So happy I was referred to LC. From the moment I called, I was given excellent, friendly service by the receptionist who set up a technician to come out on a day that worked for my schedule. She called the day before with a timeframe, which was very helpful. Carlos was amazing, diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator and it was fixed in under an hour. VERY reasonable cost in my opinion, and well worth it to not have to buy a new refrigerator! Will definitely call them again for any repair needs for my appliances.

LC appliance is top notch. I had issues with my brand new KitchenAid gas range and was told by the company they didn’t have people in my area to repair so I had to find someone. I took a chance and called LC Appliance. Carlos was at my house that same day and diagnosed a blown spark board. I received the part from KitchenAid about 10 days later and he was at my house and had the range repaired within 2 days. Nice, professional, and showed up earlier than scheduled time. The process was seamless and I couldn’t be happier that I can now cook!

Scammer, they sent me a kid to tell me what I already know about my washer to be fixed. Said well get back to me with an estimate, but never did. Asked for $110.00 for coming to my house, which was never mentioned when I called to make the appointment. NOT RECOMMENDED.

LC Appliance is wonderful overall. They have all been friendly quick and efficient. Carlos came by to fix my parents oven and he was so professional extremely kind and patient with my parents who are elderly and don't speak any English, he was very thorough even explaining the warranty process. Not to mention he fixed the oven quickly you can tell he really knew what he was doing. I'm glad a found this gem of a place!

Carlos came to look at my 10 year old Samsung refrigerator today… which had ice collecting under the drawer in the refrigerator section. He immediately said “I know exactly what is wrong and I can fix it right now.” And he did!! Needless to say I was over the moon at not having to purchase a new refrigerator.
