceiling came out nice too, no weird gaps or anything. also added a small half bath down there which makes a huge difference. the space actually gets used now instead of just being storage

reached out for a quote on a bathroom remodel and they got back to me same day. the guy who came to measure everything was pretty straightforward about what would work in the space and what wouldnt. no pressure to upgrade stuff i didnt need. once work started they were there every morning on schedule which i appreciated cuz i work from home. the tile in the shower turned out really clean looking and the vanity install was solid. whole process was about three weeks which tracked with what they told me upfront

they did our basement and it looks great. new flooring new lighting the whole thing just feels like a real living space now. solid tile work in the wet bar area too

Rob and Phil are fantastic! They have done several jobs from rescuing me from a very, very bad shower remodel ....redesigned deck railings where a large tree grew thru the yrs and busted the railing along with the tree roots that lifted up and twisted the stairs. They were able , with little effort, to redesign it and make it look like it was originally that way from the start....roof repair to divert the water flow that solved the problem of water leaking from windows. Most recently replaced door, designed a porch landing to eliminate extra steps and install hand rail which is all helpful after my hip surgeries. No job is standard or routine, they access your wants and needs to customize it for you. For professional quality experience with no stress in knowing your project will turn out better than you expected. Highly recommend.
