I could not be happier with the service and professionalism I received from LC Appliance Service. They are not one of those bigger companies where you as the customer do not really matter. They are smaller, dedicated, and truly care. I called them for a washing machine emergency on a Saturday morning. Being the last minute on a weekend, I wasn't expecting much of a response. I was only trying to book an appointment for the following week. Amanda returned my call right away. She listened to my situation and told me she could have a technician at my home within a few hours to assess what was wrong. Sure enough less than 3 hours later Louis was here. Saving the day! He was great. Took his time and diagnosed the problem with my washer. Explaining everything he was looking for and doing along the way. In short order he had it repaired. Hooked it all back up and ran it through a cycle to make sure it was all set. Beautiful! Running smoothly again. Both Louis and Amanda were awesome to deal with. Also the price for their services is more than fair... 💯excellent value for what they do. I highly recommend them and they will be the only company I call for any future appliance repairs. After dealing with a different appliance company who projected a 3 week time frame I called LC appliance with what I needed and they were able to send out a tech in less than a weeks time. Not only was there pricing good but the tech what incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond for the job at hand. They have found a forever customer!

Rody the repair technician was excellent. First of all, he called informing us that he would arrive in 25 minutes, he arrived in 20 minutes. Upon entering our apartment he was polite and positive. He diagnosed the problem immediately. Answered all our questions explaining things thoroughly. He noticed another issue, knew exactly what it could be. He was correct, fixed it and our refrigerator is running like. Rody was timely, efficient, knowledgeable and personable.

Rody was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He called 15 minutes before arriving, and entered my home with a smile and easy conversation. He explained the issue with my dishwasher, and made sure I knew what steps remained and the timeline for ordering necessary parts and installation. He explained warranty determination processes and what possible costs I might expect to pay. He was a dream! There is no better repair team in Providence!
