HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend DiStefano Brothers Concrete Coatings!!!!

Working with DiStefano Brothers Concrete Coatings was a fantastic experience. If there was one word to describe them, it would be PROFESSIONAL. They put down a coating system in my home garage/shop at a fraction of the cost of other companies, without any sacrifices!

From the start, Adam was prompt and knowledgeable when he visited for the initial consultation and quote. He wasn't pushy and wanted to make sure I was comfortable making a decision. Communication has been great and he even followed up after the sale and after the work was completed!

The gentlemen that showed up the day of to do the install were very prompt and professional. Throughout the very chilly day they worked almost non-stop, knowing there was impending rain coming. They managed to finish up the job in 1 day, saving having to keep some weather sensitive equipment from being outside the following night. There were a few blemishes, mostly due to the wind and leaves being down, and they came back within a week to correct the small issues, you can't even tell they were back to work on it! Very satisfied customer!

This company and their employees are amazing to deal with! Adam was my contact/came out to get an estimate and idea for my project. It turned out amazing! He was super helpful and they gave me every option i asked for. On top of that he was just super friendly. I was able to contact him at every interval/step of the process and they fit me in for the install as fast as they could. I really could not ask for anything better. Their prices are premium BUT there is a HOST of reasons for this from how they treat you, to the outcome of the project. They went above and beyond filling cracks, holes, crags etc in my garage. Basically neither of my bay doors were air tight due to the bottoms concrete being pitted etc. They fixed these without me even really requesting it and also other various spots i thought they would not be able to get to. If you want good flooring for your garage or whatever. Go through these guys! Ive included before and after photos.

Buyer Beware. I contracted with DiStefano for a greenhouse project on my property. They are all "smoke and mirrors". They take you into their fancy office and show you their fancy software (that they never used), and once they have your money, they drag your project out as long as possible. I ended up firing them after six months of them doing absolutely nothing for me. You do not need them to do your project. They will overcharge you for services other contractors do for them. Go small, go local, or simply find your own vendors. I have received my second deposit back from them, and a small portion of my first deposit. And now, instead of admitting their neglect and lack of work (they basically take money under false pretenses) I am forced to sue for the balance or accept being taken advantage of. Just be careful. They are just a "name". But it means nothing apparently. I ended up finding my own vendors for each phase of my project, at a substantial savings. And I am happy to refer any other them to you. Great team to work with from the top down. You could tell all the team members (esp Toby, Tim, Cole, Steve, Tom R and Tom W) cared about the project and our family. They were on time, on budget and very easy to work with as we adapted along the way. We dormered out two sides of our cape to increase room size and gain closets. From the first demo day to the last finishing touches I was pleased along the way and highly recommend for any home improvements, you get what you pay for!

DiStefano Brothers Construction did a complete gut and remodel of my 1950's home. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I walked in with a good idea of what I wanted but the architects and designers took my plans up a notch with improvements I had not considered. The DBC crew are not just talented and incredibly competent, they're also really good people. I enjoyed getting to know them. Each of the carpenters did something special for me above and beyond the plans, and I really appreciated those personal touches. I LOVE my house!!! DBC will not be the lowest estimate you receive, but with them you absolutely get what you pay for. I recommend them without hesitation.

We had looked at a few contractors who do remodeling projects in southern RI and chose Tom W. & DiStefano Bros. to reconfigure a decrepit deck and replace it with a new deck and screen room, attached to the house at the kitchen/dining area.
Fitting what we wanted onto the space to work with we had was a challenge from the start, but we were expertly guided by Tom R. and his engineer, Tim and agreed on a solid design.
It took some time to work through the permitting process, but when the work began, we found the DBC team to be true professionals. The work was started when promised, the site was kept neat, and a few necessary design changes were handled gracefully and amicably. The building work was done expertly and with care.
Communications were frequent, with nice photos of the site and captions provided via text at least 2 or 3 times a week. Hats off to Toby, Tim, Cole, Ronnie, Dave & anyone on the site I might not have met!
The project turned out to be a little more expensive than we had originally budgeted for - but the beautiful result will last and is something we'll enjoy with family & friends for years to come, God willing!

We had a fantastic experience working with DiStefano Brothers on the renovation of the ground level of our home. Led by Tom Ragan, our team of Steve, Toby, Tim and Cole, transformed our basement level into an amazing outdoor living space. Their attention to detail and their genuine desire to make the space functional and beautiful surpassed our expectations. They were professional, thoughtful and pleasant to have around during the duration of the project. Kaitlin, the design expert, was a tremendous help with the finer details. We also had a great experience working with Justin from DiStefano Brothers Concrete Coating. The floors really completed the space. We would not hesitate to give DiStefano Brothers our highest recommendation.

My husband and I have been trying to have a deck built for over a year. Each time we thought we had someone lined up, they were either a no-show or didn’t feel they could provide us with all aspects of our project. However, after meeting with DiStefano Bros. Builders, we couldn’t be happier with our new deck. Not only did they listen intently to what needs we had, they helped us make decisions with regard to decking materials, colors, sizes, railing choices, finishing touches, etc. They arrived promptly each day and continuously communicated with us throughout the project. The crew worked efficiently and left our yard clean and tidy throughout the job.
We want to give a special shout-out to Jon and Ronnie for their superb craftsmanship creating the deck we had been wanting for years. We highly recommend DiStefano Bros. and would most certainly hire them again for any future needs.

DBC has never disappointed us and, man, they have done many projects for us - from small to large over the past 19 years. Last year they remodeled our kitchen and I enjoyed working with the team to make our dream come true. Stunning outcome - exactly what we wanted. Their designer Kristen and the talented carpenters, Super Dave and Dave M., collaborated beautifully. Their communication is excellent with timely updates. No stress. On time, on budget. Flawless clean up at the end of each day.

They now have an electrician on staff and recently he solved a problem for us. Mark C. is talented and a pleasure to work with. I'm so happy that much of our house-related needs can be solved by DiStefano Brothers.

Finally, the garage floor project 4-5 years ago still looks flawless and spills are wiped clean with water only - no need for harsh chemicals. I LOVE my garage floor! Thank you, DiStefano Bros. Concrete Coating company.

Rock on, DBC!

There is NO ONE BETTER!!!! We called this company for advice and a quote regarding water drainage issues and a sink repair. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through step by step!!!! A while later my husband and I decided we wanted to use this company again with some bigger household repairs and enhancements. Phil was our first pick and he did not disappoint! Phil changed out our water pipes and replaced our water heater while making additional enhancements. Phil has done an exceptional job and we are actually having him complete windows and doors for us in the spring! We highly recommend Phil’s construction company!

Phil is very hard working and he did an awesome job on an attached side porch. He does what he says and builds things to last. I would highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Phil and his team. I'm picky about quality work and the character of people at my house and I can say it was a very good experience working with Phil as he knows what he is doing, doesn't cut corners and tells you like it is. He also has good vision of what things will look like when complete and really helped us when designing our front porch addition giving us suggestions and ideas and is actually good at color choices. We never felt rushed during the few weeks we took to finalize all the colors and materials and he was very helpful.
Furthermore I never worried about anything getting stolen or not cleaning up as his guys respect him and are good people who work very hard and long hours. I got to talk to them everyday after work and they were a fun group of guys who took pride in their work. I had a new roof, gutters, siding, 12 windows, 3 exterior doors a small deck and a front porch with an addition including brick work and its been almost 6 months since completion and we are very happy. My parents have also hired him for windows and a new roof.

I've used Phil for roof, siding, windows, bonus room remodel, garage addition, and most recently a whole home remodel. I cannot praise him enough for the quality of workmanship as well as being on site every day to not waste any time. 5 stars all day.

Phil did an outstanding job with my basement. The work is high quality and he did it all in 3 weeks from start to finish. We only had one problem with the carpet but Phil dropped what he was doing to come and fix the problem. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor and I would use him again in the future.

Phils Construction gutted 2 bathrooms in my house and renovated a large family room/craft room area. He does very thorough work, is there while the work is going on. He listens to his customers wishes. It turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend this business

We've used Phil's Construction three separate times. They did a partial roof replacement and new siding for our old house, and later, a major renovation on our new house, including new roof, new windows, two new baths, and an extensive redo on the crawl space. The crew does excellent work, and they're always available when follow-up is needed. Obviously, we really like their work!

Phil and his crew were very professional in replacing our roof. He provided quality workmanship. We were extremely pleased from the time we met him, when he sat down to explain what needed to be done, giving us a quote in detail, and following through to the finish.
