We moved into a new house and had an unexpected water leak, and we needed urgent help diagnosing and fixing the issue. We tried calling several different places, but CW Cummings really came through for us. They are very responsive, and after we called, Ken came out to see the job within an hour or two. He accurately diagnosed a complicated issue, helped us figure out a plan for fixing it, and gave us fair pricing. The entire team has been great to work with and the work that has been done is high quality—we’re grateful to have found them!

Our shower/tub drain wasn’t draining freely even after having a rooter company clean the drain pipes. Scott and Peter came out and diagnosed where the major years of buildup was and unclogged and replaced our pipes where needed and we are Flowing freely again. Highly recommend this company. He clearly explains various options and he answers any questions that you may have. The options that he presents are honest and reasonable. Chris installed a tankless hot water heater this past week and he and his staff Gary, Matteo and Carlton were amazing! They completed an excellent job and they made sure that we were satisfied by returning to make sure that we understood the system and that we were totally satisfied! We highly recommend them!

My water heater let go under warranty, CWC sent a tech out that day and replaced it the next day. It was a neat, clean job. I would hire them again.

Our Tankless hot water heater died on Thanksgiving day while doing dishes. Called CW, they (Chris) came out the next day to checkout the old system. Loved Chris- great guy. We had 5 options to replace, we picked a new tankless hot water heater that fit our budget. The install team were great. Nice guys, good communication, super neat, and professional. The install came out excellent in a very tight space.

I have many plumbing problems, but one that couldn't wait. They sent Matteo out to fix it asap. He was very pleasant and professional and fixed the issue in less time than I thought. I hope he'll be the one who comes back to fix the other issues when I call back.

Great service was there when they said they would be and not a "4 hour window". Ken was a nice guy and took care of the problem quickly.
Actually cleaned up the "gunk" from the drain and took it with him!
Good to know there are quality people you can call.
Very satisfied and would probably call again if I have any other problems.
