ResCom recently helped us convert a spare room behind our garage into an additional bedroom with full bathroom and a shower. They also removed our old asphalt driveway and replaced it with a beautiful concrete driveway. I would highly recommend ResCom Construction to anyone looking to remodel, update, or add space to their home. Paul Canady was excellent to work with. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and quick to respond to any questions. His quote was also very reasonable. I feel he and the rest of his crew provide the best value. I would definitely use his services again in the future.

Hi! This is an add-on to a previous review. After using ResCom's services in the past, I called them again for additional work. This time (spring of 2020), I asked them to convert our attached garage into a flex room. They also converted a small portion of the garage into a utility room as well. They installed pocket doors for the utility room as well as entryway to the adjacent kitchen. The garage doors were removed and replaced with cornice, windows, and double set of french doors. New lights, ceiling fan, electrical outlets, insulation, and drywall were also installed. A new HVAC system was installed to replace our old one, and it was rerouted to supply air to the new room as well as the bonus room in the back. Paul Canady and Mike Cook again were a pleasure to work with and addressed any questions or concerns I had. I am very happy with the new room! It is seamless with the rest of the home and doesn't feel like a garage. I again highly recommend Rescom Custom Builders.

For medium to large scare renovations this is the company I choose. Paul and his team is extremely professional and charismatic. Not only are they wonderful to work with, the quality of work is the highest in Houston. I recommend everyone to use Res Com for their projects.

Before making a decision on who to hire to completely renovate a flooded home, I did a lot of research. The feedback for ResCom was very positive, but also pointed to not just great work, but integrity in the way they conduct their business. We decided to hire them, and could not be more pleased.
