Mark did a great job. He was at the house for 3+ weeks removing knob and tube, installing new light fixtures and replacing our electrical panel.

Mark communicated clearly about the job and each day he arrived when he said he would. He and his team were respectful when working around the people in our home and flexible when the fixtures we ordered didn't arrive on time. I will definitely call Mark for any future electrical work in this house.

I would advise anyone getting knob and tube removed in their home while it is occupied that it is a very dusty job. Mark and his team cleaned up every evening, sweeping and vacuuming. They also covered everything with drop cloths before drilling holes but that fine plaster dust settles everywhere.

I never thought I’d find an electrician I could depend on. Not only does Mark consistently show up for me, he takes every crazy job I throw at him and makes it look easy. I use him for my own home as well as those of my clients. His pricing is fair, and the quality of work is stellar. I feel like Mark has my back. Look no further!

Unfortunately this firm, whilst very offering good rates, had very questionable and severe business terms that were very punitive to the consumer.

When I asked them about terms & conditions and their willingness to soften some of their protections, they abruptly withdrew their bid and dropped me like a hot potato.

Fair warning if you do decide to go with them, but this raised immediate red flags.

I have had the pleasure of A+ quality Hartman Electrical Services on several different projects and I am sure that I will call them again next time an electrical project arises. They have now: replaced my existing electrical service into the house, updated all of our old two-prong plugs to GFCIs, fixed the miscellaneous safety issues discovered in the inspection, and vented the house's primary bathroom with an exhaust fan ducted outside.

Mark Hartman and his team completed each job with expertise and care. I particularly appreciate the care they exercised around aspects of projects that were peculiar to our house and our specific needs.

Their office is super responsive and dedicated. All of the estimates I received in advance were exactly what I paid. I would happily and sincerely recommend their electrical services to anyone who asked!

The old lights were in terrible shape. The Hartman crew replaced all the poles and lights. Their work was quick and professional and very, very neat after they were done except for the new lights and poles you would have never known they were here. Mark and his team are professional, personable, efficient and on time. They upgraded our panel, added an external shut off and wired for a hot tub and exterior outlet. Highly recommend.

I had several projects I needed Mark and his team to work on, but before he came another issue popped up. We lost power to a couple of rooms after a rain storm. Mark and team completed all the projects and he was able to diagnose and fix the issue with the power outage. Can't say enough good things about them, even the office staff was extremely helpful.

While out of town for work, I got a call from my wife that water was coming into our electrical box. I was panicked about my family being in the house and immediately started calling electricians I googled.

Hartman called back first. Mark was upfront on his team being busy, but wanted to squeeze us in with the emergency. He came by to clean it up, but the whole thing needed replaced.

On my scheduled day, Glen and Max showed up on time and literally non-stopped worked. They plowed through the day and gave us quality work at a very fair price.

Even Sarah handling our payments and schedule did it with genuine friendliness and easy-going attitude.
