We hired Select Kitchen & Bath to tackle our massively complex Owner's bathroom project. From beginning to end, we were super happy with Select's professionalism, design, installation, communication and final outcome.

We worked with Derek to design our new bathroom and pick out materials. Derek was so patient with us when we made (a million) changes. Once we loved our design, it was time to execute it. That's where Paul, Teddy & Ricardo came in.

Paul, our project manager, much like Derek was super patient, had great communication and got the job done to our satisfaction. The workers were all polite and skilled.

If I had one complaint, it would be that the project took TWICE as long as we were told and there were a lot of small mistakes made. They did fix all of the mistakes and we got it done - but it took almost 4 months.

But, overall we are so happy with our bathroom!!

We have used Select on four separate projects over the past eight years. We cannot say enough about the quality of their work and the people who do their work. They are incredibly responsive, and they are great to work with from design to the last nail. We trust them, and we always recommend them to friends, all of whom have been thankful we did. These folks are superb.

We used Select for a complete remodel of our master bathroom. All the old fixtures, flooring, and lighting were replaced. The shower was enlarged and a small makeup station was added to an otherwise “dead space” next to the new vanity. We could not be more pleased with the new space! Designer Sergio expertly guided us thru selection of fixtures and finishes. PM Joe S. was at the house daily to inspect, troubleshoot, answer my questions. He answered my text & email questions promptly. He is also now one of my dog’s favorite people 😂. The crew was prompt, polite and did their best to minimize disruption. The stairs and floors were well protected throughout the work and plastic sheeting was hung to minimize dust. They cleaned up the site at the end of every day.

When shopping for a contractor, we met with and got estimates from 4 firms. Select and 1 other firm submitted very similar numbers. We ultimately chose Select based on a strong recommendation of a neighbor and good reviews on line. So glad we did! We have a number of other home reno projects planned for the future and will definitely call Select again.

Select kitchen and Bath remodeled the main bathroom in our home. The workers were efficient, polite and thorough-making certain every detail was perfect. The project was completed on schedule with no follow up needed. We were delighted that our new bathroom was not only beautiful but also increased the value of our home!

We had Select Kitchen and Bath do a master bathroom remodel in early 2021. We were very happy with their job at the time and gave them a fantastic review. I am updating that review this year as we have learned some things about the install that totally negates that previous review.

This year our master bathroom shower developed an incredible smell. Multiple plumbers thought it was due to the toilet installed in the Master Bathroom by Select Kitchen and Bath. When one of these plumbers finally removed the toilet we discovered that it had not been installed correctly. The flange was below floor level, which is not how it should be. The flange pipe was too small for the toilet and the toilet had just been jammed in so it would fit, instead of requesting a change order from us so it could be installed correctly. The two screws that held the back of the toilet to the floor were not actually proper screws. So every time we sat on the toilet the toilet tilted forward and crushed the wax ring on which the toilet is supposed to rest.

Once we replaced the toilet and had it correctly installed the smell in the bathroom went away almost entirely. We still have a residual smell that we are working to diagnose with our plumbers. I am scared now about what we will discover next in our bathroom. What other corners were cut to build our master bathroom?

I’m very pleased with the results for the project in my condo that Select K & B just completed. Did a small reconfiguration of my kitchen which makes a big difference in its use. Also replaced a shower with a tub and new bathroom tile. It was all expertly done. Derek was great at creating the plans and setting reasonable pricing. He worked with me to reuse what we could. I really appreciated the level of supervision and quality control exhibited by Joe. Good job everyone!

I had the opportunity to hire Alan, from Superior Construction & Renovations company, for several home repair projects, He was responsive, able to accommodate my schedule, and provided options and estimates quickly. He worked meticulously to install lighting fixtures and ceiling fans, front security screen door and a new laundry duct. Additionally, he did a great job with my bathroom tear-down and remodel, to include installing ceramic shower wall tiles and porcelain bathroom floor tiles. Alan honored the cost(s) quoted and my bathroom looks wonderful, and much bigger which I am pleased about. Alan communicated with me frequently to ensure that I was satisfied as he progressed through the project(s). All projects Alan was hired to do were completed well and in a timely, professional manner; he was also patient to explain and/or answer questions I had along the way. Superior did an amazing job remodeling my unfinished basement! They handled everything — electrical work, plumbing, drywall finish, flooring and paint — and it all came out perfect. The space feels completely new, and they finished everything in great time. They were super responsive, open to any changes I had, and made the whole process stress-free. We had an excellent experience working with Superior Construction on a full remodel of our condo. From day one, their professionalism, knowledge, and communication set them apart from other contractors we’ve worked with in the past.

The project stayed on schedule, which is rare in renovations, especially for a full remodel. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, so we always knew what was happening and what to expect next.
