Dan from COX came out to do our annual maintenance. The generator had stopped it's weekly testing just before he arrived so the maintenance was timely. Turns out there were two parts that had failed and needed to be replaced. Thankfully both covered under warranty. Dan only had one part, the second came a week later and Dan returned today to complete the repair and the annual maintenance. Dan was very personable, and knowledgable. My dog really likes him too, so that tells you something. Thanks again Dan for all your hard work and follow through.

This outfit has its act together. They respond promptly, their service technicians are professional and honest. They look out for the customer as well as for their company. I'm pleased to have been a Cox generator customer for many years.

The technician who came today was awesome! Once again, the office staff gave wrong information and told us we didn’t need to be home as all work would be performed outside. Good thing I was home as he did need to access inside panel. Cox’s technicians are wonderful!

This company never seems to amaze me. Today was my first service visit and everything went very well. My service appointment was scheduled between 8:00 & 12:00 noon. The service technician arrived between 8:45 & 9:00, perfect. He was very polite, professional and explained everything to my wife.

He started my Generator let it run and afterwards, did a full maintenance service on the Generator and reset everything back in order. I am now, set for the winter months ahead. Afterwards, he cleaned up and locked my Generator. Before leaving, he reassured my wife that every was completed and that he had locked everything up.

And 3 days after our installation was complete, Mother Nature put her to the test and we went through a power outage. Our new Generac didn’t skip a beat. Our very first service visit with Cox Electric was absolutely fantastic, top notch, pleasant and, frankly, just a breath of fresh air!! Our service technician, Dan, was plain fabulous, extremely friendly and super professional/ competent!! We had the yearly maintenance done for our Generac generator and we have never ever had such over the top unbelievable service work performed!! We just switched from another dealer to Cox and what a mind-blowing difference and improvement it was. Not only did Dan discover several serious issues that had gone unaddressed for a long time, he took the time to actually professionally deep clean our generator inside and out to a "showroom" shine like we've never seen. You'll get the hands down best and honest service/ commitment with integrity and professionalism money can buy when you turn to Cox Electric...and Dan in particular!! Had our standalone Generac generator serviced. Dan was very punctual, working on the generator at 8.01 already. He did run all the diagnostics before and after service and gave me a debrief on the generator condition. In and out the whole thing took maybe 40 minutes.
Cox Electric also installed the generator in the first place, and they did a great job. Very happy with the service!

I had a problem with my generator diagnosed by Jeff, despite freezing temperatures within 15 minutes he found the problem and ordered the item. I look forward to the part being installed and I will definitely be taking out a maintenance contract with Cox, excellent service, super prompt, and very friendly and honest.

To follow up, part was installed on a snowy morning in less than an hour, Jeff and one other Technician were very thorough and very friendly. I immediately became a customer and took out a maintenance contract. I recommend this company without any reservations.
