Scott did a great job on a family member’s home . He returned my call super fast and was able to come out and do the work super fast .totally happy with everything!

Scott is a skilled plumber who quickly diagnosed the hot water problem, went out of his way to pick up supplies and quickly installed a new water heater before any further problem could occur —he is polite and professional - highly recommend!

Scott responded to a plumbing issue at my Mom's house. He was professional, reasonable with fees, on time, polite and just overall very understanding to her needs and concerns!
My family would most definitely recommend him for your plumbing issues!

Super late adding this review but this company deserves more than 5 stars , Scott answered right away and was at my house within a few days to help solve my issue and was very reasonably priced. This company was polite, Prompt, efficient, and overall kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

Gentleman Named Victor was extremely Rude to me upon our introduction. He criticized and mocked the way that I spoke because I do have a lisp unfortunately. He finish the interaction by making me regret ever calling him in the first place. This type of man doesn’t deserve business from anybody, POOR WORK ETHICS AND MANNERS.

Maybe their technical skills are good but their customer service From the drivers in the field could use a little improvement. No need to come up behind someone already 15 miles over the speed limit flashing your lights acting like a crazy person In a company work van then flipping off other drivers instead of just going around like all other same drivers out there. Maybe switch to the night shift, or grab a coffee before you hit the road. ✌️

Purchased a generator from them about 5 years ago. The initial setup was very complicated as we had solar panels but they figured it.
Their service since then has been excellent.
So friendly people on the line.
Phone call is usually answered rather quickly.
If you get a generator from them they over a service plan. A little expensive but I think it is worth it.

Made call for annual service appointment and got several options for the following week. Technician was here at 8:05 for my 8a-10a time frame. He introduced himself and got quickly to work. Answered my questions fully and to my satisfaction. Very professional. Have been very happy with COX electric since they did my generator install. The service department has been easy to work with when needed.

They did recall work on whole house generator. Had to wait on part. Work completed, no issues, we great to deal with. Everyone was professional and courteous.
