We have done several remodeling and updating projects over the years, but I can say with all honesty that working with Paul and the Res Com team was by far the best experience ever. Paul told us that it would take 6 weeks and we moved in 6 weeks to the day! The quality of work and attention to detail was superior. I would recommend Res Com without reservation.

Res Com renovated our entire bathroom after a previous contractor left us with a poorly done job. They were very knowledgeable about all aspects of the renovation process and how to correct the issues from the previous contractor. Their workers were always on time and the quality of work was outstanding. We have received multiple compliments on our bathroom and are very happy with how it all turned out. Res Com is the only company we will call when we do additional renovations in our house! You will not be disappointed with their work!

Fortunately, ResCom was recommended to us by close, trusted friends. ResCom was fantastic throughout our entire home reconstruction process. We had multiple trade people work on our house including drywall, painters, insulation, flooring, countertops, cabinets, etc. and ResCom delivered on our project! Paul, Blake, and Mike (all of ResCom) were excellent to work with as our project was finished in a timely manner with superior quality. We highly recommend ResCom for any reconstruction or home building project and will definitely use them again! They are very knowledgeable and provided us with a high quality product enhancing the value of our home. This is a great group of professional people as we were extremely happy with our ResCom experience.

Res Com did extensive renovations as they installed a new custom-built patio sliding door, re-carpeted our master bedroom, replaced two entry doors on our garage, and built a large deck behind our garage. Every worker with whom we dealt was highly professional, and they LISTENED to exactly what we wanted done. All of the final work products are absolutely top quality -- beautiful to the eye, and structurally solid. We could not be happier with our entire Res Com experience!

Res Com Custom Builders are very professional. Both Paul and George are very responsive and communication is clear through the whole process. The old saying is "you get what you pay for", with Res Com, you get quality workmanship and professionalism along with great service quality delivery. They deliver what they promise. I would recommend anyone to Paul and George for major re-model or additions to their home.

Res Com has a stellar reputation in the Houston construction industry as a top notch builder. There's no doubt they are the go to company for amazing renovations. I wasn't needing an elaborate transformation at my house, as I just wanted to re-pipe my old plumbing with PEX after we moved into our new house. George and his team took care of our project as if it was his only priority. His team showed up on time, the work was done on time with no hidden costs, and they left my house just as clean as it was before they began. George, one of the owners, personally came by as soon as it was done to inspect the work. There's no doubt that we will use Res Com for our construction/renovation needs in the future.

I was so incredibly happy with Paul Canady and his crew at Res Com Custom Builders. If you can dream it, they can build it! I had seen their work and knew they were the least expensive, but I did not care. I wanted the quality of work that I had seen in all of the pictures from previous jobs. We spoke to Paul and explained our vision for what we wanted inside our home. They were amazing in their delivery! They are honest, straightforward, thorough, and excellent at communicating before, during and after your project. Res Com is who you want when you want your dream, and you want your dream done right!!

We will certainly work with Res Com again for future home improvement projects. We added a second primary suite inside and an outdoor kitchen simultaneously. They were excellent communicators, partners in planning, and excelled at organization. As our first major project, we learned that we would have benefited from more scope definition up front, but they were flexible and worked with us. The scope and timeline stretched out, but overall, we were very pleased with the results.

Res Com did a great job for us at a fair price. They did two major renovation projects for us and delivered on budget. We had normal course bumps in the road but they always made the necessary fixes and adjustments and communicated with us well.

We remodeled 2 bathrooms at the same time. We are very pleased as to how they both turned out. The company was very easy to work with and answered any question we may of had during the remodel process. Thank you Paul and James for taking such great care of us. ResCom did a phenomenal job in a complex project for us. They communicated at all times, adjusted to our personal needs and made sure we were satisfied with the final product. Our home will have a 2nd and 3rd phase for expansion and Res Com will be our trusted partner.

Absolutely amazing office remodel in Berlin MA. It was such a pleasure to work with them and they exceeded all of our expectations.

We went with Boston Custom Renovations for our kitchen and bath remodeling project after moving from Westborough to our new home in Sturbridge. We used their sister company Boston Outdoor Living for our old house for some outside patio work and the experience wa just as good. What stood out for us was their professionalism and attention to detail!! Very happy with the outcome!!!! You 100% get what you pay for!! I would use them again for another project here when we are ready in a year or two.

Contacted BCR to quote installation of an old wooden interior door in my 1870s house in CHARLTON, MA. They do small jobs like this too. Very reasonable quote was accepted. Existing solid wood door had to be removed and the replacement door with 16 glass panes was hung. Not an easy job to re-frame a door opening to fit a replacement door with no frame. An outstanding job of measuring, setting the casements, door stops, threshold, and the entire reframing job was done with minimal damage to surrounding walls/floor. Brandon and Elvis were very through, measure twice, cut once type carpenters and really showed their skills. They even used a router to match the trim of the other door frames in the room. I was impressed and my wife is thrilled with the finished product. I recommend them highly!

AJ and Brandon know how to run a company. Them and their exceptional team are true professionals with immaculate attention to detail. They did a wonderful job repairing the water damage and wood rot on the side of our house.

My husband & I look forward to working with them in the future for more of our home renovation projects!

I requested estimates from several companies. AJ was the only one who spent time measuring and understanding what I wanted and needed and the cost was reasonable.

All follow-up was professional and timely and once work started I could count on them to do exceptional work and ensure I was happy.

They showed up when they said they would and always cleaned up after themselves.

From AJ to Brandon and Elvis, top notch professionalism and work ethic. The ability to think on their feet and be creative while rehabbing my deck (which turned into a total "re-do") was nothing short of impressive. They were presented with issues that they were able to address with me, were clear and concise on those changes and pricing. I wasn't 100% clear on my vision of a finished project at first, but these guys made it work perfectly to blend in with my present outdoor setting at my summer hideaway in Holland, MA. Great job, looking forward to the next project.

We’ve had a few projects by Boston Custom Renovations and we’ve always been very satisfied with their attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction. The most recent project they’ve done for us is a renovation on 2.5 bathrooms and we’ve been really happy with the quality of the materials, the installation, and the finished product. When we’ve brought up some minor issues on the countertop and ceiling paint, they quickly resolved the issue by redoing the work or replacing the materials altogether. They also stayed on schedule or have been up front about any anticipated/possible delays. Overall, we’re completely happy with everything and we will work with them again in the future for other home renovation projects.

AJ and his team at Boston Custom Renovations were professional and top quality from day one. AJ took the time to understand our needs, provided an incredibly detailed quote and was honest of any variables or changes along the way. I asked a lot of questions throughout the process and the team was always available to answer them.

I wanted to be involved in the design but have very limited knowledge of design or construction. AJ provided a list of vendors they work with so we could go see samples, talk with vendors and make selections. AJ's team handled all the details and timing to ensure all the pieces fell into place.
