I am extremely pleased with Phil's work. He came on time and finished in the time frame he gave us! He and his crew were very professional and did an excellent job, would use his services again for sure! Top quality work, would recommend him to anybody!

Phil and his team built a wonderful screened in porch for my house. It was done quickly and Phil helped ensure the permitting process was really easy. And he did it for half the cost of what Patio Enclosures quoted me

Just the thought of replacing our roof was unnerving. It had two layers of shingles and some questionable wood decking underneath. We knew it was going to be a big job. After researching many companies in our area, we discovered Phil's Construction, located in Streetsboro, OH, was highly rated on BBB and other websites. The company was locally owned and not part of a huge corporation. We prefer to support small businesses when we can. We were very impressed with Phil's quick response to our call and the detail of the initial quote. It was obvious we had chosen a man with years of experience. We found Phil and his crew to have a work ethic that just couldn't be beat. They arrived early and worked tirelessly all day long. They delivered not only what was promised but went beyond expectations. The attention to all aspects of the job was amazing. We appreciated the way Phil kept us in the loop regarding their work progress. He informed us of the expected times of supply deliveries, etc. He often took pictures of the repairs needed so we could see for ourselves the problem areas of the roof. His solutions were justified and much needed. He gave us great customer service. Their initial quote was not the lowest price given but their work turned out to be the best. We are very happy we chose Phil's Construction for the necessary structural repairs and replacement of our roof. As an added bonus, since this construction company can also build new additions, install windows, siding, and other home improvements, we have already approached Phil about upgrading the plumbing in our bathroom shower. We trust his company's work. We feel we have not only found a valuable 5 star resource, we have found a new friend.

I highly recommend Phil as a contractor. He completed a master bath remodel in our home. He was punctual with his quote and completed the work within the timeframe promised. He and his crew were hardworking and made sure to clean up their work area at the end of each day. Phil is a reliable contractor who provides reasonable prices. I’m extremely satisfied with his services and would definitely recommend him to others. ( I already have!)

Phil and his crew did an excellent job on our new roof! Showed up on time and completed the job as outlined. He was honest and upfront about problems he found and obviously took pride in doing a job well done instead of just covering up problems done by previous contractors. We are very pleased with the work done by Phil, Tom and crew. They did a wonderful job remodeling - modernizing and brightening our master bathroom. Phil and his crew are all great guys. They all did a great job remodeling our basement -making an apartment with a bathroom, kitchenette, and bedroom. They did all the work from plumbing, drywall , painting , even figuring out electrical problems we had in our house for years. He also installed new sliding glass doors out to our deck, which was a huge job due to the decaying wood that was supporting them! They showed up on time, early and would often work until late in the evening to complete the job. They were very pleasant to have in my home, the finished project is beautiful and truly beyond our expectations ! Phil is very responsive to questions and answers phone calls promptly. He goes beyond and above. We definitely recommend this company, and will use him again.

Found Phil through the BBB for some work on my detached garage ceiling. Super responsive and went above and beyond from inspection through cleanup. Everything turned out perfect, I couldn’t be happier. Really great price and service, especially for the quick turnaround. Highly recommend.

Phil and his team did an amazing job building out our patio room and siding our home. He took care of every last detail from the windows, electrical work, gutters, gutter covers and the concrete walkway. The interior tongue and groove pine wood walls are beautiful. He took the time to listen to our needs and wants with the project. He was prompt in regard to his timelines too. We look forward to working with him and his team on future projects.

Rubio Construction helped build my new construction home as a general contractor. They also are re-modelers. The husband-wife duo were both very hands on in the whole process on the outside, as well as providing amazingly detailed interior design advice. They will be there for you to get you what you want. I will be recommending to anyone interested in the western suburbs area.

After meeting with Evan and Felicia Saad, we agreed on costs and plans for new flooring, lighting, complete kitchen remodel, fireplace refinishing with TV mounted above. Evan fulfilled everything on time. Felicia is excellent with design ideas. Evan and his contractors are friendly and work hard to get everything right. They make good team. We would use them again.
