Highly recommend LC Appliance. Jerry was fantastic repairing a dryer today. Carlos has visited a couple of years ago as well to repair a washer. Reasonable prices, excellent repair work, and kind people.

Fantastic service. The issue was an intermittent leak and intermittently not working dishwasher. The tech could not detect the problem the first time, but they listened to my issues and concerns, very respectful, and when the leak happened again Carlos was able to detect and fix the problem (Bosch 300).

Carlos from LC Appliance Service was here promptly. He was very professional and did a great job tightening the dishwasher handle for me. I recommend LC Appliance Service.

Carlos the tech did a great job diagnosing my leaking clothes washer and got my dishwasher running again. He was on time, quickly found the problems, gave me advice on soap usage for the machines, and made recommendations. He was very good at explaining what the problems were. Highly recommend!

When I called and spoke with the scheduling representative, they listened to my issues with complete understanding. They decided to help me even though I was outside of their service zone for a luxury appliance that no one was willing to service. They were able to come to my home within a week of the conversation and fixed everything within 20 minutes of arriving. Lewis was exceptional, cordial & professional. I wish I had their number sooner! The best service in every arena of the home appliance industry I have experienced in my 5 years as a homeowner!

The experience was wonderful. Our tech Carlos was pleasant, professional and ordered all the parts we needed. When they came in Carlos also installed the parts ordered. While we were waiting for the parts to come in. Bernice from headquarters kept us informed the whole way and set up the appointment when the parts came in. Kudos to LC appliance for remembering what customer service should be.

Very impressed with LC Appliance Service. They came out within two days of me calling. Carlos was excellent! He fixed the issue with my dryer and was great to work with. Would highly recommend.

Our experience was wonderful! Scheduling and communication were a breeze, and they were able to send the tech (Rody) soon after the major blizzard. The issue with our dryer ended up being user error, but Rody did not make us feel like the utter idiots that we were (lol). And he also checked out our exhaust/vent set-up and made a couple of corrections for us to ensure that the dryer works as efficiently as possible. We will definitely be using LC Appliance again in the future!
