I was having my bathroom remodeled we contacted Tom Malone to to do some minor plumbing we asked him to cap tub lines which he did He also took it upon himself to install 20” braided flex lines on my sink and tub. The 2 braided flex lines he installed for the sink were too small his error. I told his assistant this and the assistant told me that Tom would replace the wrong flex lines but he would charge me for another service call labor and materials. This is outrageous. He charged me $ 48.00 dollars for 4 20” flex lines that I didn’t request. I had to go to a plumbing store to buy 2 of the correct 30” flex lines that cost me only $11.00. I asked for Tom to call me he hasn’t called me back. Tom charged me for parts labor and Dispatch fee $278.00. He was there less than a 1/2 hour and has the nerve to want to charge me again a similar price to fix what I never asked to be done in the first place. Stay away from this Company. Totally Unprofessional!

Didn’t want to have anything to do with us. Stated based upon a texted photo that the furnace was a huge job and possibly a replacement when all it needed was a good cleaning, which was done perfectly by a competitor.

Worst plumbers, if you can even call them plumbers! Rude, sarcastic, and didn't know what they were doing (they were either shockingly unknowledgeable, or were trying to take advantage of the situation). A stroke of luck prevented them from cutting up my house and charging me hundreds to thousands of dollars. I learned so much from this bad experience. WARNING: stay away from these plumbers!

John replaced and repaired a faulty valve on my tub that was leaking like Niagara Falls. He was very professional, thorough and solved the problem promptly. I highly recommend this company for your home repairs.

Horrible!!! Do not hire this company unless you like getting ripped off and taken advantage of. They came to fix my navien. Diidnt have heat or hot water. Less than an hour and $210 later they told my wife it was just air in the system even tho the error code was saying it was the fan motor. When I came home I was very upset to hear that they charged $210 to do something that I could have done in less than 5 min. Especially becuase that wasnt the problem. Sure enough we lost heat and hot water again the next day. Same code came up ..fan motor. When called to return to our house to fix the problem that they ignored the first time they said it would cost AT LEAST another $210. They read the code, found out it was the fan motor, ignored that, charged my wife $210, and won't honor their service. I will never give them another cent and hope nobody else does either. Company is too big. For service calls go with the smaller guy who takes pride in his work and actually cares.

This company has changed we’ve used it in the family for 40 or so years. I have several houses and Recently I asked them to come and fix some thing and they were there for an hour or so and it was $600 most of that was labor. And now they request credit card information upfront so you have no control over the cost.

We had Malone plumbing do 3 jobs for us. One to run a gas pipe and install gas logs to a new wood burning fireplace insert, add pitch and fix a leaking pipe in the basement and to replace a mixing valve in one of the upstairs showers. They did an excellent job from start to finish and were clean professional and respectful! Thank you!!

Just made a call for weekend plumbing issue. Received a call back from Rich. From the onset, Rich hummed and hawed with my issue and proceeded to tell me I need thousands of dollars with of plumbing and he had not even been to my house or observed the issue. I informed him I just had all of plumbing done and converted to PVC for a couple grand. There is a small pipe maybe 8inches drain that only wasn’t changed. I challenged his astronomical quote ( again aight unseen) where he proceed to tell me my work was done by an inferior company of handyman! This man from the moment he called was rude obnoxious and a bonafied defect, thief. DO NOT use this company.

They answered all my calls or returned my messages in a timely manner, they showed up when they said they would, they had the courtesy to call if they were running late. Over all, it boils down to a level of unparalleled professionalism.
In the future, when I have plumbing or heating needs, Malone will be the first phone call I make.

Malone Plumbing did a great job. They showed up within 1 hour of my calling them and fixed the issue. I highly recommend them for any plumbing and heating service.

What can I say. I had a broken cold water pipe under my mobile home. It's about 80+ degrees and super humid and it's Saturday. I called more than 25 plumbers. No one would come out. Some wouldn't even work on a mobile home. God Bless and hat's off to Malone Plumbing. They called back, first off and then someone came about an hour later. I have running water!!!!! Jarell got under my place where it was all muddy and he had to remove rotted wet wood. Oh and there were bees.
He fixed it! Not an easy task... believe me. Kudos to Jarell and Malone Plumbing. Can't say enough about this company. Bless you all! :)

I had two small leaks and someone from Malone Plumbing was here within 30 minutes of taking the call even though it was NOT an emergency. He was kind, professional, clean and quick. I will definitely call again should I have need of a plumber.

I’m writing this review while the two plumbers are currently working on my minor issue. I knew this was going to be a negative review based on the time it took these two just to find the right size elbow for replacement. That’s right !!! An elbow and a T joint is all I needed. I asked for them to hurry bc I had an appointment and was not figuring on them ( again two guys) to take so long for a simple job. Back and forth to the truck around 5-6 times looking for the correct part and or tool.
I was quoted a service fee and a 15 minute fee and figured it would take 15 minutes to repair. Going on 1 hour and 15 minutes. I asked how much longer over ten minutes ago and was told another ten minutes.
OK 1 hour and 10 Minutes and counting. Initially one them told Me the water would be shut off for about 20 minutes. Update : another run to the truck for something. These guys are not pros. At least not the ones that showed up here. A pro comes prepared with the tools to do the job. And this job was a tiny job. An Elbow and T joint!!! Seriously??? Wait I think it’s bill time- 1 hour 25 minutes for a 20 minute job. Total invoice ? $369. Dispatch fee $75 parts $69 labor $225.

My family has been using Malone for many years - I started using them because my parents had. Always solid work. Not cheap, but I'll always pay for quality when it comes to my house. A recap of my last job:
April 2021 - we had some old copper piping replaced and installed a new toilet.
May 2022 - we noticed the new piping leaking when the toilet flushed. New toilet/new piping.
We called to have someone come out. Turns out there was an issue with the recently installed toilet. We were charged a dispatch fee, labor, and parts. Not a penny off the regular price.
We are more disappointed than upset as we now have to find a new plumbing company. One that will stand by their work. I certainly wasn't looking for them to come out for free. I know times are tough for everyone. But to not acknowledge that the installation was the issue and nothing we had done is unacceptable.
