McDrake installed a new sunroom for us and they were fantastic. From start to finish they designed and built the room we wanted and took care of every detail, including the permitting and required flood elevations. Brittany, the project manager, was in constant communication with us and their crews were all professional, efficient and friendly. After 4 years of trying, we finally found a reliable and skilled contactor to complete our kitchen remodel, bathroom renovation and floor replacement. That contractor was McDrake.
Some of the positives include them having permanent employees that do the majority of the work. The worker who completed most of the work was Jose. He is talented at everything in the kitchen. The other person that contributed greatly was Kenny. Both were respectful, honest, and listened to us.
The contractors they used for electric and plumbing were licensed and insured and scheduled by McDrake's excellent coordinator, Lina. Their designer, Lauren, helped pull our wishes into a cohesive plan and contributed additional ideas whenever asked or needed.
One last important point, any issues that arose, or corrections that were needed, were done with a smile and timely.

McDrake added an addition to our home. Everyday, the team showed up to work on time. The crew were professional and very skilled at their trade. When they encountered any issue, we talked about options and then implemented the right solution. Mcdrake gave us accurate estimates and the project came in on budget.

We reached out to McDrake Remodeling when we discovered a water leak from our hot water heater. They not only helped us with fixing the leak but also replaced the flooring in 90% of our home. I could not be happier with the results! They were quick to answer any questions we had and working diligently and finished our project ahead of schedule. As much as I hated the process with insurance, McDrake Remodel and his team were an absolute dream to work with. I love that my house feels more like home now.

McDrake built a new addition to our kitchen as well as expanding and roofing over our brick front porch. This included taking down walls, creating a see-through counter to our living room, new quartz counters and peninsula, installing new appliances, flooring, and windows. A great team; they work together. They listen. They do a professional job. We are very pleased (as are our neighbors who keep trooping through to see). And we're asking McDrake back to do our siding, windows, and back patio.

We were impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. Whenever we had a question, project manager Christa always responded promptly. The crew were outstanding as well. Our bathroom came out beautifully!

McDrake just finished our hallway bathroom. Lina (project manager), Bonnie (designer), Christina (flooring), and Jose (construction lead), were awesome! I can’t say enough how happy we are with both bathrooms! We asked for a completion time of 3 weeks on the second bathroom and McDrake pulled through! We will be going to McDrake for any future projects we may have. I can’t say enough good things about this company! Update: Darren called to apologize and given us a quote, so even though they did not communicate with us they did try to correct their mistake. We appreciated that, but still decided to not continue with their services. I did change the stars from 2 stars to 4.

From the beginning. The representative veronica was nice and informative. She have scheduled a consultation to update our shower and tub with Darren the owner. He came by on dec 29th told him what we were looking to do and everything seemed good to go. After that everything went downhill. He told us give him a week for a quote and he will reached out to us. Well its Jan 18th and we havent heard from him or anyone else. I do not chase after a company who is suppose to get on touch with us and/or have our contact information to atleast let us know if there was a delay on their end. They only got 2 stars because of how nice veronica was. If you did not want to do the projects we had, we would had accepted a "no, we wont be able to do your projects" instead of ghosting us.

We just completed an extensive remodel of our first floor with McDrake and we are so pleased! The project finished on time and within budget and with the minimum of stress. Darren, Lina, Tom, Veronica, Christina and all the staff were professional, patient, organized, responsive and so personable.
In terms of organization, a project binder that outlined every element of the project with the schedule and all the details was available in our home throughout the project. We received an email update every Friday that reviewed what had been done that week and what was scheduled for next week. One of the biggest benefits of working with McDrake is that they coordinate every element of the project from painting to flooring to masonry. This meant that they could tweak the schedule so when we ran into a delay with the stairs it did not delay the project. We also liked their business model that the project does not begin until they have all the materials so there were no delays waiting for a light fixture or door hardware. At the completion of the project, we were given a folder with warranty and operating information for the items installed as part of the project.
The quality of the workmanship was also excellent. Our floor was very uneven, so the installers covered all of the subfloor with plywood and evened everything out before putting down the new floor. The custom vents, stairs and quarter round were stained to perfectly match the flooring. The stonework on our fireplace is gorgeous as is the custom vanity in the bathroom. From painting to tile work to lighting, we were pleased with every element of the project.
We’re now enjoying our “new” home and highly recommend McDrake for your next home improvement project.

McDrake did an absolute amazing job converting our loft into a beautiful new bedroom. From start to finish, their communication was excellent, the project stayed on schedule, and the workspace was kept clean throughout. The quality of the work was outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result.

This was our second major remodel in our home but the first time we used McDrake. If we could go back and do it again, we would have chosen McDrake both times. Fantastic work and my daughter loved her Japanese themed gifts :)

The Jericho sales rep, project manager, and crew were all professional and demonstrated their expertise throughout completion of the remodeling of our kitchen. We do not regret selecting Jericho Home Improvements for this project.

We had our kitchen refinished and have been very happy with the results. The quality of the work was top notch, the professionalism of all those who worked on our kitchen was great. Definitely recommend Jericho for home remodeling.

We had 2 bathrooms remodeled due to a plumbing repair that did not go as planned. One bath was converted to a walk-in shower and the second had a tub removed and replaced. While we did provide light fixtures, toilets and tub, the remainder was included in the initial installation costs. There was major repair work required to complete the remodeling safely and they did a very nice job. Everyone who was involved with the project was friendly and professional. Craftsmen were on time and did beautiful work. Due to the extensive repairs required, the cost was higher but we now have functioning, safe and attractive bathrooms. We are very glad we called Jericho.

We had Jericho Home Imprivement do a kitchen refresh for our older kitchen. We had beautiful quartzite countertop, apron front sink, marble backsplash and luxury vinal floor put in. While we knew what we wanted to update the two Zacks assisted us in our decisions regarding material. Our installer Donald McCune was incredible. He was professional, charming and efficient. We are very happy with his work and our bright updated kitchen is great.
