I was struggling to find a contractor in my area for awhile and had many bids that fell through, bids that continued to increase from one conversation to the next, or were outrageously overpriced because of the lack of contractors in my area, and then I contacted elite remodeling. I had to have my kitchen remodeled because of a leak in my upstairs bathroom.
Elite construction did an amazing job working with me and I am extremely happy with the results! I got a brand new kitchen in less than two weeks and not only that, the bid they quoted me never changed and they were timely, professional and did a beautiful quality job!
I highly recommend this company, it was very different than any other contractors I had came into contact with. Great job! Thank you for my beautiful kitchen!

We worked with Elite Remodeling to finish out the basement in our almost 100 year old home. There was old wiring, plumbing, lath and plaster walls, etc. that needed to be removed and reworked. Sergiu provided a reasonable quote and timeline, and his made team quick work from the start. The communication was always clear and responsive with options being provided if we ran into any unexpected issues (based on the age of our house). Sergiu and team were also very accommodating to any change requests we had throughout, and I was pleased with the electrical, plumbing, tile, etc. subcontractors used for our project. Our timeline ran a little long based on our own change requests, but overall we were very pleased with the communication, schedule, and quality of the work by Elite Remodel. We would work with them again in a heartbeat. A huge thank you for helping us grow into our home!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sergiu and his team at Elite Remodeling for a kitchen renovation, and I am beyond thrilled with the results. From the initial consultation to the final touches, their professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to quality were evident every step of the way.

During a particularly harsh winter freeze, our outdoor faucet burst. Sergiu's crew, demonstrating their dedication, came out on a weekend to fix it swiftly and did so pro bono. This level of service is both rare and deeply appreciated, highlighting their genuine commitment to their clients.

Sergiu and his team also redid my outdoor patio and deck, including the installation and custom fabrication of the posts connecting the pergola cover to the roof. They went above and beyond by leveling the area below and installing a retaining wall. The city inspector even remarked that we have “one tough deck,” which speaks volumes about their craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Additionally, Sergiu innovatively handled issues with our cabinet supplier, who sent missing and incorrect parts. Remarkably, he managed these challenges efficiently while I was away in New York for business, ensuring the project stayed on track without my having to worry.

What impressed me most was Sergiu’s collaborative approach. I had numerous creative ideas, and rather than steering me towards simpler, more familiar solutions, Sergiu treated me as a true partner. He listened to my vision and executed it with remarkable precision, making me feel involved and valued throughout the process.

The final outcome of the project exceeded my expectations. Every detail was handled with care, resulting in a kitchen that is not only stunning but also incredibly functional. Sergiu and his team were punctual, respectful, and maintained an immaculate work environment, which made the renovation process smooth and stress-free.

I had an exceptional experience working with Sergio and his team. They are efficient, have a keen eye for detail, and were collaborative throughout our projects.

While completing our bathroom remodel they exceed all expectations of what I had envisioned. It was a full gut job and is completely unrecognizable to what it was before (see picture). Being a 100+ year old home, a few things came up and Sergio always came to me with solutions instead of problems – I really appreciated working with someone who has this mindset.

They were on time, on budget and highly skilled.
My family and I could not recommend working with Elite Remodeling more. They will be our go-to moving forward!

We worked with Elite Remodeling on an extensive remodel of the upper floor of our house including 3 bathrooms, a laundry room, and a closet. We are absolutely thrilled with the result and can’t recommend Sergiu and his team more. We had a very specific vision for what we wanted in each space and a tight schedule. They delivered exactly what we wanted in just 2 months, and would have been even faster if our supplier hadn’t damaged a vanity. Their prices are very reasonable, but expect change orders as the project progresses.

Sergiu’s standards are very high and the quality of work from his team showed that. Our house is over 100 years old and had gone through multiple questionable prior remodels. As issues were uncovered, Sergiu was clear on what needed to be done to bring things up to code. He was also really easy to work with as we made changes to our design along the way. Anything we weren’t happy with, they were quick to fix. We will definitely work with Sergiu again.

The Elite Remodeling team offers top quality with extreme attention to detail, is fairly priced, on-time, very communicative, and listens to your desires to capture your vision completely.

We originally hired Elite Remodeling to completely gut and renovate our downstairs bathroom. They did such a phenomenal job we decided to hire them to complete the remaining renovation "wish list" we had in mind.

By the end of our renovation they:
- Completely renovated 3 bathrooms
- Switched toilet plumbing and shower drain in one of the bathrooms by removing old piping and replacing it with modern piping (good-bye musty smell!). They even ran new water lines so we could customize our shower valves.
- Helped convert the 'power room' into a walk-in coset
- Removed a small unusable closet and repaired the floors
- Painted nearly the entire interior of the house- floor to ceiling
- Fixed electrical issues
- Replaced old lighting for an updated look, complete with customizable lighting options
- Helped install 3 TVs by adding hidden electrical outlets directly behind the TVs. They even installed a nifty tube in the wall so that we can easily put additional cables through in the future.
- Installed 2 large decorative floating shelves & console units

Each team member who entered our house treated our space as if it were their own. They were very neat, clean and organized, arrived on-time, were warm and welcoming and even walked us through the best way to correct old plumbing and electrical issues that were found from previous work done on the house. We will definitely hire Elite Remodeling, LLC in the future when we decided to update the exterior of our house.

We cannot recommend them enough! They take the headache out of remodeling and make it as pleasant of a process as possible.

First off, yes. If you're looking around for a contractor, reach out to Elite Remodeling. Sergiu is a professional general contractor who cares about the quality and timeliness of a job. His team did a great job with my bathroom remodel, which involved gutting it, electrical, plumbing, tile, and everything else.
Sergiu and his team have become my go-to for any work that's beyond my modest DIY skills. 10/10 would recommend.

We built a small ADU studio to use for extra income, and the whole process was very smooth.
Guy and the team were easy to work with and communicated well throughout. Everything stayed on schedule and within budget, which made things stress-free.

They also took care of the city requirements and permits in Richmond, CA, which was a huge help. Overall, the process was straightforward and we’re happy with how it turned out.

Promodeling, Inc. is an incredibly well-run organization. They perform high quality work and have a keen attention to detail and vision. They remodeled my entire condo with professionalism, care, and excellent communication throughout the process. Their Project Managers are excellent, and I would like to specifically call out the owner, Guy Oren, who runs a very well-organized company.

In the contractor space you can find a lot of unreliable individuals, but Promodeling, Inc. is far from that - they are honest, ethical, experienced, and truly stand by their workmanship and promises. We would not be happier with the work Mike Lafata and his team did. Professional, courteous, on time and most of all very helpful recommendations that were not about $ but about the right choices for us.

Mike with Promodeling completed drywall, framing, wall board, door hanging, cabinets, carpentry, painting shelves and much more to list for me. I was very impressed with his work and the company’s professionalism!

They can't keep their communications and scheduling straight. If they can't handle these basic items, I fear what their actual work is like.

Edit: they claim they tried to reach out to me, but once I called them, they realized they repeatedly called/texted the wrong number even though they had my correct one on file.

I usually don’t write reviews, but after working with Promodeling on our ADU project, I felt compelled to share my experience. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations.

I'm lucky to have found Promodeling. They redid our roof, and replaced our front door covering with a pergola. They are professional, on time, efficient, and they provide updates with a log that includes photos of the job. We couldn't have a better remodeler. You never know what you're going to get, but I'm writing this review six months after the project was finished, so we are genuinely happy to have worked with them.

I hired ProModeling to help us with our kitchen remodel and they exceeded our expectations.
Suzanne, was our project manager and designer . She did a fantastic job, since the first meeting. She patiently explained the process and made sure our needs were met, offered us ideas and design suggestions , organized our materials and made sure we stayed on task.
She constantly kept us in the loop with the progress and overall a great communication throughout the project.

We hired Promodeling to remodel our kitchen in March of 2021. Guy and Ricardo came over and we sorted out a plan. They promptly provided a proposal that fit our budget and we dived in. They started in April and it was completed before the end of May. Every day I go into the kitchen and feel like I am stepping into a Porsche. All the doors and drawers close by themselves, the lighting is awesome, the cabinets look amazing and line up, nothing crooked. They used a laser to line things up! The granite counters are awesome. They went the extra mile and surprised us with some of the touches they added when it came to painting the great room, including fixing some woodwork that we never even discussed. And they were very accommodating when we requested a few changes while the project was in flight, which made all of the difference. They have a great team, and they put up with our dog, who fell in love with Ricardo. So, when it comes time for the next thing, we will be ringing up Guy. You could probably spend a lot more for the same result, but we feel we got a really great result for a price we could afford. Oh, and Amallely, the office manager was super helpful.
